Internal VICES

Main part of this article was taken from biology and other scientific books,but some parts are my personal projection and development of that data.Here is how can we perceive such problems/collected goods EYES Eyes' pupil can show existance or absence of vitamins and important substances inside.Its size is of importance too.A small pupil shows sleepy,less active or inactive state(its normally observed right after night sleeping,so that's just the way a small pupil hints us),a large 1 by size shows large excitement or nervous activity in serious quantities.Around one's eyes there is a region,which can show his internal organs' state.This area right outside the black pupil of the eye is descriptive of useful elements inside of the body.It can be either richer in toxic colours(rich  bank of vitamins & minerals inside)or lacking them in comparison to the rest of the eye(lower than average quantities of colour).Most commonly the area around the eyes in people show black circles,which corresponds to a lot of waste and garbage inside their bodies.Eyes have qualities of every important internal organ:explicitely detailed perfection without much weight.And because of that areas,surrounding eyes are also important to perceive other internal organs' state,even being less so than the area around the eye's pupil.While eyes themselves are too busy with their own functions(a definite sign of a very important thing by the way)and do not convey important information of another quality,thats done by areas,surrounding them.Exactly after the pupil and surrounding it there is the region which can show amount of vitamins and other valuable things inside us.In case the pupil is surrounded by a whiter than the rest of the coloured eye pigment circle part you have a vitamins and necessary elements deficiency and lack them and your bones might be somewhat empty inside too and prone to sudden breaks.If the area,closest to the pupil,is more intensely coloured than the rest of the coloured circle this means your useful elements(vitamins and minerals)"state bank" is rich.Small red veins inside the eyes are not good and show overworking eyesight.The size of the pupil shows the  intensivity of activities of the brain.Larger pupil shows active and speedy neural processes active inside while smaller by size pupil shows minimal neural activity,normal in what can be seen around the eyes are circles of white fatlike material,which must be protection neurons(brain cells)get from fat substances one's brain keeps collecting from food sources;and i read that most if not all of fatty stuff like cholesterol goes directly into the use inside of the brain,protecting nerons from undesirable external influences,and the way we see the precision,with which life)are waiting for them.With bacteries inside the body deals the "state police" of the organism,the immune system,which is acting as the  warden(state police) of the system,capable of destroying unwanted elements.Just as inside a pile of garbage on the street the chanse of insects and other unwanted parasites is so much higher,so the danger of an illness,attacking us from inside of that material is much larger.Thats the territory,controlled by our "enemies"(bacteries etc),whose sole function is to do their own life,which is directly opposite and dangerous to our aims,which are to build a possibly more successful individual affairs,able to increase our healths and so chanses in other activities too.Bacteries and other micro organisms gradually destroy us from inside.They are as dangerous as large animals:tigers,wolves etc(also  dangerous predators),just that the damage,done by them,is AS small by size as the microorganisms themselves are.In our highly civilized world its hard to find a place,where wild animals arent all accounted for and even are occupying their own cells in a zoo or a similar place.So it also should be with smaller animals of our own insides(intestinal tract)-bacteries,because they ARE such.That's just how teeth bacteries are taken nowadays,with strong chemistry used upon them(toothpaste IS 1)to destroy those.It is the visible part of the small murderous animals the bad bacteries inside are,most of them hiding inside of our precious bodies,inside of our intestines mostly.Intestines process food a human being once ate further through the body.An interesting part here is that the speeds of whats going on on the inside of ours is not even closely THAT fast and decisive in life as the brain itself the body master always is;the digestive processes keep moving with very slow slime sized actions;perfect as those are,they need immense time injections just to be gradually and very slowly to that moving along their destined and completely necessary for the metabolism actions;and the brain,no matter just HOW fast and active in its complicated activities on the outside of this body it always is,HAS to keep up to the MUCH SLOWER actions its small sized subjects down there our lower organs like digestive ones certainly are.Forcing these lower subjects to much faster actions this organism presumably needs(the brain always tends to move to this particular end of increase of its of actions' speed)will always end in bad results and all that need to be done with them is simply they NEED TO BE LEFT ALONE for the common good of the ENTIRE organism.In intestines,where no special juices are emitted into the outside of the corresponding glands the way it certainly is in the mouth itself,bacteries are much