RULES of conduct

Here is a list of rules I suppose to be very influential and desirable too DO YOUR OWN BUSINESS ONLY Never do much else.No going anywhere else except of doing this particular set of things you do even now!If and when your own occupations do suceed and you move to a deeper more successful state of what you presently do,THEN you can really influence anything or anyone else,because only at that moment will you possess anything,valuable enough to persuade other humans that you ARE doing well with considerable successes.and untill that time you are of no major influence in any area except your own one.And if you are of no major influence then why trying to make changes,which are then doomed to no success,as only people,successful enough can make a large contribution to the society?Moving very good right here and now you are certain to with time dramatically inrease the speed with which you run upon this particular track.Nowadays what does a lot of influence is speed,the amount of activity you can produce.Heres an example I like.Many similar ones are available:Stepan Bandera was an ultraradical western Ukrainian nationalist who spent his days in the futile war,waged on the polish state government,because he believed that all wrongdoings that ukrainian people had came from its rule.This in turn came from the situation when he himself was denied by the polish government the possibility to go to Czhehia to study in the university,after which his "war on the government" began.Hence he became a radical destroyer of economics and lives,a leader of an extra radical Nazi movement.This leads us to understand that denying anyone his right to his own type of activity leads him astray and into territories,unwanted by anyone.Wouldnt it end better if S. Bandera was allowed to exit Ukraine and do his own small "petty business" abroad?This is 1 example of how ends interrupting one's life with another one's ideas/plans or whatever else;and why isnt it recommendable.That would end in his taking a good position in czechian life and,with time passing,earn enough money to substantially support the ukrainian state by cash donations from Czechia(or USA,its their role lately).Thats the way accepted nowadays,when richer states(or particular individuals)simply speaking donate money into poorer ones for their own good as well as that of the poor countries.Instead of this,obviously chosen nowadays method,Bandera was disallowed to proceed with his own inclinations,later starting the nationalist Ukrainian movement and playing a prominent role in it.In Lviv,Ukraine(i lived in it for a long time once)there is a large monument to him and instead of spending his money,sent from Czechia and earned by him or people alike,to buy goods,people spend that time,discussing his nationalist ideas and planning similar to his activities,obviously delaying their real desires and profit to spend time eating that food or earning money to get that apartment.So why going the additional circle of discussing that?And all of that sinful circle started when the royal government(or whoever else)decided to enter into S. desire of 1 man to direct another 1 and interrupt with his own life.While they should never influence each other for a better result of their separate activities and that of the ukrainian(or another)state in general too as the result.Its also the real background of the hindu beleif that "dont ever go or have any business with a man from another caste".Each of hairs(or human beings as well)is dealing with life better if left alone and NOT combed/strightened/influenced in any other way YOU personally consider correct.Back to practise.Whenever you start feeling drowsy/weak and unable to proceed/and are simply slowing down,its the first sign that you are not doing the correct thing and you basically are if all is moving smoothly and running well,without hindrance and then should move to things,known to you better,those where you feel good and unstoppable with speed of action gradually increasing as increase in speed is a definite sign of the correct activity.THE centre is always unstoppable by speed and crazy amounts of small activities of miserable character.Another thing i try to keep to is to let my natural hair grow to AS a large an amount in lenght as the public policies allow,cutting off only the losing colour longer hairs as the loss of colouration they show tells us that these ends are no longer alive;REAL influence upon the brain making live hairs exclusively.What happens under your hat is never noticed by anyone anyways and you can have the hairs well uncombed and intermixed to that-1 condition,in which hairs definitely feel better.Not only does a hat hold under it the ever best conditions for life a single hair might find for itself,i believe that it also increases the electric charge your brain has to itself,making its activity a stronger 1 because any electric charge(and this brain definitely holds 1 that does even enter the under-the-hat space),meeting a wall of any sort,and hat IS a wall that defines its movement,is then deflected into the other side and increases the electric field that always exists around ANY electrically charged element around this world;and it is better to let this deflected aside charge do a work HERE at home(around the brain itself)than to let it go OFF the body to do some work THERE(and i mean NOT around this very body),in this way ''cooking'' the brains in their own juices.I certainly noticed so many times that this electric field around my body and the head especially tends to interact with objects that surround me wherever am i sitting/walking etc in a very physical way.1 more thing people never notice is what exactly is happening under the table you are sitting at,and i