YOGA

  1. As you are active physically,in yoga in particular, the volumes of blood activity increases dramatically and can be AS high as 3 times the level you possess as you sit by a table constantly.Just that you DID understand how important is the condition of the blood inside,it is responsible for most every process inside of us that is going on and can improve these prosesses very much.Yoga can very strongly influence the processes inside of us,turning the entire body condition into a much better 1.Blood is actually our lowest level(certainly our common cells themselves are even more basic),with which we can operate to influence our healths, and manipulating it can produce so very good final results for our physical condition.Yoga is so much more influencing those who keep to vegetarian, fat free diets, because the state of blood in vegetarians is very different. Its probably why yoga books always mention that a yoga practiser must become a vegetarian with time.We can easily observe the condition of liquids in two different bottles, one with pretty much oily and the other one with water and additives to it.So do our blood vessels(they are,in fact, also only containers of liquids)look when we are either vegetarian or normal food eaters.Try to shuffle those liquids inside of those two bottles and watch its behaviour.Oil is hardly moving at all(its just the way fat people are),while the liquids you shuffle arent pressing much upon the walls of its bottle, because its the nature of oil to be non moving, and also because the walls of the bottle are much covered with stuff that would better be out.Thats how are our arteries inside of us look, like bottles that contain liquids, our blood this time.In the second waterly liquids containing bottle the pressure upon the vessels' walls will be much more noticeable.Yoga, roughly speaking,IS this shuffling of the internal bodily ''bottles with liquids''.First, its easy to imagine and second, thats how dissections of dead human bodies look like.I was reading many human dissections results' connected books and know that there is almost always(unless the late gentleman was behaving healthily sure)a large area in an individual's arteries(a remote part of the circulation area mostly),completely blocked by sticky and poisonous remainder of things that the late human was eating once. This "garbage containment area" is responsible for the largest health complications a human possesses in his later life(its start almost never have health complications in quantities). Its completely different with water, where it presses upon the bottle(arteries')walls much stronger and with large intensivity.Active nutrients' particles also much easier reach other bottle parts inside a water bottle than inside an oily one because fats prevent nutrients from moving inside of the blood quickly as much as do they also block many other important processes inside of us too. This body is normally producing its OWN fats and factories to do so ARE strong enough not to need any additional fats' consumption. An interesting thing about liquids is that to have most of its components in each and every part of the bottle(or a human body too)one must often shuffle this 'bottle' possibly more often(the most important method other workouts lack while yoga employs),as otherwise liquids' components tend to collect in a particular bottle part, accordingly leaving some organism parts even lacking special nutrients;this is especially active an estimation if you lead a sedimentary life without much moving around.Simply speaking, your brain then tends to lack heavier blood particles because they then tend to flow down the body with the power of gravitation, and the heavier blood particles are in most cases the most important/useful ones inside;these include most principal nutrients like vitamins and minerals. The remedy for this particularity is as simple as the NEED to engage in active sorts of sporting, whichever you DO prefer, this is simply one very original particularity of a human that feeds with liquid food. This is why influence of yoga upon vegetarians is much more serious.Authors of yoga books always emphasize that one practising it should become vegetarian for such reasons.Actually, both vegetarianity and yoga are very close friends that are almost relatives by blood, and if you take up one of the two,the second will be a normal direction of your movement anyway and the both have very radical influence upon your internal bodily tissues, replacing them with new by both quality and capacities ones in a short time. While doing yoga one mostly just strongly shuffles his own blood from one side of his body to other ones, the influence that is well known to yoga followers and is most times employed by them, who always say that the topsy turvy poses like shirshasana and sarvangasana(these are no muscular movement at all but being stable in one constant position with head downwards)are the main the most important ones, thats,in short, the main effect of yoga practise-to simply shuffle your blood from side to side, just the way you might wanna shuffle a bottle in your hands to make its contents mixed together better, and the contents then ARE able to enter body parts that DO lack it.Unlike other workouts that all tend to develop a particular group of your muscles, yoga wants instead to mostly churn your blood, replace its contents etc-the REALLY revolutionary effects awaiting them.It avoids dealing with muscles and concentrates upon the more important internal organs' condition instead-things like inflax of blood to certain ductless glands, brain etc.If anything IS able to make a considerable change inside of us its undoubtedly our own blood, wisely and correctly manipulated by the brains sure, influence of which is even more important, exactly why none presses upon us with our thinking-good brains are ONLY able to be