SUSHUMNASANA
Sushumna is backbone in sanskrit, the language in which original yoga texts were recorded. HOW TO DO As laying in the corpse pose Shavasana, gently put 1 of your palms, swept into 1 piece lay under your backbone;now hold it so(placed directly under your backbone)for some while, likely till tired/feeling unwell;for myself this tiredness comes shortly, for others it will take a while to get heavy breathing, which IS the sign you must stop and lay back into Shavasana.Do this approach several times, till tired/exhausted.This pose will with time develop into new and larger sizes the matters that surround the backbone itself,as IT is exactly what profits from this Sushumnasana pose;matters that support the neural cord the backbone inside the bone part itself is,with time grow into a much stronger/developed tissue.Users of this pose i never saw in yoga books will be free from what corsette around a bad backbone owners use for-sometimes quite terrible aches injured backbone CAN make a person;such a corsette to keep the backbone in 1 stable position is a need to stop backbone from aches;developement of the above mentioned tissues that surround the neural cord itself IS the natural and really recommendable cure for bad backbone that causes 1 aches problems. However watch it that the spinal cord gets not overpressured/injured-this reality IS existing and must be carefully avoided. After performing this pose(i find it a useful addition and do it daily once or twice)i find myself feeling a bit disorientated as the neural tissues the backbone contains are suddenly a bit touched;like the feeling these tissues give me being of a neural sort;touching the neural cords(i do in the pose)strenghtens these and adds additional support/growth to tissues that support/follow those neural tissues. My tissues to support/surround the neurons here i believe are more numerous exactly after doing the pose.

CATANJATA YOGAMUDRA
Catanjata actually is a term i never saw in any of yoga devoted texts/books,and 1,as i personally believe, never trusting with this presumably knowledge keepers from religion, must understand each term personally for better and more correct an understanding of it.In most yoga books they DO use DWANDWA term, which is the root, from which this CATANJATA term is taken. As i understand it,DWANDWA term means "DWA? UH...DWA!!",meaning the investor of the term(which as i presume appeared well after the starting yoga texts appeared in public, got to denying the original text of a pose and ended up with this now newly quintessential term by this very simple presumption that 1 is less perfect than 2 and so:"DWA? UH...2 indeed!" as the resulting pose got TWICE as effective as the original pose,to which he added the mentioned DWANDWA(twice that pose here). And i also am an additor to opriginal texts with TWICE AS good an addition as the previous additors that addeed DWANDWA term were in their piece of our common past. And hence as they(additors of the DWANDWA term) were twice big in yoga achievements as original texts' authors were(our physical body gets with time no less perfect than intelligence does TO SOME PEOPLE only,i introduce here this CATANJATA term.Meaning that i am twice AS good in yoga as DWANDWA term introducers were, while those latter were twice AS big in yoga as original anscient texts' authors were."Bigger in achievements?Certainly...Ok,then we are bigger!"This sentence is exactly how DWANDWA term appeared,no matter what traditional claimants will say/claim.And as they introduced the DWANDWA term,so exactly am i introducing this CATANJATA term now. They meant that they were twice AS good in yoga as original authors(physics develops/gets better no less than brain does actually)and i mean that i am twice AS good as DWANDWA term introducers were. Why so?Lets see just how more perfect gets your body as you use the method i am to describe right below! HOW TO DO Yogamudra is the pose,in which while sitting in Padmasana the Lotus pose you lower your head/torso all the way down till it touches the bent in Padmasana legs with your face laying upon the blanket, where you practise yoga. Now as in this pose do the next 4(CATA in sanskrit the language all truly yogic books are written in)things:1)have your chin touch your chest in what yoga books call Jalandhara Bandha, then,as NOT tired and rested from the exertion following this,2)have your face look leftwards to the outmost it can with no overexertion attached, then 3)have your face looking upwards till heavy breathing ensues(as this IS the moment ANY yoga exercise must end anyway and 1 must know this for the truth);and finally, finishing 1 cycle(do AS many cycles as you can for best results),4)have the face turn rightwards. This pose is greatly extending and perfectly exercising your Kundalini the internal muscular system that governs all movements this body has inside. The term

