completely foreighn to this body entity.This body SPENDS its own considerable RESOURSES to very gradually make a foreighn to it body(a food you just ate)its own constitutional part,and the more such foods are ingested the harder is it do YES digest them fully and successfully.Indigestion and stomach complications arising all the way through this problem.Again,your digestion can only work properly if NOT overworking,and it takes some attention and work for it to do it correctly.Seems the digestive tract we inherited from long ago IS strong enough to fight its way out(it isnt designed for THESE numbers of foods anyway as what digetsion DID get once were up to 20 usual types of foods we COULD find around as we were our long ago gone predecessors(apes,neanderthals etc)and suffers/gets spoiled WAY too prematurely in that way),but why not making its life easier by not consuming THIS many foods all along each other?Is it because the brain(real criminal in such cases)wants additional activization,provided by the numerous tastes,consumed while eating it all,and increasing in its own size along the way not considering complications that DO arise along this way(MY version of events)?Wise people always avoid such mistakes.This comparison is very realistic,the world around us is ruled by the very same principles we see in another,seemingly very different,a life branch.By the life of our digestive tract it is exactly what happens inside of us when we eat additional foods inside of a single meal-its work has to be accordingly twice,thrice or more times more complicated or fighting off additional enemies we make it deal with.This situation is easily discernable when one puts himself in the imaginative condition of the digestive organs,dealing with what we give them her health gradually fails into nothing and simply keeping playing her addictive game on!THIS is the result of playing addictive social games-early frail age with numerous NASTY health complications and a premature death along with the wasted by unhealthy life body!One in reality you got into temporary government and care and are responsible for good care of and high attention levels to it.This times larger than the possible loss would be,as it gave you levels you never considered in life before,a new life to live in another set of life conditions.A tree that lives only in 1 spot upon the soil will never get THAT many nutrition components as does a tree that had been simply transported into a completely another spot to elsewhere.And if it survives the transplantation(this just might be too dangerous for it)the gain it gets is tenfold increase in the nutrition components it would find in already new to it life spot.Such trees are destined to outmanoever other ones in life situations.This percievably small complication of incorrect food processing by your body is completely neglected by our society,which believes that such small things aren't worth much attention.But if muscle,weakness of which is killer of humans number one nowadays.As of different foods eaten together,if one adds to another(such changes are happening non stop for one who eats different foods at one time,and,indeed,are mostly responsible for changes of the body like aging and illnesses),and when these changes happen non stop,plus,and more importantly,go on for a lifetime(for an average person),the final damage is all too impressive.Such things are never taught in any books while they can be easily detectable for those who use their own brains(not somebody's claims as ever)to their own ends and not to complicated mental things,weakly or completely not connected to the reality.Most people instead engage their brains into such complicated matters,completely useless for themselves but only to their jobs,occupations etc.What we get as a result is faster growing old process and faster tiring of our organs,which are responsible for digestion of foods and are never to return to that younger better state we had once again is exactly what follows this commonly made mistake.We can and should change this,it only depends on our desire and readiness for important changes,and these are never about work or whatever else the society wants us to deal with.Things that can drastically change the life of an individual are never taught in any type of school as the society believes that there are more current needs,and,lets face it,it is not always correct for a particular individual,even as it IS almost always correct for the society in general.Out of ALL the clothes in a store(the things we may choose from to wear or use as life principles)each of us the society members always chooses a thing,that other guy just hates to use or be around,such is life interestingly.And if we fail to fit into this society,we will regret it with time flowing.Thats just how ways of standoff among society groups do appear and start to flourish.Shootouts,gangs of people that are simply speaking(if we DO attempt to find what IS the problem with them and we almost never sadly do this anyway)DISSATISFIED with the ''reality'' around them.Those folks want into THAT specific direction,and we do NOT allow them to move on there.But back to this theme of foods,eaten at a time now.To avoid the just mentioned shootouts,quarrells etc(they all DO happen among different foods,eaten together,as realities of life are EXACTLY similar throughout different life branches)each of the ''gang members'' of a specific society group must be separated into that group only and avoid intermixing.In this way satisfaction is guaranteed.The story shows that mixing of foods IS injurious and IS about to bring you digestion complications with time in this particular case.Simply speaking,"use your illusion"(the name of a guns n roses album)and do rethink whatever this society teaches us to do yourself.Take,for example,the "golden rule" that one needs to brush his teeth before sleeping.In our world use of own teeth is diminishing into nothing as a blender can do their work