at work in THIS case. With all too numerous and obvious stupid ways of human behaviour very much common nowadays, none ever wants to interrupt the brain itself just to stop the stupid behaviour of humans they certainly DO keep performing, because its peaceful work is THE need of each human being number one,all breaking down otherwise. There are a lot of muscular exercises inside yoga too,but the influence of musles in yoga is a lesser one. What is more taking attention here is shuffling the blood and its influence upon specified organs like liver, brain, thyroid etc.And so yoga is not a workout,it is a system of actions that leads us to new better health. In a corpse,a completely useless thing, blood doesnt move around at all.And the more your blood moves, accordingly, the less corpse and more of a useful human being you are.The importance of this idea is only seen with your own feelings as one of the effects yoga has on you. What we see mostly as THE best examples of well perfected human beings are politicians or alike, and they are this way because their BRAINS in particular are very active and amazingly effective.Brains though are just a part of this bodily system, and perfecting the system itself, not just the brain its manager,is a wiser better move altogether, even as we will never achieve THE results we see upon our TV screens,of people with great brilliant brains or perfect bodies accordingly. Our achievement will be less conspisious yet more practical, meaning here better functioning body parts, invisible inside of us yet very important to achieve better more successful life.Blood, which is much watery, can do much larger influence than blood, flocked with with fats, and so the difference between influences of yoga upon a vegetarian and a normally feeding individual is considerable. When many litres of blood work over the very same bodily organ, the result will be better and more impressive.Thats why yogis are recommended to be vegetarians-because the litrage of blood they possess is larger, and in a pose the larger blood volume do you have the better an organ will be worked over with better final results.Meateating though contains this bad part that the volumes of blood for a human then are comparatively smaller than blood volume in the body of a vegetarian as the food then is more watery and more containing vitamins/minerals/other nutrients. The influence of a more watery and less flocked with fats blood is definitely larger.Never forget to stop practising yoga/pranayama(i personally find that the 2 can be easily intertwined, even as the books tell us to always keep them always)AS soon as your breathing becomes strained or heavy-this IS the limit, which means that the body is overheating itself.Hard breathing that you achieved during an exercise is one proof you CAN have very much visibly to the undisputable fact that internal processes inside of you got THAT active for your interior as to demand additional air supply to the lacking oxygen actively working organs inside of you.Not only active physical kinds of workouts can bring you heavy breathing, yoga also can.If you do it correctly this effect of heavy breathing is a normal thing to observe.Simply when you see you breathe hard you need to be releaved from the straining you do while practising yoga/pranayama-in case you do not stop when tired/exhausted,you will never return to yoga again once you finished practising it this time, because you will be recalling yogic exercises as too tiring and so presumably useless.Remember:overtired/exhausted/displeased in ANY way-off yoga right away!Thats just how yoga is almost never followed-it makes problems and then is forgotten for what doesnt make problems instead, such is a human being's structure-to NOT return to things that make you problems preferrably. So never do yoga if displeased with it,just to avoid this bad effect it can have, the effect of no desire to return to it,but rather wait for the moment when you DO wish to play in this game of yogic exercising-the DESIRE to perform yoga is even more important than the effects the exercises themselves might bring to you.AS good as this thing is,it becomes poison if NOT used correctly(often so with many things btw),and discomfort in practising it is exactly the thing, able to kill off this otherwise extremely useful thing yoga practise. No worries-you WILL be back IN CASE yoga IS pleasing you!So try to find pleasure in it without overexerting yourself.Yoga will only keep you if you find pleasure in it,and if it brings you nice feelings not you are certain to leave it for things, more interesting,so try to find comfort and pleasure in it.This would be THE correct rule to practising yoga and liking it all along.Just like in so many things exact management of activities defines success or failure of day to day actions.Technology or else "know how" is the main knowledgeable part of actions nowadays and people that are knowledgeable in specific technologies are undoubtedly the best situated in our human society, just why people that operate complicated technological processes do most times better than others do,having much larger cash income along with higher satisfaction with their actions, and this body is also a field of actions in very considerable sizes,a considerable field of possible actions on itself, just the way complicated things mostly are-you are good in them in case you hold the 'know how',the technological chain of events' knowledge, which if IS followed correctly, brings amazing results with it,it also has its own "know how",following which one would find better life in shorter time, the way successful humans always do.This "know how" of the bodily affairs isn't only yoga certainly, yet yoga is a significant part of it too as it is about the only workout to deal with not only muscles(with them too,but on the margins),but primarily with more