suppose that in this table position i would better keep both of my legs in Padmasana(lotus)pose for better blood circulation inside of both your legs AND the entire body as well.Because of this i suppose it must be a rule for a wise individual to try to sit in Padmasana or another pose with bent legs as he sits behind a table because blood,the circulation of which is increased many times over with the legs bent,is then able to do wonders with the body it is naturally busy dealing with.What we notice as the EVER strongest smells/emanations of specific juices our legs are having normally out of many body parts we are having is nothing else but the result of this much HIGHER BLOOD PRESSURE last.This life is a management-of-this-organism eternal game 1 HAS to excel in,just to be believed a good enough manager of affairs;and one's internal affairs are quite a lot on its own self.Work over affairs that never include those of THIS particular system we are naturally working with is simply NOT THE BEST field of action for a manager,and 1 IS a manager of whatever does he take up as THE field of his actions.Other and not THESE actions will lead you to perfect conditions of the whatever is it you pursue in life;this other thing is then certain to take over the entire game the way the immense Sun planet is taking to its own self over things we DO need here,getting partly disabled in our OWN life conditions along this way;wiser system managers though not only take what THEY need,but also add what other system parts need too;because as this Sun gets bigger,never though NEEDING this,we ALSO parts of the solar system the people become smaller and less capable of whatever is it we ARE working with anyway.Hairs are an important part of the system of a human being,considerably increasing the levels of the safe ''white noise''(safest activity possible)that DO increase the functions of the brain considerably.Public around you will definitely wish to see you in the form they prefer to observe you.For this end,as well as your own 1(the both are well united in a single individual anyway),I roughly push my normally overgrown hair to the large space under my hat without combing them.The hair is even better not kept straight and brushed into 1 line,but let to grow is good for me may be really bad for you;and so whichever rule do you consider you must pass it through your OWN experience just to establish its correctness.To my understanding,hair is nothing more than a plant,which has taken good roots upon us because not does only it itself need us but also WE humans ourselves do need it too.The activities of a single hair(and later our hairs as a larger mass too),even as small as they seem to be,are completely noticed by our brains.The brain had worked and cooperated with hairs for times,impossible to count and too long to even consider.This white noise our brain has in amounts we let it all be(hairs' activities)which get by their movements natural support in the form of a good background activity,which fuells the brain with additional capacities,the so called "white noise" we use to hear by the seashore.This white noise is the safest yet yes influencing us activity;1 i find even more important than factual important 1.Hairs produce exactly this white noise/safest activity around especially for the support of this brain,which DOES take immense comfort in it,leaving many more important yet less nourishing it activities aside.Natural own hair serves as a "buffer" or a pillow that can naturally protect you from undesirable components of your life(check completely unflexible and spongelike condition of your beard and mustache for this;condition,proved best to withstand sudden hits by outside objects),and if NOT worked over like numerous times weakened by shampoo use,hairs become strong,have great condition to them and then can very nicely counteract most every bad influence our head might get from outside sources.This increased condition have not only hairs,but actually most of other bodily parts as well.Also I find it desirable to have my hair surrounded by some cover like a light preferrably cotton matter hat,made of better a non chemical material,because it feels definitely better under it,flourishes inside of preferrably cotton hat,not at all 1 also that prevents air from entering hairs or else tightly pressing it towards the scull.The hat must give hairs not only privacy,but also some sufficient space around them,just the way we are as at home,increasing humidity as well as other preferred items around them.A common hair is nothing but a friendly plant,which coexists with humans in order to achieve the best coexistance/simbiosis for the entire system of the 2.What gains in a human organism from such a simbiosis is its brain because it then has to react in a way to movements of each hair upon the produced and not ANY one at all.In my case soap is used for them hairs once each several days only,and definitely not as often as our propaganda tends to believe is necessary.I never have any dandruff in this way,my hairs are in complete order and a very nice condition,not needing even any brushing of them,yet holding on to their good condition along with straight and not too combed a manner.Plus the hairs are very easily brushed into a common side even as I avoid doing it-the hairbrush always rips off several hairs from my head,which all would better stay upon it.Nor are any unwanted commotion inside hairs exist for me,such as individual hairs clinging to each other or becoming overly dry.Because ALL that hairs need to naturally start composing their own businesses well(just as any other body part they possess their own mechanisms to heal and get adjusted to reality around them)is some normal conditions they ARE accustomed to