human genome.Our ancestors were mostly rolling around pure nature,and once we do not do similar activities ourselves we are doomed to get a worsened life simply because we do not follow the path of the creatures that gave us our genes as we use them for every type of activities even now.This simple mistake,once commited,tends to make us less and less capable of physical things with time passing,later leading to serious health complications that are able to take us even off our preferred intellectual life prematurely.A radical fall in amounts of physical activities one performs is doomed to cause numerous health complications the more do we forget about our physics to find more and more time for out intellects.This lack of physical activities is responcible for the exact health conditions we think we 'got somehow' while not wishing them around and having deserved them all along with our one sided activities,the way home roaches are,while in reality we deserved the weak health conditions ourselves,by this lack of desire to spend time upon our own physical health and condition.Once you DO believe this way IS correct,you will gradually add this or that a workout,definitely ONLY till being exhausted with it or starting to dislike it(or else you will NOT be back to working out at all later,a very bad thing to happen.So only do exercises if pleased with them and find exercises that DO please you instead of those you do not like.The amount of time we spend on complicated mental activities is completely disproportionate to our main natural occupation,which almost always was an outdoor activity of a non complicated variation.Out of the intellectual sense(we ARE indeed having much larger brains than apes do)physically we humans are still those very same apes that existed as our predecessors once.What can be done practically is starting with simple using our legs instead of the favourite way of ours,driving around in the cars/buses.Try to walk somewhat upon your own feet,taking from the first stop you enter a bus till the second one distance for your own legs to cover,gradually increasing the distance,covered by your own legs.One who understands well the importance of physical exercising yet is bothered too much about purchasing complicated workouts' equipment etc YES will find this simplest way of physical exercising possible to do.The exercise is well able to take off our heads the complications with a tired/exhausted brain,allowing it to relax during walking upon the legs.And while your brain in fact gets a relaxation as adding physical exercising non stop in SOME quantities,because they do not allow the wrong circle to appear,the circle of first LACK of activity and then its result the needed BOOST of activity,one thing meateating DOES manage well.One,who is always active physically wont be needing meat and will be much easier satisfied with only grocery as food.Such a moment to play that weight in your hands to get distracted from other,more serious mentality based occupations,always happens,as you often need a break from whatever does take most of your time,the result of such small weight playing being both delay of mental tiredness and increase of your arms' muscles all along-just another subject we ARE supposed to manage well even as mostly forgetting about it.I often play with a 3 kg weight when at home,because this exercise much adds not only to my hands' prowess,but even to the condition of other bodily muscles as well,and the amount of time you spend upon it is minimal in comparison anyway,often playing the role of distracting you from harder life tasks and a very simply achieved intellectual relaxant.Physical activity is exactly the way over 99 % of our predecessors in the long line of many beings,that existed before us,did their head occupation.Did monkeys or another sort of beings in the long line of creatures that were here before us like dinosaurs etc ever watch TV or work on the internet?No,and their brain always was or is in good enough a condition to never demand things like internet etc!Contemporary human beings are though both 1)addicts to specific irritating the brain elements(or as others call them drugs and punish people for their use)like TV,computer etc and that was by walking and,even more,using fingers for fruits management,because in those days of yore it was all that could possibly be found of brain activities.Absolutely,the contemporary human brain is much larger by size in comparison to that of our ancient predecessors,and its needs nowadays are much lager too,they following.For someone with a small amount of fats eaten daily the influence of walking the streets upon the nerves,running through the feet' soles(a considerable part of the6 profits,derived from walking)is even larger because the fat,covering the nerves as an additional cover from the outside of the body,does protect the nerves from earth's pressure.After a long walk,let's say of a 1 hour size or more,the nerves of the feet get sufficiently activated to produce amounts of nervous activity,large enough to feed one's head with needed by it daily activity without any need in computer or TV etc.My legs are worked over for that an amount that i cant walk for over an hour,as they tire off too much,thats one of the bad consequences of liquid as the primary food source.Liquids gradually build one's body matter into a completely different by quality thing,which is characterized by a smaller by fats' amount yet larger by vitamins more diamond like way.In return for constant use of my legs i get the benefit of a head,working much better with its ability to notice much more small details than an average human brain can.And if you simply walk for 2 hours a day at least(you are vegan and hence your soles are bereft of fat),that's enough to need no more mental activity for the entire day.Its another thing that i WISH to have additional mental activities,they tend to promote mental build up well,and finally,are able to increase my brain by size-the aim of each and every activity a human brain makes.That is my estimation,of course,it IS working for me well,but wont necessarily work well for others too.To start with,gradually increase the use of your own legs instead of using public transportation system.Remember where does it all lead you,its to much better health which is the underlying basics for the intellectual side of the human too.Try to increase the legs' use bit by bit.Remember,that you increase the value of your own health this very simple way,one thing that,unlike so many others,will never leave you for someone else when you are in real need of support.You can suddenly loose off your:mental or eye capabilities,the favour of your friends etc,but you will never loose this body in the condition you had gradually produced it into with your health manipulations!1 can manage NOT only his different intellectual affairs(the aim,to which this human society quietly yet certainly leads us to),but even AS simple a thing as his own physical health,becoming in this way sometimes even a better MANAGER than other intellectuals are.People,who do a lot of physical activities would all agree with me,but then not everyone is the same story.We may and should do different contemporary activities provided we did(while mostly we do not)care enough about our physical base.And the main activity of old days beings was using their own legs and arms,which makes these what we really miss nowadays.I often do yoga and find it an excellent way to keep up to a good health,which is less by its influence to only maybe contrast temperatures water bathing.I used walking around as my main workout once but not any longer.Otherwise I swim for it and my day is absolutely worse if I didn't swim at least once.I also use small weights lifting and can easily play with a 3 kg thing many times during my coming home(it happens maybe 4 or so times a day as good health naturally leads to the state in which it literally demands its own too often,meaning even as you yourself are wishing to sit and read by a table or whatever,you suddenly find yourself NEEDING instead to stroll upon a street to keep it up and in a good condition.For me the amount of hours,out of sleeping state of course(currently all i sleep daily is only 5 hours),that I spend at home each day(food,music,books)is approximately equal to the hours I spend in my either outdoor or yoga activities.Whenever i remain at home for over four hours i start feeling certain disfunctions in the brain activities,lack of movement and physical activity,and after i start feeling so(again,4 to 5 hours is always the maximum at home for me before i find my brain disfunctional),i just need to move out of home for a long outdoor movement session.There are,absolutely,other than physical needs for me too,like some nice music or cooking at home,or a book.When the physics get satiated somewhat,they relax and then my head offers its own demands,which I then follow,but never before the body sporting demands are fully satisfied.To put it simple once I want outdoor and then do it,another time I want home and do home stuff.My sleep(this is good for safe,unharming,activities only) is only 5 hours daily,but i do spend the 8 hours,recommended by medicine "close to bed" anyway.
