the brain just fails to work properly,attempting to add more and more to "riches" it managed to gather.Back to things normal,which are on here.Contemporary science states that human genes are about the creation of animals that digested vegan components themselves to only after that create their own 'factory of life',because thats just what each body is.Most of meats we consume are taken from animals that had been vegans(grocery eating ONLY)even as they THEMSELVES were still alive.And when we consume FACTRORIES that once produced life elements from grocery themselves,we also consume this general prinsiple of VEGAN produced factories,or which animals do we eat that YES had been eating meats themselves?Eating of a factory(an animal body once was 1,that of transferring grocery into animal flesh)reminds the situation,where the owner of a private enterprise had not created it bit by bit himself(the best and most recommendable option)as its previous owner once did(creation of bodily cells by grocery food here),but came to use it after the departure(death by slaughter,and in case of a diseased factory owner after his natural death)of its previous owner(a chicken,a fish etc)and,as we know from the history of families,where newer generations DO inherit the governing of family owned enterprises),such new owner is almost always a MUCH less effective an owner of that enterprise himself than the old one he inherited it from was once.THAT guy the previous enterprise's owner was big,this one is always much worse towards the enterprise itself as life shows this to us do.And why do people constantly need to soap their bodies as showering?I never do soaping myself as my body never produces ECCESSIVE fats i then need to get rid of by soaping the body up.All the way along my hair is in a brilliant condition,never needing anything,never having ANY dandruf and my skin is in a very good condition too,because the skin has its own,and very effective to it ways of fixing EACH and every problem it needs to deal with,perfectly taking out of the game any complications WE OURSELVES try to add to its private life(every organ has its needs)and also what WE give it,and for the most what we add to its life is stuff,organs never need and would even gladly get rid of if only they could.You certainly observed sometimes actions of your superiors that funnily waste all you worked over simply because of their weird whims,and so DO know that their actions are always with a flaw you then need to fix yourself.Add what your body needs to be added with and then just pastry etc),and so does the body too,and its needs while attempting to find the friend to solve it all in a chemical substance(pills,proposed by medicine as the solution)or other complicated contemporary things.Its a good idea to do all contemporary stuff too of course,just that the body must get what it deserves.Moreover,since it moves us to the final result,it is the best ever idea to use contemporary things.One must know,however,the end of all one's activities,and thats(when finally fully satisfied)solving of our own miserly(it seems so now)interests into a better level.Thats when you finally start to notice that "this backbone of mine is not straight enough" or "theres a better way to do this business".The end of activities is a fully satisfied brain ,turning at last to more earthly things,surrounding the individual.While in the more complicated matters,generally surrounding a human,this exact human is simply searching for a way to feed his/her own brain with food,which it still requires.And at the end the brain,when well fed,will always turn to solving body'sbody's own critical matters,because itsit is its natural function.When busy with such things we forget to feed the main inhabitant of this world of "me"-a common cell of this body.These cells are about all(minus a miser)the cells that our organism consists of,just as the time a being exists is about all of time without contemporary "achevements" like computers,TV,compact disks and alike.Plus so much less of brain,bones etc cells.Nowadays I cook any food till before the boiling point only,switching off as soon as it ipasteurized.How is this achieved?First you need to understand that its the correct way to cook food less.Then if you cook something for 10 minutes,(lets say),then next time try to cook it for 9 or 9.5 minutes.Whichever time you see that the food is unbearably undercooked,you need to return to the previous number of minutes.Remember,that no food you eat should ever be not tasty just because your head decided that it shouldn't be,thats a wrong idea.Food must be tasty anyway,just that mental scene can influence its cooking to that,still tasty a bit,where the food,even being a bit undercooked,is pleasing the mind to that a degree that the body is agreeing into that change.And never do what your body supposes isnt good,even as your brain believes it IS.Both your head and your body must be more pleased with this new change into less cooking.Under the influence