important organs inside of us,the ductless glands, liver, heart etc, that produce critical to a body set of weird liquids/bodily juices that can regulate homeostasis/life processes inside of us,changing us considerably, things like the secrets of liver, brain(has its own, characteristic to nervous cells only, many ones that regulate digestion in particular)or thyroid this all powerful large gland in the throat-another chemical plant type ''producer'' of weird internal juices.Or other so called ductless glands, all well hidden from possible intrusion(too important to be harmed if situated on the body's outside).Take people that are shorter by height, there ARE such situations, where internal juices werent produced in large enough quantities for principal processes inside.Their growth had been inhibited and is now this small. The reason was that once the weird internal juices werent produced in large enough quantities simply. It had been caused by AS simple an effect as lack of some specific organs' produced internal juices only they are able to make, and such a lack of juices was only caused by incorrect activity of the organ that is normally busy with the production of that hormone/a specific juice.Normally such bodily parts all work correctly though and in case you boost their activity with yoga exercises they would be even more successful, making your internal ''power bank'' yet richer. The people that are smaller by height/with other similar complications simply were lacking the correct work of some ductless glands in their remote life pasts.Just why it is of a very serious importance to have those ductless glands,or let us say important ministers of our bodily affairs, fully satisfied with correct feeding and blood circulation, which can achieve the complete satisfaction of those glands, while the shorter by height people never had enough satisfaction to the ministers of this body. What contemporary people do lack is this body orientated "know how",one thing this society always fails to provide us with. Each useful thing needs to be found by your own self though, because the society is normally busy with NOT allowing your brains to be wasted off with complicated sciences(this effect IS possible, just ask yourself why exactly are our psychiatric facilities are THAT full with broken down mentally people),a very serious effect contemporary rich by weird details science normally supports in everyday life we lead.If you yourself fail(most people around us do)to constantly reaccess things around you for their correctness/UNcorrectness,none will ever correct you into a better direction, and the society is even MADE this way as to NEVER allow ANY change of the main direction each of us has in his/her life, and agree that this rule IS better, because then our mental stability(a need number one we all do have)is 100 % guaranteed by the human flock around us.However, whenever able to/inclined to do this, always try to check another way of behaving other people attempt or use themselves, because what you do NOT have currently and suddenly found elsewhere can VERY drastically change your life into a much better direction in case you manage to introduce it wisely and correctly.Did you ever notice just how senseless and stupid even actions of other people are?I am certain this feeling is nothing new to each of us.BUT also do agree that WE ourselves are often seen this way as 'stupid activities followers' by other folks! Are WE correct or else THEY are? So,to reaccess our action with possible finding of new amazing ways of life,it is best to look into activities of other people sometimes(looking into your own activities is somehow always a useless thing to do),and in browsing those expose yourself to possible breakthoughs/findings of new models of life we DO miss even now in our presumably most perfect lives of ALL the folks around.Thats just how we always see ourselves, which is very normal a thing.Back to yoga now.All anscient authors of yoga books repeat that one practising yoga is to give up meat and adopt vegetarian diet.It doesnt mean that meateaters wont get any benefits, they certainly will, just that its much more useful this way, with profits, increased tenfold with vegetarian(better even vegan, and, even further, liquid vegan)feeding. The importance, given to this idea by rigid health practitioners, who did achieve nice heights upon the physical body perfection path DOES hint you they DO know the subject well and DO support the idea that GROCERY IS BEST FOOD EVER.This would be claim of practical and constant sporting/workouts users to be big in that health theme themselves.Even if one isnt a vegetarian when he does yoga,he will find himself more inclined to become one after long yoga practising, such are the rules of this body-1 health undoubtedly invites to its own side 1 more health variation AS soon as it IS rooted well enough inside of ourselves.Sportsmen always look for a new variation of physical exercises, just the way ''desk jokeys'' let us say always browse new variations of work with the web.I deny or support here neither of the two most prominent variations of behaviour here.On the contrary,i admit that BOTH the ways are exactly what should be introduced into our lives on a desirably equal basis each, and in preferrably equal quantities too, because if a human is active in only one life sphere he definitely lacks the profits that followers of other sciences do absolutely possess.Denying their profits that make them big there isnt wise.If you never do yoga but understand workouts ARE a boon you need,do the workout that IS pulling your soul strings more seriously. Here the principle would be the same-one health oriented thing will invite another one very soon, because they both are close relatives to health and health IS one need a human has in quantities,it IS awaiting us when we DO finally turn to it one