in hature,and this is for the most part closed space around and high humidity inside of it.As once such conditions indeed WERE in place even naturally(high humidity and closed space around Earth beings),nowadays they are ONLY achievable in fake manmade conditions,which nevertheless ARE possible to be achieved.Again,to achieve this better condition for hairs it is best NOT to brush them but to keep them under a light material hat.Weird as cold showers to improve my overall health.The cooling down from cold water does never affect the brain itself as it is very well hidden behind the skull.But cold water DOES cool down the rest of the body considerably.I leave the cold shower just AS soon as my eyes start "going wild",which means that the brain itself starts to suffer from the cold,which effect is never recommendable-what is easily workout than running.It does indeed take much more time without radical approach to reach the very same goals one has in mind,but still brings better results with time passing.Radical stuff is simple phone game etc.When I consider that option(I do ever)and find that I would feel better with sitting and playing on the phone than with walking around,i stop for it,so always ask yourself whether you want to move on or rather have a seat for a while.This method of relaxed walking with stops for different things is better than short time running because the difference between running and not running(it influences the body each time it happens)is much more serious than that between walking and not walking as the change of action is less noticeable and in that way less differentiates activity.Death is a too serious difference of body's state before and after it and so the less you change work or activity the less you get wasted away.It is also an important factor in feeding with liquids and smoothies because the larger the difference in any action to a previous 1 the faster your body is wasting itself off and so its important to possibly avoid any changes if its possible.Here is anther reason older times people were indeed able to live longer lives than we contemporary times ones do.Changes that we do all are recorded and reacted to by our own brains,which then need to accordingly get accustomed to those new conditions that we try to iflict upon them.The amount of changes one is able to "digest" during his/her lifetime is naturally very similar if not absolutely identical just the way ayurveda tells us.And the more changes we survived up untill this moment the less will we be able to do during the rest of our lives because an organism is naturally functions they are always activizing upon a large scale,things they are activizing non stop as THE main activity to perform normally,things we their brains/leaders never care about/even notice as yes existing as it IS their game and work around this organism.However,what they smaller entities never need to know/notice is a large function we their brains NEED to be performing for better final results of the entire human body system.When we make their work easier by ''taking out of the game'' let us say too many functions they NEED(never liking them all along)to perform with digesting foods,TOO numerous to consider it wise,we make their life less complicated,more comfortable,organized and satisfied,and so a LONGER happier to it life too.I am 46 years old now and I DO believe that such arrangements economized me another several years of life.For such influences on feeding I discuss vegan feeding,use of liquid foods and physical activities profits in other parts of this blog. brains visibly are not active enough for an individual,yes successful in every life aspect.BOTH of the 2 are not exactly correct because they once started to neglect only 1 of their bodily parts and/or functions,EACH of which does need some sort of action and exercise,be it brain or the heels,or the stomacm,you name it you've got it.This mistake sports people commit traditionally,even as they DO sport extensively,that of visibly NOT busy in any way a brain,IS a very noticeable inside of a human being FACT and loss they suffer nevertheless.Back to cold sea bathing now,the correct variation that is KINDERGARTEN conditions of complete peace,order and all simplified and overworked.So best avoid ANY harsh life situations as you only start any of your days;such conditions ARE what we generally experience during deep night hours;and that is EXACTLY why the traditional hinduism religion prescribes us to WAKE UP AT MIDNIGHT and start each of our days down there.The point of this rule is to have your internal bodily memory(and your cells are ONLY knowing such a basic memory and certainly no weird doings of their leader the brain,ALL of such forever lost and existing ONLY for the brain itself.Fix this as THE constant rule that mind is very active at the start,rising and increasing in size along the way,just the way the Sun is gradually increasing in its size inbetween the midnight and the following it midday(definitely much influencing humans just the same way)and so the mind gets well active over simple material things afterwards;waking up at midnight will do this task exclusivelly well.If we try to follow the events inside of a human organism afterwards,cells in this very simple way of STARTING A DAY DOWN there get well accustomed to gradual increase of the brain its master by size,just what Sun planet does after midnight and SO your own brain then does just as well.This habit of seeing its master the brain gradually improve in its affairs(this is how increase of the Sun and accordingly your brain is taken by your cells then)undoubtedly boosts chanses of an average cell to be more content with life and SO perform its duties/necessities upon a better level,the general