illnesses collecting on our own insides and making life unbearable as they keep collecting inside.The function of those sponges the ductless glands like liver,thyroid,kidneys etc is either 1)to take out unwanted elements of the blood or else to: 2)add to the bloodstream they are managing other agents,completely unavoidable inside and needing constant adding.This is why nature gave us two of such very important organs mostly-to additionally increase our chanses to survive when one of these doubled organs is damaged and cannot continue its functioning.Why would we have two organs,1 very similar to another 1?And in the days of yore,when running fast was 1 need of life we HAD to comply with on a daily basis,to hold on to 2 or even more VERY SIMILAR organs would mean progressive loss of the like oxygen and other nutrients adding to the bodily cells we all are consisting of.If 1 of the pair fails(this happened ALL too often in our less civilized past,when the water we drank contained numerous poisonous elements etc and wild animals were terrorizing us apes constantly)the other 1 is able to keep doing its critical work of removing out poisons or adding to blood what it needs.The sponges can only do their essential work if they are kept spotlessly clean,the dirtier they are the less able to perform bodily functions your body is,and the best policy to do this is to never let inside of you ANY not needed inside elements,not to mention any dirt,which is a complete crime to let in.Any special organ is AS easily spoiled and gets dirty as a normal kitchen towel would;indeed the resemblance of those to kitchen towels and sponges being very serious here.Our "towels" in fact have their own mechanisms of internal cleansing to very gradually take the dirts out,unlike kitchen ones,but the contemporary world poisons are much more destructive and dangerous than old days' ones ever were.That leads us to understand how exactly should we eat.Whenever you don't have appetite or even doubt it existance,stop right there and do not eat anything!Food should enter our bodies only when it is needed(or when your appetite is strong and more serious than an average 1),and thats when there is a serious appetite;or like either you DO eat or you feel unwell after it all.Any feeding should not take place unless you are absolutely certain its time for it.Just ask yourself "do i really want to eat now?" and if the answer is 'not really' then stop right away!We decline physically this quickly mostly because we do not use our head into this task of managing our own healves,because with proper management the age and good state of the body can be very substantially prolonged.Body functions best and most effectively when it gets ONLY what it needs and not a bit more or less.Here the best is the example of an ocean waves surfer that glides them.He must chose the exact moment when to change the position of his legs upon his surfing desk.And if you manage the surf well your health is doing well with a great increase of the said health in the process.The unnatural difference from older times nowadays is that this surfing the vawes of the physical life ocean is mostly left to its own self,no management attached to it at all.The brain gets then busy with its own problems,attempting to additionally reconstruct and add to its own self,completely forgetting and leaving behind the complications its body keeps having.DRUG ADDICTION that takes place in such cases,where the brain,addicted to its own affairs,does those ONLY and never anything else,does the very same thing to an individual human organism that is then left to its own self(and lower entities always fail poorly to deal with life situations).Too much time,spent sleeping,consuming too much unnecessary to provide it with food,store it in the tissues in the form of fats.Fats are necessary to quickly release energy into the bloodstream when one needs it and fat is basically energy+water.If we do not components that had been just now circulating through the body;and the body DOES know well what exactly to take out of the blood.This way it improves also the brain condition considerably.Listening to your appetite is the best possible health policy,and if,instead,you listen to your heads' appetites it means you forget things,more important and arent the best owner of this body.If it wants but doesn't need its another matter altogether.Best idea is let the owner of this body decide what is and what is not good for it,not leave it to the body itself.Practise can show you when is it better to snack and when it is worse an idea.Its best of course that your brain and not your appetites and desires decide what and when to eat.Unlike the exterior body parts,made to work with the outside world and so rough by nature and appearance,internal ones are elaborately made up and mostly reflect the state of body very well.Better situated parts of the body include first of all the brain,which has its own cover(the skull)and other methods to deflect any possible threat to it.The brain has no connection with any other bodily parts or the outside world,its only connection is through the nerves,which supply it with information.Another possibility is "sacks" around eyes,which show the same situation around the important internal organs,it means that similar "sacks"(empty bags)exist inside the body too,and surround other important bodily parts as well.In short,eyes,as much as our tongue,can show the state of organs inside of us,even as those inner parts