SHUDRA SHIRSHASANA

HOW TO DO When upon your head and stably at this position,use the power of your arms/shoulders to move the head so as it stood directly over the fingers,pressing them hardly into the blankets that cover the surface you stand upon.Several thin blankets that serve as protection against the stone floor(use exactly this way as only it helps your fingers best)will make sure your fingers are well,and even as they MIGHT be injured under the weight of your body the pose is a recommended thing because during it the fingers themselves obtain much richer blood supply than they would find otherwise;and developement of those internal tissues is an important article in the internal health just as well.Watch out though not to disrupt the integrity of the fingers' skin,which might happen if you use the pose frequently.Once upon a time as i was not adjusted to it and only started to use the pose,i got severely cracked skin upon 1 of my fingers;since then i am extra careful;with time though you will NASA SHIRSHASANA

NASA sanskrit term is meaning NOSE in english.This headstand pose variation i never saw in any yoga books. HOW TO DO You start with the regular headstand(Shirshasana in sanskrit),from which you(as well in the pose and this will not always come easy)transfer your head to the new position(the nose fully upon the blankets' surface)while the rest of the corpus is stably vertical.In this position your nose is touching the surface(best several layers of thin blankets)over its full lenght,now laying upon the blanket/pressing slightly over its completele lenght.This wont be easy for starters,but with time it will eventually work out just well.I use this particular headstand pose variation pretty frequently.In case you stood upon your nose(roughly speaking,it IS whats going on then)for like 10 or more minutes you will find that both your neck region of the backbone and the waist related 1 endangered my vision yet was not plesant to behold.Those days are well over for professional headstand users as they attempt the pose often and ARE good at it,myself included.In each case you must remember the main rule,which will not allow you to go astray/do any incorrect move with headstands and yoga in general,which just might be pretty dangerous in case it had NOT been done correctly:ANY ACHE or complaint of weakening condition/feeling not well-LEAVE THE POSE now to return to meak laying upon the floor till good condition has been returned.Just the way tradition calls us to perform,then lay down till the very moment your breathing HAS returned to normalcy,which you see,when sitting by a table for a while.Novices will need more than 5 minutes of complete rest after conditions.In each case, it isnt too comfortable sometimes to stand upon your head,where a novice always finds himself about to fall down/extremely uncomfortable,1 more point of support,which here is well away from the shoulders the main body weight support,(nose IS 1 here)will make this headstand pose more stable and it will be less dangerous to fall over.Always watch out though for considerable(not in any way comfortable)aches your backbone makes to warn you that something IS wrong with it and you must stop the thing.Beginners will find it hard to get into this pose as it overly extends some of the neck placed pieces of the backbone,making them ache;here the rule is the same as for every yoga position:ANY ACHE/uncomfortable feeling-OFF with THE POSE.1 of better/specific btw picks up the question of "where most of electricity around IS";and knowing that in ME it is brain/body centre,we understand automatically that Earth centre is its core/central parts.Practically(out of theoretics)this means that to achieve mental equilibrum/piece of mind 1 better uses NASA SHIRSHASANA as it will achieve you piece faster.Why does Earth has its centre inwards while we have it upwards(unnatural situation even as absolutely an uncorrect/wrong for us people)is a question i develop in my UNIVERSAL AFFAIRS section here on the blog.This happens as most of the brain is well protected from its outsides just to give it enough comfort/an away/off condition to deal with life events;while nose gives passage to water,which is easily allowing electric waves sanskrit)variations simply do not possess this effect of psychophrenia healing.