day,yet it is mostly never addressed well.If no working out is THE main principle(one large mistake people traditionally commit),your general condition, including your main interests(whichever they are and in most cases these are intellectual ones)are destined to get frail in no time ,diminish and gradually leave you sooner than the bad process would be IF you DID make some sporting a norm and a necessity in your life.Which is THE reason why one MUST do some working out constantly-to 'hold his body and soul together' let us say,not just fly in the clouds, addicted to weird complicated brain pleasures, and, lets face it,thats just what a normal human being IS doing averagely nowadays.Vitamins are well added with supplements then, normal food is needed in larger quantities in kilograms of weight for vegetarians, which is an original specification of being vegetarian, that foods you eat will be indeed larger by size and time you spend consuming them.Whenever you feel tired or even develop heavy breathing during yoga practise,it means the body is close to its limit, over which it isn't wise to proceed and best to stop doing yoga and lay down in Shavasana the corpse pose for the rest and relaxation(or another easy one too) because exactly as in many other situations, and even more so with yoga, best is to stop right at the correct moment, which appearance of heavy breathing definitely IS,just as feeling too tired is as well.Heavy breathing means the system is overheating,is in a condition too tired to proceed. When you feel unwell with yoga or even develop constant heavy breathing, that situation is best avoided at all costs. So when faced with hard breathing, stop practising yoga right away and rest in shavasana the corpse pose(this is laying down all outstretched freely).Your Blood is mostly just a liquid, and inside of each liquid hard heavy particles(its mostly nutrients or other elements, very necessary inside because the principal internal structures never hold inside anything but things, completely necessary and unavoidable inside)tend to get to the centre of Earth, and, correspondingly,to our legs. This means,in particular, that our heads are most times much worse fed with nutrients of different sorts and also hold as much less poisons than our lower extremities do,which hold the lion part of both those very useful substances and poisons because the amount of critical nourishing elements is much higher down the body as they tend to flow down under the gravitation power of our planet. With another interesting side outcome that it is better to NOT do something than to yes do it-thats why brains get neither rich5 feeding nor poisons up there, their situation obviously being better.Life has chosen us to more avoid poisons than add nutrients to the bodily needs with the brains upwards while trees have their roots downwards, which in itself already shows that this latter part of the Earth planet history human brain is the much worse used one than we used to endure in the planet's past as other entities.Whenever in a topsy turvy pose,a 'head down legs up' one,my both brain and heart definitely experience a much more peaceful, happy and stable condition too,the heart pacified and relaxed greatly, which can only be attributed to the fact that they are in that old times' condition they had in older times once again, much relieved and improved by this fact, blood flow suddenly pacified and calm, the rhythm of life processes suddenly low and stable, the way humans of older times obviously lived their lives,or why else no significant changes ever happened during those years?Blood containing a lot of fat much slower allows the hard particles to fall down to the legs because the fat is blocking the fall of those nutrients down just the way a bed pillow is.Those who eat small amounts of fats, tend to have their blood much more allowing the heavy blood parts to flow down towards legs and in their case additional physical activity, yoga included, adds a lot to feeding the body cells properly.Or in short,if you eat vegan/vegetarian,be even more careful to always deliver additional physical exercises of sorts to your body because it is less able to manage its good life upon itself.Bad manager the brain will always fail to follow more exercising or such things like day regime, ending up in the NEED to eat what healthy individuals never need-meat,weird factory made canned foods etc.The fake ideals of those people then do poison our media and-in the end none even suspects this need we DO have exists-the need to exercise physically to procure successful life we all DO deserve.Another thing is to be a successful vegetarian one also needs to be a successful manager/director of his body, because without this the vegetarian lifestyle isn't well followable-amounts of complications vegetarian eating can bring to a human are really impressive. You will be spending more time with those topics like eating/buying foods/cooking etc, things in numbers and unable brains always choose to avoid many complicated things that make life more intense in details. What a normally behaving individual gets by doing a 10 minutes workout is added to a vegetarian feeding one after i would guess 20 or 30 minutes of physical exertions just because his blood tends to be in separate quality areas of liquid throughout his entire blood stream.Theres a complicated science to all this, one people are almost always ignorant of.While his blood, unlike that of a normal food eater, needs additional mixing and churning-it holds no large areas of fat, which stops separation of different blood areas very effectively.Saying it simple,if you are vegetarian you ought to do like 3 times more physical exercising than a normally behaving and feeding individual does-thats just how the blood activities are-our vegetarian blood is too easily separated into distinct areas of very different