are well hidden away.To detect a problem inside we mostly feel a pain or a disorder,but such problems can be percieved through such places,where internal(most vitally important)organs exit the interior.Thats eyes,tongue,less nose,anus etc.Take a look at your tongue better once you just woke up,because food,when taken in,can take off part of the information that is needed for you,even the food you just ate takes off the stuff partly.Even the tongue's form is descriptive for us,a fat 1 showing body parts being in good healthy condition,thin showing weaker body inside etc.The worst case you can observe is when tongue will show multi-coloured stains.This means that a lot of unwanted inside chemical substances flock the body up.Chemical substances include mostly food additives,needed to safeguard foods from parasites and premature wasting by time.They kill unwanted parasites but are also dangerous for our own health,because we are also living creatures,just as the parasites are.The only difference is our size.The thing is the most dangerous stuff is taken out of the body also the first & it is also disposed of very shortly,in case there is no other way to do this,the stuff is "dumped" inside of normal cells,where it cant interrupt the life supporting processes of feeding etc.To dispose of such stuff 1 must use "long time use " method of fasting.Additives to food are designed so that they would finish off very small food parasites that tend to flourish upon foods and in this way save the food from premature spoiling.They damage live organisms of any size and that includes also our own living bodies,just that the damage is very small by size.However each waste of the body's health sums up to the achieved by now level and in this way the gradual "aging", or,simply speaking,worsening of the bodys state is achieved.That means that best is food is with no additives at all or made at home.Each additive is injuring the body but in "allowed" quantities,meaning it DOES injure us,but not critically.A slightly less dangerous variation of body,dirty inside(coloured stains being the worst)is shown by the tongue with a lot of white substance on its cover,showing even the exact territory,"occupied" by that,mostly,undigested remainder of some former foods,as each individual's tongue is the map of that particular body,describing its problems pretty well.Tip of the tongue is descriptive of the head situation,root parts of it-of our legs etc.The tongue is 1 of those organs that are very descriptive about our real internal health.All this wasting is proceeding under the all,allows additives into use because otherwise foods would much faster waste away,and the state is responsible for avoiding it financially.They have the job of protecting the food industry of the country.But the job of protecting your own body(a country on itself with you the king)and its everlasting or ever decreasing health is completely upon yourself and none else including the government held people who help you will ever notify you about the dangers of contemporary feeding.If it is their job(it certainly is),they fail to understand it all correctly,tied up by "normalcy" and "decency" ideas,which withhold them from discussing these vital issues,tending to then decrease the levels of our healves.These "less important" issues can all too seriously influence one's health and,after approximately described by ones' tongue appropriate parts.1 can perceive lungs' amount of phlegma,covering them.All of this information is described in Ayurveda,and the rest of it is easy to detect as an addition to it with resulting conclusions.Around each easily met on the street vehicle or electronically powered mechanism there always is an invisible "electric shadow" as i call it,which is the remote electricity particles that always follow the source of the mechanism's power.That electric shadow is able to influence our health in an undesirable way.The amount of this technological problem is minimal,but the more are we exposed to it(and gradually we do more and more),the more damage to health is gradually arising.Whenever a large vehicle passes by me upon a street if i am close enough to it i feel an increase of my heartbeat,which is an undeniable proof of this phenomena.The sensitivity is 1 of  numerous and different profits that do arise after long use of vegan and liquid foods blood strongly enough to reach them.Again,the human himself is to blame for this situation(or his parents were)as he can exercise,and so gradually increase the power and abilities of his own heart,and he can also consume less harmful food.1 lesson,easily taken out of it all is 1 should never allow THEM do programming of your own life.If THEY didnt warn you about...it STILL is your own blame you didnt observe it in time and take the appropriate measures against it.The current state of affairs can always be influenced into the right direction and the bald piece(as much as other health problems too)can gradually start reducing in size.Most of attention to achieve this end is going simply into gradual increase of physical exercising & its size in general.People simply fail to direct any of their attentions to this very practical piece of their own health and condition,which with time will deteriorate,leaving them less and less able to do ANY work and more and more depending upon help from other individuals,also stealing from themselves the additional activities they might successfully perform if they WERE in a better condition.