HASTASANA I
In this pose you start with both palms laying face upwards upon corresponding knees. NOW TO DO Now get your left palm and better the entire hand up so that its fingers(quite possibly/enough from elbows till fingertips)are its uppest piece. In Hastasana palms' faces(inner palm parts that are covered with fingers as you close the palm/approach its fingers to palm's middle)are both facing outwards from the individual/his face;here in Hastasana I though the left palm's face is facing you, inwards and not into the outwards. This position, unlike in Halasana(Halasana 0 even as we never pronounce it this way for obvious place economy reasons even as 0 IS in there),will not give you heavy breathing;you will be comfortable in it shortly. Now have the upraised hand/palm suddenly change its' face direction and now face outwards instead of inwards/towards the body.It faces away now.THIS its position yes will bring you heavy breathing shortly. While Halasana will bring you heavy breathing very soon, remarkably the way physical exercise does, this Halasana I will be much less destructive and even influencing your brains on the way.
HASTASANA
HOW TO DO Have your right hand either facing fingers down or else with the palm itself facing down with its fingers. Now slowly raise your left hand so that either the entire hand or else(this isnt much worse and is easily replacing the whole hand variation)its part between fingertips and the elbow is going up and the fingers are its uppest piece.I personally very easily find in this pose heavy breathing;others though wont be this easy to develop it;in each case, leave this Hastasana pose AS soon as yes in heavy breathing mode.Repeat the pose/retreating from it for AS many times as it wont be problematic with your good overall condition.Remember that whichever pose yoou do this overall condition is never allowed to worsen;we must GAIN by yoga, not fail in it;this gain is the exact sign that all IS moving correct in yoga exercising;rules that you earn in yoga will thereafter enter your more general lifestyle as you with time will find yourself comfortable with these ONLY;gain/not fail must be the real estimation of either success or else failure. The first is invited at all costs, the second denied any entry. The both palms' faces must be each facing outwards;the other variation is for Hastasana I.

Collection/selling of BOTTLES
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 1 would better keep to some safety precautions, which decrease the damage bottles' collection DOES possess. When by lots of transport like cars(larger roads especially),always keep the transported bottles away from you(the under wind side)so that you yourself were inbetween the coming up to you cars/transport and the transported bottles. The point of this is to lessen the damage your body does suffer as hit by waves each car evicts out of its motor as it passes streets or what i call electric shadows any transport vehicle(specifically its motor)possesses. As a car emitted electric wave hits bottles you transport with yourself(i just have to be close to large roads with lots of traffic to collect bottles in quantities)it then exits the bag with bottles in a very different, well changed form, the form, which is tenfold more dangerous for your health than what would you get as a trauma from a simple car electric wave as you move around large transport roads. If it then hits you after this exit(and these waves always keep moving in the very same direction the car its emitter does)the damage is so much more serious.By keeping the bag with bottles down to the "under the wind" side you lessen this damage a lot.I mean here not wind itself but the electric shadow and the influence it brings. In each case you must never place such bags with bottles in the "before the wind"side;this would seriously increase the damage you will suffer as a consequence;theres no doubt such bad influences DO exist;we must simply learn to diminish them very seriously and we CAN do this.Thats exactly btw the reason people never collect bottles in the first place-they can feel that it brings harm and so never do/avoid this;but by wise management such bad influences can be drastically lessened.Currently existing in cities roads are much like what were rivers in the centuries ago;they even hold on to the same tracks riverbeds had once funnily;roads ARE rivers of our human cities even now.Once as i lived in the Kolkata aglomeration in 2011 i witnessed interesting fact when i was myself bathing in Ganges river in a small town that is a part of the immence aglomeration(20 minutes from its centre by local train as i recall),where i lived in a Paying Guest place. We bathed in Ganges by its shore and had no waves, bathing at no complication all(some 10 to 15 at midday at any given moment). All the while in the middle of the river WITH GREAT SPEED that reminded me slowly passing a street car some tree branch was passing the ghat(thats how in India bathing river spots are called).Thats exactly how much more dangerous for your health a centre of a large road is.The closer to a large road centre are you the more damage will your health suffer. The speed of tree branches in Ganges is the damage you get in the road's middle.Bottles are either made:(1)of glass,(2)of plastic or else (3)of aluminium.Best, least dangerous for your health, yet most heavy to transport are (1),the worst for the health are (3)with (2)inbetween these judging by which enworsement does your health find after dealing with bottles, and there IS a worsening your health will find after bottles' dealing, thats for certain. Why would these small thingies ever endanger your health?Heres the story of what is going on as you collect/transport bottles around. Each human being is a small sun planet,it evaporates from itself what our Sun planet does-thats heat mostly.Did you ever notice that in cold weather glasses in the car you drive around get sweaty and you yourself get hot provided the car is sealed and windows are closed?Thats because you are a small sun that evaporates into the outside heat waves that later get reflected by car's windows, get back to you, reheating you again and again. This is exactlty how bottles can badly influence you;your heat waves(a positive certainty yet weak in physically inactive people)hit bottles-reflect from these outwards-then hit you upon their way-these worsen your overall condition;thats 1 of the main reason people generally avoid collecting/selling bottles, just throwing them into garbage. Some CAN percieve damage made and react accordingly;sensitivity helps;its simple-keep glass ones closest to yourself, metallic must be the farthest from the body;thats the most general rule 1 has to apply here.Again, the fastest to leave you/your home must be (3),the latest to leave the premises you are in must be(1) with (2)inbetween these.