qualities inside of the blood flow system. For example, the tongue shows that mucus containing blood is mostly concentrated in the abdomen, heavy dirty particles one-inside the legs etc. This is going on just as ALL the body does need a part of each of those things-vitamins,proteins,heavy particles etc just because if a cell does NOT feel the presence of ALL the necessary nutrients it's condition is worsening as it is adjusted to ALL of them being present.Vegetarians need much more of physical exercising than normal individuals do because of this natural for vegetarian food users naturally distinctively different blood areas Again, the blood of a vegetarian(a vegan more so even)contains several different areas, all of which differ by the contained in them elements like the percentage of water,B 12 the vitamin, proteins etc. Each of such an area so contains somewhat different amounts of all those nutrients and parts. The brain will always tend to have in its blood less vitamins and other light weighted nutrients too than legs etc, because the vitamins are simply heavier by weight and SO tend to be closer to legs normally. Also lower extremities always hold larger quantities of poisons, just as of vitamins as well, which is exactly the reason why the head be better situated upwards-poisons are off this decisive life part then, and its MAIN need is ''no poisons please!''.To turn the blood into the better direction with adding heavy particles to the brain bloodstream shirshasana the head stand is doing a lot.Shirshasana "the king of poses" is believed to be the main yoga pose, the most desirable one,and so it is the most influential one,the second one by importance being Sarvangasana "the queen of poses",2 poses that are simply topsy turvy ones, the main action of which is to turn blood flow into the other direction for a change, from the legs to the head, which is profiting large scale from these two poses. This turning the blood flow into the opposite to the normal one direction must be the most important tool yoga as a workout holds while other workouts always miss. And the profit isn't even the better feeding of your brain but this very basic yet very influential change of the direction blood achieves, when the movement of internal liquids(blood mostly but there are other internal liquids as well)is suddenly to the new area and THIS change is SO basic all the body cells are doomed to immidiately notice it and in this way begin to coerse into amazingly influential activity.Unpractised man cannot follow complicated poses like headstands etc,but even to try to do them is a boon,as it can drastically decrease his chanses of many deadly health conditions like brain hemmorage etc.The cells are much less noticing our general movements like where exactly to do we go and much more reacting to the new direction the blood is flowing into-one thing they definitely notice and react to.This change does a lot to wake them up and start attempting to stabilize the dangerous to them situation like too many poisons inside etc, which they DO notice over our complicated forms of activities they never react to,like to which city spot do we go at this particular moment in life. And if you manage to influence the average body cell the results will be amazing as they the ordinary cells make over 98 % of our systems the bodies we possess.Hence yogis call the topsy turvy poses the main ones-they can feel their influence well.Imagination tells us that changes, resulting from it would add both very basic and well required/lacking inside of us things to the existance of the body, churning it inside to this very extensive level, upon which internal mechanisms of average cells start to wake up and get activated. Here we can see how much lower a level yoga recommends us to work with-it is the level of average bodily cells, the main reality inside of us even when we think the reality is elsewhere, and the brain is always busy with things, too complicated.Yoga works with not muscles as most contemporary workouts tell us to work with, what is mostly worked with by our blood the feeder and caretaker of most of those normal micro entities the bodily cells that make a human being what it really is,aging of which is the main reason we age and die finally and to which even our muscles and specialized organs are a higher and more complicated entities even as they themselves are a direct product of our blood circulation.Even if fed well(during that particular pose Shirshasana the headstand)for only 5 minutes(the least i am doing the headstand for per a time),the blood circulation inside the brain can dramatically improve its condition, well increasing one's chanses of successful mental operations afterwards.Interesting detail here is that normally more useful nutrients inside a human tend to gather inside his lower extremities the legs and the brain as they are heavier by mass and other higher placed organs get less of those very critical nutrients like vitamins etc brecause they are heavier by weight and flow to the legs by the gravitational power of the planet.During topsy-turvy poses though(sirshasana and sarvangasana in particular)these critical nutrients suddenly leave our lower extremities to get to our brains, chests etc, much improving their general conditions. If one has headaches or even complicated psycho illnesses like psychofrenia etc his or her condition will gradually improve with those conditions slowly losing ground and retreating off in case the sufferer manages to correctly do this headstand pose for some while as no condition leaves us right away and each needs some time to start losing its ground too quickly inside of us.Such changes are very gradual, start is always slow and bringing no immidiate sensational results one might expect from the grand poses like the headstand. If one knows the final result of longer practising