of the head the body is agreeing to the change,and their COMMON pleasure is what is enough to cook food for less time.Its the recipe for the gradually increased brain as wellwell,not only improving ones health.No mental idea must ever prevent you from eating tastily.Adopt a lower number of minutes only when you eat the cooked food with full pleasure,it would be a common pleasure of body and mind if the latter adds a bit undercooked food pleasure because the head is pleased itself.In the contemporary society the heat of our digestive juices(enough by itself to digest many,if not all,foodsfoods,because our predecessor entities cats,dogs etc DO eat all raw even now)is easily and wrongly replaced by the heat of gas cookers.Our own bodily heat in the form of digestive juices can be made to digest foods,just as for most people gas cookers do.How do we achieve this goal?Add this or that to your life towards the aim,like start walking  a half an hour on feet a day,or else include raw vegetation into your diet etc.The final result is as simple as lack of illnesses that will catch on you in your later lifre,the thing you will never regretbwith time flowing.Why did old times beings never need cookingcooking,noour contemporary neighbours in life cats,dogs etc do even now?Because their main part(again,a simplest cell of the body)was in a good enough condition to digest raw food.Try to add to this source of internal health in ways to see the results multiplying with time.We now are not too different from humans in old days.Its not true that old times' beings used fire all the time because their brain,a much simpler 1 in those days,just couldn't catch the idea of cooking food and why is it better.On the other hand if the brain is stronger now(activities of all sorts are ever equal in size),than the physical body is weaker,and so already cant digest raw food that good.Can contemporary apes cook,or do they even consider cooking?But that's the way our predecessors functioned most of their times.So,not using cooking,they fed upon raw foods only,and they were enough for them.The numerous multiple contemporary achievements all lack the brilliance of a simple body cell,able to feed upon raw food(grocery only,no meat or dairy included)and cure itself quickly,needing no additional healing or vitamins/pills,taken in each day,because its just the way i function myself,with no medicine interruption of about any sort.All of it starts into practice as soon as we start to exercise and spend more time outdoors,in the fresh air,where our predecessors spent ALL of their time.Our body has a large spectrum of methods to fight off disease and problems and will use them,provided that we do not interrupt with its normal functions or even help it do its work.One can do anything he wants but he will die no matter what,and the death moment is chosen by the cells' condition(a violent death is extremely rare nowadays),not by the brain' one.The brain may(and mostly does)want to care about itself(and after it IS satisfied finally,it turns to help normal cells anyway because other jobs are done by then)only,but its not best policy,just characteristic to that particular stage of development.And to be able to keep the organism in a better than the average state is a larger achievement than being a very serious computer specialist,because there is no real point in computer sciences once you leave your presently suffering physical body to please yourself by computer games.The only point here is to please the brain which is the main bodily part and so "orders the music".Or otherwise you are not a brain which does its work well,because one is the brain of this exact body by nature,and not of this or that a computer.Even being definitely not the best way to digest our food,gas is widely beleived to be "the only way" to deal with digesting food properly.At my 46 years of age its a couple of years that i eat neither meat no dairy,depending completely on grocery for food(and liquified too),thats called vegan feeding.Its natural in contemporary life that one never gets satisfied unfortunately.Hence a much bigger than once need to fill the gap between needs and thats what is on.Body and its organs ages less after using vegan diet.The special taste that makes us consume meats instead of proved by intellect grocery means gradual overtiring of organs,which are much strongly wasted by it.The head may or not decide whatever it wants,it doesnt change the results of the resulting wrongdoing.Tissues of special organs we all possess like pancrease or kidneys or liver etc are nothing but organic sponges(just the way a kitchen sponge looks normally),made to hold on to substances,unwanted inside of us as their presence inside means quick body degradation & final failure.The "correct pattern" of a blood stream piece is embedded into genetic memory & those sponges try to take out of blood everything that doesn't fit this well known pattern.They will do it exactly till the point when the sponges are TOO dirty