HASTA PADMASANA

HOW TO DO:When stable in Padmasana(always takes a minute or so to be finally comfortable in any pose),have your right hand pass through the opening under the left knee;both the ankle and the thigh in different/perpendicular to each other positions by now.Now have your palm face upwards and pulling the legs(both in a knot of Padmasana)rightwards/upwards too;all along do watch that your face and the rest of the body is stretching itself leftwards,into a completely different direction,producing interesting amounts of pressure upon your inner body parts like abdomen organs etc.Hold on to this pose for AS long as feeling well in it and not in any way suffering from it.This is 1 single series of the pose you've just done as you are retreating back into Paripurna Padmasana;and yogis that are good in this art will produce in this very pose several series/approaches to this inverted pose,exerting additional pressure upon your mostly digestive organs;best to make several such series/the more the better,exerting additional pressure all along;in 1,well accustomed to such thingies,good condition returns pretty easily;the more episodes done by the end the healthier your interior will be with time;digestion and good overall condition increasing with time.After done with right hand/left knee part,retreat into Paripurna Padmasana pose;rest till feeling great once more;then do the same for the other body part:push now the right knee area upwards with your left hand,passing through the right knee empty spot,"till death do us part" as they say,meaning simply till unable to proceed out of real tiredness that eventually will find you.This addition to Padmasana pose i never saw in any books on yoga,including major ones;some additions arent worth mentioning even as they DO exist;THIS 1 IS worth additional mention as the pressure,exerted in this way upon your inrterior organs is pretty radical and helps internal health a lot if you know just how to apply it correctly,which is an art 1 can and should learn too.Thats just why all the older texts need a contemporary reassessment nowadays-additions we might give to them are all way too important and interesting;and btw this casts a weirdly large shadow upon all the "ever-unchangeable and stably same ever life standards" religious people always do want us to follow.And thats while MY religion gives me better results than THEIR 1 ever can.Remember to leave this(or any other pose too)AS soon as finding yourself even remotely UNcomfortable with the current pose(or any other doing)you are doing.Most folks simply do not possess developed enough Kundalini to perform this Hasta Padmasana pose;i do it quite easily,but then my Kundalini is pretty well developed by now.This pose is great for gradual elongation/increase in size of your tendons/Kundalini type internal musculature(even more to the same end does feeding with liquids),which then additionally increase internal metabolism's efficiency.Breaking up/leaving forever with any subject is always following DISpleasure with it;yoga no different from other topics too,learn to use this rule in simple things(yoga and swimming/cold water bathing are great to learn such thingies,which later move on to more complicated life subjects just AS well);to later use this rule in more advanced and complicated life areas just as well.DONT LIKE-OFF YOU GO with no additional aquaintance even would be the rule.Uncomfortable life would cost you much more 1 nasty day than what you spend,supporting it alive.

SLAVIC WORLD TENDENCIES

President Putin of Russia lately is in no good a condition,which can easily be seen from his live footage.His brains arent in any good condition.For as long as Russia's leaders had been managing its affairs,and i had been an avid and active reader of Rissia's history for years as was living there since my birth to the my well grown years,their work had always took mostly action up at homes in sweet circumstances,from which they then finally emerged strong and capable of efforts for the common national good and only THEN this common good was most effectively found;this is the way russian history looks and the way good things ARE done in Russia.The latest undoubtedly great boost in Russia's developement(the piece from 1991 to the current 2025)by now had been mostly finilized and it is time they start to act slowly again for better final results and what we see in mr. Putin was by the head of the government,which indeed sighned this into actionb in late 1990-es as i recall.Such unwise and overly active actions of the current Russia regime are only explained with consideration to poor economic management of Russia during its days as the core of Soviet Union;however,now that the main part of that game HAD been accomplished(30 or so years of independence passing),it is time to regain the way Russia had always been doing exceptionally good;and thats not by waste of a brain(Putin's mental condition is obvious to face readers)but instead by action from a well established and rich home/hill,where all is standing in perfection and from which it IS at last best to go down for a check on THEIR condition;as this had always been THE way russian affairs had been done,it is time to return to that perfected in Russia over centuries way now.Mr. Putin himself must be persuaded to relinquish his ruling position for younger fresher leaders;these latter to move along with the oldest management Russia ever had the perfect home arranged 1;without any haste current Russia rulers had beed following lately.Life shows us that this exact way had always been the most profitable in Russia.The 30 years,following the fall of the USSR regime in 1991,had been more than enough for most important changes Russia indeed did require;job well done,its time for the current overly active economically regime to relinquish its grip upon power and invite mount/well home based new leaders to conduct Russia further upon its path.Just to stop this horrible advertisement of 1's brain's action,Russia has to help Putin step down from his current post.Great as Putin's achievements certainly were,advertisement of OWN BRAIN DESTRUCTION can not be allowed upon TV screens,because i personally observe this bad tendency in russian actions.Whoever takes the post may not be allowed to lead people into worse terrains,and mr. Putin's footage certainly does exactly this.