though, which is completely healthy condition with no drugs used whatsoever,he will keep doing the topsy turvy poses the proven useful thing-they DO take a while to start working wonders upon us.Along with vitamins other heavier particles poisons also are mostly lower body and legs placed, and one might expect them to disrupt the brain operations during topsy turvy poses, but we never experience this particular bad part, which only means that the brain cavity has additional protective mechanisms that it has acquired over time to quickly deal with the situation neutralizing it,just the way the police quickly takes off any danger to public. If we consider capacities of an African country police(our legs have such) vs those of the police of USA we do know American police can quell a dangerous situation with the 100 times more efficiency than a small African country police can.Which it does, removing the danger of poisons disruptive working over the brain cells while inside legs those very same poisons are much more dangerous and active.Exactly why these 2 poses are called in yoga king pose(headstand)and queen pose(shoulder stand)-the influence of a sudden change of blood flow direction, this thing, too well noticed by average body citizens the normal cells in them has the most serious effect because in them our lowest level of small bodily cells is the most effective of workouts' tools, bringing amazing changes and so immence health improvement inside of these average bodily cells, which form the largest percentage of cells of this body (cells of muscles, other organs and more,I guess being like 30 % of the entire cells' number)and so are the most desirable target one should aim at once doing not only physical exrercises but also other activities in general daily life too.Use of sirshasana the headstand is also crusial after substantial mental work or brain/nerves exhaustion because it can very effectively counteract those things that tire the brain with as simple a method as increasing the rich with nutrients and vitamins blood flow to the brain, because the blood, passing through the brain in a normal body position is definitely less rich in vitamins and other critical nutrition elements as these latter are mostly our lower extremities based averagely.Blood can take off poisons and improve chanses(this is the main function blood possesses)of brain cells to regenerate very radically as if anything can do this it is mostly our bodily blood flow.However,5 minutes isnt enough for poisons to make serious changes inside the head(they also, along with nutrients, tend to be closer to legs, but are less taken in naturally).Shirshasana even as the main yoga pose would better be performed at the very end of a yoga session.Smaller poses tend to heat the organism up very slowly and nicely, and when the body is sufficiently heated up it may start doing OTHER than the body 1 work,i mean here working over the nutrition and cleaning of nervous cells. As your physics are finally tired of yoga exercises it is recommended to only THEN divert the blood flow to the brain and finally REST in shirshasana, which is still active inside after performing yoga into yet another direction. As the body is finally NOT able to gain benefits(finally tired)yoga brings, the remainder of the time you spend on yoga must then go to headstands. You indeed may use headstands in whichever time moment, however it is best for any given yoga session(a certain time you devote to yoga)to specifically end with headstands.Because the blood had been circulating in smaller body parts profusely, then the body parts got tired and cannot practise it,yet the blood IS capable of more additional actions as the centre of the organism is ALWAYS more capable and it is harder to injure/tire it off. Those smaller body parts profit from circulation and now already cannot do this;yet the BRAIN can;in the topsy turvy headstand pose the still OVERactive blood circulates over the brain this time and so it ALSO gets the blood inflax those other body parts just finished processing.Like this the brain profits from yoga for much longer than other body parts.Whenever i check my tongue for dangerous elements inside,i notice that about all of them are concentrated in my lower extremities, legs in particular(they correspond to the tongue's root and the head to its tip),while the head is mostly free from impurities, which can be seen upon one's tongue.Tongue as a part of very important internal organs' group, can very explicitely detail to us the amount, consistence and old or young state of our organs, impurities inside of our bodies. To increase this amount of nutrients inside the head much help the topsy-turvy poses, sirshasana and sarvangasana in particular, but in sarvangasana the head is much parted from the bloodflow by the neckblock(jalandhara bandha)it is supposed to be used along with. After a sirshasana headstand i always feel refreshed mentally, with what i would call a clearer vision of some younger age that was here long ago,and doing it much adds to mental stability and good nerves condition. These are nothing but better condition of our brain cells, which just had been:1)taking away by blood of wastes and 2)nourishing by blood of the cells, its all the "good conditions".If anything can influence ourselves better on our own insides it is definitely our blood, which can(it is its normal function)repair bad condition of organs, even as very gradually, into the better side/condition and feed them with what they really lack, the good nutrients in large quantities, things, that are mostly alack for normal existancre of our intrernal organs. This ancient medicine is much better and simpler than what contemporary medicine and doctors recommend us to use(chemically produced and so much worse taken by our organs, pills).I often catch myself on thinking that "this state is of anscient