health boosting along the way.Because smaller entities of each system are feeling better and performing their duties upon a higher level once they DO see their master do well;thats just how life around us is and we all DID see smaller workers making their lives MUCH better once they DO know their leader the brain/enterprise director IS doing better and better.Or why else do we observe our leaders and presidents upon TV screens THIS often?Because we simply start doing better and better ourselves as we see THEM doing well;the show of increase of the activity of this brain as it works its way through midnight to midday does exactly THIS and the lower entities of the body are naturally destined to start doing better and better too.To understand this idea better just imagine your master at your work to be doing better and better with each year passing you both.Wont this fact be increasing your OWN chanses for better and more successful a life as well?Thats just why exactly do we see ALL the too numerous society leaders,chatting away upon the TV-in reality they do nothing else but BOOST OUR OWN chanses for a nice life activities as we simply keep observing them saying no matter what exactly.Thats just how exactly is it explained with real scientifically named arguements just why exactly is it better to start each of our days during deep night hours.The brain itself isnt noticing such details much-its job,natural build and crazy by speed activities for their subjects are that way,but its subjects the average cells DO note the details own metabolism,which includes taking out the reason of itching-simple closure of skin pores by bodily wastes that tend to close pores upon the skin of the head.The better our hairs do the easier is it to do their metabolism.In this way hair is also recovering its natural condition,which in my case is a fatty glistening one,proving the absolutely better condition of my hairs over hairs of other people,which are always devoid of any sort of fats and look thin and lifeless after countless use of contemporary craze people are overaccustomed to use-the chemically made and so extremely dangerous for our live cells shampoo.Just as any live plant is slowly recovering naturally after prolonged misuse by ineffectual owners,hairs that are as simply as left to their own ways and management are quickly recovering into this sizeably healthier condition,in which their actions are much better noticed and reacted at by our very real and eating it much better than TV shows etc as the ''white noise'' brains.In this situation the self caused recovery is as much percieved as it is after a full night sleep,which always ends with our bodies less depending upon constant feeding and care and more able to withstand the hardships of life,which we the directors of this business the body we possess are always inflicting upon it,simply because we are less from that world the body lives in,but from a somewhat different one,less connected to our lower needs and more to the enjoyments and pleasures of the brains.Those,wishing their hair short no doubt wanna serve other humans who,having perceived them in that nicer outwardly look,then have a better attitude towards them,which,in turn,helps to gather enough EXTERIOR help to move on and succeed in life.Those,however,are actions of exterior orientated individuals the extraverts,who wanna get others' help to only THEN proceed with their lives well.While its better to rely upon your own possibilities,because none like you yourself will tell you what exactly IS and what is not recommended.What our society does want us to do is certainly not always what WE ourselves would better do for the interest of this particular system of bodily functions,and an idividual is NO social machine as our leaders want us to believe(simply because they themselves are)but THE president of this particular body,which is under its own control and care.7) Work towards DECREASING the NUMBER The number of foods eaten,changes made,things done etc,*in short anything,its a very general rule,of which one can make a large number of practical conclusions later.A very principal and valuable important rule is managing the current situation in hues it always does demand.This demands constant assessing and reassessing of the current situation you are existing in from many angles and replacing approach to it with smallest changes the situation presents.AS soon as the situation starts to be uncomfortable/undesirable you must leave the free time after these things are finished.When 1 for instance drinks heavy spirits(10 % alcohol isnt 1 but 40 % already IS),his problem is that he needs to get his brains chilled down or else his life just is not good;and when i myself never take such substance abuse this means that my brains do NOT suffer without heavy spirits.And why does not my brain suffer as it had not recieved a cup of vodka?That has to be because it DID get some sort of nourishment,which other people failed to find themselves.As i get up from night sleep bed i straight away turn to exercises like yoga,headstands,pranayama etc.Kundalini the internal muscular/of different tissues a snake gets exhausted right away,later cannot make me any substantial complications(and THATS why vodka/drugs are needed in reality);and whenever does it wake up into a large activity pattern i add him exercises;myself the driver of this Kundalini(a sanskrit term from hinduism)horse i must FIRST feed it and only THEN expect any free time i might spend for my own interests.The horse like this grows with amazing speed and yet i have no complications when i finally get down to my own petty business.This is the reason i am never any subject to weird drugs/addictions other people are absolutely well addicted to.