even BETTER!It looks like using a blender instead of own teeth makes life more complicated at first,as to blend food IS indeed a much more complicated method to do than simple chewing it.If novices with blending,with time flowing you would be masters of it though.This more complicated thing of constantly blending food ends much better with time as the organs of the body need much less time and work over food we gave it as the result and hence can perform digestion with larger ease.What we did here for our own organs(not for fake ideas like complicated mental assumptions etc) will return to us in the form of better performed work of different organs,which are less and easier working over food digestion,consequently and much more importantly,in the form of the same organs in much better condition with time passing than those of individuals that feed the normal way.Meaning also delay in our own old age onset and final death,which in fact is nothing but the result of our organs,working too much,and so with time passing being in a worse condition and so becoming weaker.I myself almost never use both my teeth and also the brushing of them.And why doing it if this work can be performed by a blender,capable of better work over foods than our teeth possibly might manage.The complication of first blending and only THEN eating is much more than returned back and already with profits of sorts along this way after this definite relaxation of regime improvement our own internal organs are destined to experience once we manage this blending thing into action,which,simply putting it,takes a large portion of work off a body organ and allowing kitchen machines to do it spend only a stable amount of it and no more),we run out of this currency stock and fade away.For proof of this idea take the fact that after a large food intake a large amount of rest is required,because we feel tired.Tiredness means that body decreases in size and abilities after digesting food.Food is better taken as  just a source of energy,and so by accepting energy we pay for it less or more.And so we need to be careful to waste it away with certain precautions and to good aims only.Those who misuse this power of digestion into simple taste pleasure do not act either wisely or reasonably.Changing from 1 type of food to another 1(as you start eating a new food type in particular)needs additional rearrangements,produced by our bodies to cope with it.Each such change would need a sizeable donation from the "state bank" of the body,which can only spend no more than it has stored.Wise people of yore(in ayurveda in particular),when humans WERE able to consider stuff carefully,told us that this state bank can only spend this amount of the bodily dollars per one's life,no less and no more.So please spend the cash you had been entrusted with wisely!In real practical life this means that THE SMALLER NUMBER OF different FOODS you eat at 1 time THE BETTER for your precious overall health.Absolutely,as soon as you want yet another type of foodie,please add it(its even worse to deny yourself your heart desires),just remember that lots of different foods is not for the ultimate good of our bodies!This truth about different tastes/foods is also correct for different temperatures too,and its better to avoid AS much as possible the use of both a refrigerator and a heating stove-1 more set of things,never used a mere 100 years ago and so not well adjusted to by our bodies.I do try to use refrigerator myself only to hold long term foods,and am heating food only to approximately 70 degrees Centigrade each).Any food is better eaten while at room quantities of foods eaten now-1 more live example to understand its essense.Say you need to fight 1 foe which attacks you,a very simple example of it all(until the food is well digested its nothing significant one,nevertheless the least of those,addressed by this society.When the body needs to quickly adjust itself to ones appetites(another food entering in)it is easily loosing its internal immence powers,tired much more,and a tired body functions worse,further giving start to numerous additional complications.Its best to eat AS small a diversity of foods at one time as possible to avoid is always 1)vitamins filled smoothie from a fresh fruit or a vegetable,just now made.If you make a smoothie and its distinctive part is still hard food then better make a juice out of that food.Remember,any easily detachable hard part of a food is better taken away and not eaten/thrown away into garbage,because it tends later to uselessly flock the body up with unwanted,and later not digested at all,materials,which tend to simply occupy uselessly a spot inside of it without adding anything useful to it.In more complicated cases those islands of unwanted materials gradually become sources of numerous illnesses and health complications.And from them we need to seek medicines support while its easy not to produce the unwanted material masses by simple abstaining from food when you do not seriously want to eat.I personally completely forgot the time i last had ANY fat deposites around my body,one thing SO many health searchers uselessly attempt to achieve in so many ways with the amount of my physical activity amazingly high,even as in mostly low style home affairs.THE way to better health is NOT to follow a specific new recipe but instead to simply invest into your lot and porridges are about exactly the midway between lazy tasteless proteins and strong by influence vitamins.Before you blend a food you should cut it into small maximum 2 cantimetres pieces in size,then cover it with clean(better mineral)water just so that it was covered to the top,not a bit more or less(well open to personal adjustments though)and then open the blender for a time inbetween 1 and 3 minutes(try to stay AS far away from the blender as you can when it works).That's starting with the most important juice or smoothie and ending with the least so olive oil.This small amount of