creatures", simply because i notice the ape-reminding gliss in my eyes then along with amazing bodily prowess people almost never possess, most probably normal in anscient humans, the effect particularly big when i had been just standing in the headstand for a considerable time.Another sign of a long time headstand is a somewhat fresher and more colourful vision, like that of a child you had been once a long time ago. After a longer sirshasana stand the region, surrounding my eyes gets wet, moist and highly activated.More to observe from headstands, the closer to the head my body is then the hotter and more sweaty the body part is.This happens because your close to the brain parts then aquire a considerably higher blood pressure, which is nothing but a new and much larger a power, with which the blood then does press upon the walls of arteries. This higher pressure then fastens all of the metabolic processes you are having inside of you,and this increase of those IS the reason your body then gets hotter. It shows that sirshasana much increases internal processes inside of our not only critical organs(brain, liver, kidneys etc),but other smaller ones as well.Like the rate of heartbet is the same but the intensivity of the organs' processes is increased substantially.During shirshasana the heart is always feeling much better and is more relaxed with slow, very stable and well pacified action, working substantially slower and more constant,it is my own impression after watching its work while(when we are head up walking or else) its work is more strained and pressed. It reminds that this current position of the heart that pumps blood up the body is not its born with natural condition, which is in reality pumping the blood towards the head the centre of the bodily system and downwards, the state in which our anscient predecessors the trees are even now. Each system of organs once had its root down, even as a long time ago to it,just the way a tree is even now,and this state definitely improves the condition of the heart, makes its work / activities more stable, profound and satisfying. In the process of sirshasana what is special is but deeper blood's working over the cells.Whichever mental activity you do,the headstand is able to increase your own output from it,because no other mental or physical activity is able to this drastically increase the flow of blood through your own brain-the only thing, which is seriously able to influence the state of your own head, meaning brain and nerves of course. The best way to do a headstand is to hold the weight of the body upon one's own fingers so that the body touches the ground only through the fingers. This gives better coordination and lack of sudden moves from side to side, normal otherwise, which are able to decrease the amount of minutes you spend in headstands, and it also pressurises the fingers to an interesting rate too.Skin of the fingers sometimes tends to crack under the pressure of one's body, exposing the flesh under it,which effect is to be thoroughly avoided,as it takes lots of time for the cracked skin to regenerate correctly, and even after the self healing IS over, the spot that held the damaged skin is never the same again. It is rougher than the rest of the skin, decreasing the blood fluctuance through the previously damaged area.Just as with every catastrophe, this one too takes a part of one's capacities off forever afterwards, one thing a human being never wants to happen.AS soon your fingers' skin starts to crack you must stop standing upon them immidiately till complete recovery is finally achieved.Just know that this way of standing upon your fngers that are right under your head is the most recommendable composition of a headstand pose you would be performing as it boosts metabolism inside of the fingers along with the brain gains you get anyways, still observing the perfect condition of the fingers' skin as the main thing to watch over. Most people use complicated mental occupations(internet work etc)to increase the blood flow inside their brains(complicated stuff like computers etc)which is the REAL reason they do all those complicated mental occupations-simply to increase the blood flow through their own brains,as brain is the real power, which can seriously influence our lives,it rules the body and naturally recommends its own, generally bringing increase of blood flow through nervous tissues that work actively, activities.Brain is very sensitive to the amount of nutrients in the blood, much more than other bodily parts. And so the amount of its activities, performed with a larger amounts of nutrients/vitamins(all of these are simply heavier by physical mass and so as a general rule are mostly collecting in our lower extremities)that circulate through it also quickly becomes larger.Just that what it DOES perform then is more of the caretaking of the condition of the nervous cells themselves than their work over numerous external life details.THIS is why when you leave a headstand you feel like a stupid undergrown kid would, and i always find myself in this condition after finishing standing upon my head.According to medical books, the brain feeds on oxygen much more than it does on other nutrients-the food we commonly believe to be the food, this information is well available in neurophysiology books.Activity, which brain does,be it book reading or mathematics problems solving,is just like work of our muscles, which can gradually increase in size by constant exercise(in case the exercise doesnt injure them after too much work sure),and it also needs enough nutrients and vitamins, just as muscles need them too, what to speak of measuring the exact moment, when an action is to commence or to stop.By giving work to brain cells in appropriate sizes one can gradually increase the productivity of his own nerve cells, the power they posess, this includes