1 HASTA YOGAMUDRASANA

Yogamudra is a pose,where you lay with your abdomen upon your heels face down;in it you are first making a Padmasana with crossed legs,and after it is accomplished you lower your body towards the floor,laying the corpus upon your heels and holding also your right leg toe with your right hand,the hand crossing your back,and the same for the other pair(left leg toe-left hand,holding the toe behind your back.The MUDRA sanskrit term meaning a knot,1 you make here over your legs' and abdomen's muscles(these move the intestines' contents along and are lenghtier than the entire digestive tract).As you leave this pose(indeed a more important 1 than what i describe here;the told here pose is rather a part of a large cycle of smaller poses,connected to/surrounding their master and larger pose Padmasana the lotus pose)try to fill the gaps with additional effects folowing by making this pose too;1 Hasta Yogamudrasana is a part of the main cycle of Yogamudra,it is the knot you tie up over your intestines and lower abdomen parts;knots naturally exercise those body parts more as they hold more surfaces in a somewhat heavier/not relaxed a shape.For this unlaunch the Yogamudra pose for only 1 hand,keeping the other 1 in position,meaning holding the other body side ankle(you might also hold the large leg's toe even as the effect such a variation gives IS somewhat smaller).Yogamudra pose is well described in yoga literature;however,it fails to discuss smaller poses like this 1 Hasta Yogamudrasana.Its effect though,which is more of a physical exercise than of a traditional yoga pose,will specifically overpress upon each of your kidneys,and i imagine in doing so will increase the general output of the entire Yogamudra pose;in my articles i often describe poses that are similar to yoga yet are more of a physical exercise nature than of a yoga pose;i believe that what will judge ME the best commentator on yoga is the better overall results health finds in exactly my variations to yoga poses.Because if we discuss God THE best thing ever(here in Israel the topic is a serious 1),they must find God in MY text over theirs as it gives better results;and i personally believe that God IS "so it IS,indeed,better" precise explanation they give to so many things/ideas and not any divine and amazing Person christians claim as God or else invisible all-pervading substance with no face at all jews are certain God is.Back to 1 hasta yogamudrasana;when 1 hand is free as you are leaving Paripurna Yogamudrasana,turn the entire body into the direction,it naturally springs into,and for mudras it is always away from heavy knots the body is made to perform in these.This is no mudra by now but a pose;MUDRA meaning a heavy knot while the knot over your stomach had just been UNtied;but a pose(ASANA in sanskrit);a position you take intentionally for final benefits health gets in them.I find this pose excellent to additionally press upon the kidneys the way Yogamudra itself is not able to do;this pose is a very rare example of when my kidney CAN be felt in a serious way as both the arm that touches the kidney and the heel of a leg pressure upon it;except for situations in which you just consumed a heavy for digestion substance and now IT presses upon your kidneys as bad substances do exactly the thing your own heel does to your kidney here - overengage/heavily press upon the kidney.What makes this pose effective out of the general Yogamudrasana block(experienced yoga users "yogis" use many smaller variations to most every yoga pose and these come in blocks,connected to that specific pose)is that it exerts even more pressure upon your kidneys as you try to extend into the side,opposite from the worked over kidney;here the kidney is yet more pressed upon as you try to extend your body into the other direction;hence i find this pose affecting my kidneys in especially strong way.Here let me mention that such a pose is what 1 does to his own health that hits it hard "for its own good" and it is radically different from hitters of the kidney for "its own bad ",both situations somewhat similar;both hitting of the kidney acting upon it simply in a different way;health profits awaiting the kidneys here;more,the muscles(Kundalini pieces that connect lower spine pieces together)twitching away at a great speed,pressing those muscles of lower spine heavily.The pose is then done with another hand holding the other ankle too;kidneys and lower spine muscles the great profiteers from the pose.Not mentioned as 1 has to think of such details himself,it still makes larger influence over your kidneys(and more)than Yogamudra ever can.If done correctly,1 Hasta Yogamudrasana can with time overrun and greatly decrease the damage your kidney had achieved as your life had been wasting it;i mean it can gradually diminish the wasted pieces of your kidney,gradually taking off its damaged parts.