Main part of this article was taken from biology and other scientific books,but some parts are my personal projection and development of that data.Here is how can we perceive such problems/collected goods EYES Eyes' pupil can show existance or absence of vitamins and important substances inside.Its size is of importance too.A small pupil shows sleepy,less active or inactive state(its normally observed right after night sleeping,so that's just the way a small pupil hints us),a large 1 by size shows large excitement or nervous activity in serious quantities.Around one's eyes there is a region,which can show his internal organs' state.This area right outside the black pupil of the eye is descriptive of useful elements inside of the body.It can be either richer in toxic colours(rich  bank of vitamins & minerals inside)or lacking them in comparison to the rest of the eye(lower than average quantities of colour).Most commonly the area around the eyes in people show black circles,which corresponds to a lot of waste and garbage inside their bodies.Eyes have qualities of every important internal organ:explicitely detailed perfection without much weight.And because of that areas,surrounding eyes are also important to perceive other internal organs' state,even being less so than the area around the eye's pupil.While eyes themselves are too busy with their own functions(a definite sign of a very important thing by the way)and do not convey important information of another quality,thats done by areas,surrounding them.Exactly after the pupil and surrounding it there is the region which can show amount of vitamins and other valuable things inside us.In case the pupil is surrounded by a whiter than the rest of the coloured eye pigment circle part you have a vitamins and necessary elements deficiency and lack them and your bones might be somewhat empty inside too and prone to sudden breaks.If the area,closest to the pupil,is more intensely coloured than the rest of the coloured circle this means your useful elements(vitamins and minerals)"state bank" is rich.Small red veins inside the eyes are not good and show overworking eyesight.The size of the unwanted elements.Just as inside a pile of garbage on the street the chanse of insects and other unwanted parasites is so much higher,so the danger of an illness,attacking us from inside of that material is much larger.Thats the territory,controlled by our "enemies"(bacteries etc),whose sole function is to do their own life,which is directly opposite and dangerous to our aims,which are to build a possibly more successful individual affairs,able to increase our healths and so chanses in other activities too.Bacteries and other micro organisms gradually destroy us from inside.They are as dangerous as large animals:tigers,wolves etc(also  dangerous predators),just that the damage,done by them,is AS small by size as the microorganisms themselves are.In our highly civilized world its hard to find a place,where wild animals arent all accounted for and even are occupying their own cells in a zoo or a similar place.So it also should be with smaller animals of our own insides(intestinal tract)-bacteries,because they ARE such.That's just how teeth bacteries are taken nowadays,with strong chemistry used upon them(toothpaste IS 1)to destroy those.It is the visible part of the small murderous animals the bad bacteries inside are,most of them hiding inside of our precious bodies,inside of our intestines mostly.Intestines process food a human being once ate further through the body.An interesting part here is that the speeds of whats going on on the inside of ours is not even closely THAT fast and decisive in life as the brain itself the body master always is;the digestive processes keep moving with very slow slime sized actions;perfect as those are,they need immense time injections just to be gradually and very slowly to that moving along their destined and completely necessary for the metabolism actions;and the brain,no matter just HOW fast and active in its complicated activities on the outside of this body it always is,HAS to keep up to the MUCH SLOWER actions its small sized subjects down there our lower organs like digestive ones certainly are.Forcing these lower subjects to much faster actions this organism presumably needs(the brain always tends to move to this particular end of increase of its of actions' speed)will always end in bad results and all that need to be done with them is simply they NEED TO BE LEFT ALONE for out unwanted elements of the blood or else to: 2)add to the bloodstream they are managing other agents,completely unavoidable inside and needing constant adding.This is why nature gave us two of such very important organs mostly-to additionally increase our chanses to survive when one of these doubled organs is damaged and cannot continue its functioning.Why would we have two organs,1 very similar foods are ingested the harder is it do YES digest them fully and successfully.Indigestion and stomach complications arising all the way through this problem.Again,your digestion can only work properly if NOT overworking,and it takes some attention and work for it to do it correctly.Seems the digestive tract we inherited from long ago IS strong enough to fight its way out(it isnt designed for THESE numbers of foods anyway as what digetsion DID get once were up to 20 usual types of foods we COULD find around as we were our long ago gone predecessors(apes,neanderthals etc)and suffers/gets spoiled WAY too prematurely in that way),but why not making its life easier by not consuming THIS many foods all along each other?Is it because the brain(real criminal in such cases)wants additional activization,provided by the numerous tastes,consumed while eating it all,and increasing in its own size along the way not considering complications that DO arise along this way(MY version of events)?Wise people always avoid such mistakes.This comparison is very realistic,the world around us is ruled by the very same principles we see in another,seemingly very different,a life branch.By the life of our digestive tract it is exactly what happens inside of us when we eat additional foods inside of a single meal-its work has to be accordingly twice,thrice or more times more complicated