to keep filtrating though(a towel that washes veges stuff off)will get spoilt MUCH later.You certainly witnessed food towels getting seriously dirtier after cleaning meaty food remainders than after fruity/vegetables based ones-this is JUST the way our sponges inside(kidneys,lungs,liver etc)are reacting to either meaty foods or grocery ones.The organs you are having inside of you are ALL very much like such food dishes' towels-they also get dirtier after cleaning meaty/dirtier foods,and you only have them once,no replacement planned by nature.Thats also why do we all have such organs 2 in number-just to add reason they DID get this large,and in case you DO know grocery is never THIS large,simply avoid purchasing it!The amazing to a fruit/vegetable size is absolutely hinting us that the amount of chemical STATE ISSUED YOGHURT This bought in each larger store nowadays milk product is extremely accid and not natural things(such accidity you will not find in any natural foods)will 1 day injure you as this body just isnt working with them for a long enough time to be well accustomed to them;hence such overly accid things arent good and i personally always avoid them(not buying in stores)for regular milk etc.Why then is it in stores AND for sale to people who get hurt in this way?The answer is simple FOR THOSE,WHO USE their OWN BRAINS to think over what is claimed to be 100% correct even while it is NOT-most people have stomachs that are overwhelmed with fats/bad oils etc;for them it IS good to add acidity to foods to simply counteract fats that overwhelm the body,as thats exactly why government adds accidity to foods like this 1;but for people who eat healthy it is not good to consume such overly accid thingies the stores' sold yoghurt is.There are times,at which i am spending lots of time outdoors;lately such hours are mostly devoted to collection of bottles other people throw out.Such a single time takes from me 4 to 8 hours averagely.Right after returning home,hungry as i certainly am,i always insist on eating grocery and avoiding dairy products;and the longer the trip was the more radical in declining dairy(meats arent even considered food here)am i.In situations though,where i sit at home for a longer time,i always start to tend to prefer milk and dairy over grocery.Explanation to this certain effect is easily seen,when we consider what exactly happens to a human body while its actions are outdoor ones.Physical action in quantities + oxygen in abundance(both "pick the volume up" for the bodily homeostatic processes)increase what the machine of a human body is quite radically;and when this machine shows 100 % of actions' volume and capacity as you sit at home in home affairs,the outdoors machine will show already 160 % approximately(this is my own experience idea of course)of the speed/volume/actions' strenght of in the very same action it would be otherwise performing at home.Theres another example to this phenomenon,that of a juicer,and i use 1 constantly.It can work at a speed/strenght at a time;but pressing of a button upon it will increase its speed of action while extracting juices and power the juicer shows to extract it too,to already twice the volume.I can choose either normal speed ot this increased 1;power of the juicer suddenly strongly multiplied,it takes juices out better and more actively.This situation is very similar to what outdoors activities do to a human being;they gradually increase this volume/speed of activity to new level it did not showw in home occupations;physical actions sped up and increasing in output too just the way a button upon a juicer does to the extraction process too.This is exactly why after long active outdoors am i able/actually prefer to eat grocery and avoid dairy products.There is a very stable number(as hindu stuff tells us btw)to each minute of what exactly can 1 make out of his time;no real decrease/improvement even possible;and the way the body denies dairy shows that it has gained energy(food IS energy we need to take out from somewhere else to keep up with life)from some other source already,had just been increasing its actions' volumes/speed from another source.This source is outdoors as this very machine speeds up and improves its actions as we sport through city streets etc;"eating" this food of outdoors,it then does not require too much additional food;or else,did you notice that all constantly indoors' spending time people are either drunkards or heavy meateaters or else tobacco/alcohol abusing PERSONS?What to speak of other "controlled substances",all of which are exclusively taken by addicts to home/offices etc.Back to the topic,the body,increased in volume of actions now is lets say 20 times the same actions taken at home but in these outdoors cicrumstances now,is not 1,speaking figurally,but already 20.Grocery,holding to it simplest energy elements,is more like 1;the common figure has to be like 21 anyway as wise folks did note by now,healthy people are best functioning upon grocery.