both food intake and activities made. And sometimes adding them by doing sirshasana is an absolute must for a serious health concerned individual.Unless in the tired state, the rate of heartbeat during yoga is the same as during sitting pose table occupations and is even a bit slower than that. This shows that large exertion, which is felt inside during doing yoga is existing somewhere else and not in the muscles. This would be our common bodily cells, nervous ones in the shirshasana pose case, and SO much less muscles.Yoga is only a bit promoting muscles and mostly doing the promotion for internal cells of numerous and very important internal organs like brain, liver, kidneys, eyes etc. Each time i get tired of yoga and stand down my internal organs and nothing else feel exhausted and on the verge of their own capacities, muscles remaining in a good stable condition. However,i can feel the definite increase in internal processes inside of me during yoga. This means that the increase in activities is somewhere else, not in our muscles(heart is actually a muscle inside the body, and the main 1 to this). And since the muscles are not active(they only get overstretched sotimes during yoga),then where does that activity that takes the power off after yoga happen? It must be in our common cells, which make over 95 percent of our bodies, and which therefore are the main thing that happens around this body, and so,the main thing one, seriously thinking of taking care of,must observe.During yoga practise the main recipient of benefits from it is the common cell of this body, even as much of muscles is strongly affected too. This is by the way because yoga as a workout is a much more important, influential and necessary 1 than what we normally take as recommended workouts. The so called "king of poses"(headstand, shirshasana, which i myself do for about an hour daily),and the "queen of poses",sarvangasana, are both dealing with simple blood diversion from our lower extremities to our heads,or else simply speaking just sends the body blood and other fluids into a completely different from the normal 1 a direction.which also shows us where the real beneficiary of yoga is.Topsy - turvy poses like sirshasana can be manipulated into easily improving the state of the brain.Once you feel that you are mentally exhausted or need a break from your current occupations, you can do sirshasana and immidiately(after 5 minutes in it i'd say)feel the difference-the speedy regeneration and final return to the better condition your brain had before it all, whatever was it that the brain had been just doing, because your brain will be in a much better state after standing on the head, its blood inflax increasing dramatically with sleep-like state all along-the things,JUST required for each brain to quickly regenerate and return to its better condition 'in no time' as they say,so sirshasana(sarvangasana and other topsy - turvy poses too)is a powerful tool to reverse the effects of long mental work.Just watch out that you were feeling NO discomfort whatsoever during topsy-turvy poses, one thing that CAN hint us that something IS wrong with them as the body is always very sensitive to its conditions.Practise topsy-turvy poses ONLY till considerable discomfort from these and you are certain to do what IS necessary to be well with these. All bad stuff, yes allowed during a headstand is the high pressure your brain will feel inside.Yoga is just like any medicine(it IS one anyway)-it has its own profits, resulting from correct use AND bad side effects too,and in shirshasana the headstand it is weird mental and physical states you hate to be in you are to watch out for.In normally made headstand without complications ensuing all you do feel is strongly increased pressure inside of your brain,no more(no strong aches whatsoever allowed),or it can become dangerous. Most books on yoga recommend sitting in padmasana or another pose with crossed or pressed upon legs whenever doing any activities in a sitting state, and i personally half of my time sitting spend in poses that stretch and flex my legs-padmasana,vajrasana,virasana of variations(there are a few),and all of these just stretch your hamstrings additionally. After all those intricate looking things(they quickly become an essential part of your life you do not wanna relinquish)i keep looking like i am 30,even being 49 at this moment.By the way,our most distant predecessors as beings were plants, and their main position is with their root(head in our case)down.Later, with the change on our planet from it being the centre of all that happens to us to the Sun planet being so,it became very much different. The root of this body plant,if situated downwards,is fed richly with fresh blood and so is in excellent condition, one you can never achieve with your head upwards, even if actively doing intellectual work(addiction to it is nothing but the desire of a human being to increase his brain, even as the fact is always hidden away by mottoes like ''I need this thing done because...'').The most important bodily organs are all situated with applying this 'the upper the better' rule.Their best physical condition though is something, completely different from this traditional position of the body. Here interesting is the much higher amounts of poisons i always observe upon my tongue as i am leaving a fasting session. They ONLY get evicted as the blood inflax is finally having enough time to do this exclusively important action,in this case after i refused my body any food and SO arranged for the free time. Now,by standing upon your head you refuse your brain its normal addictive occupations, yet giving it time to effectively do OTHER work instead. As the brain(other organs too btw)suddenly is free from what you give it for its OWN thingies to do finally,it also starts to actively evict what it does NOT need inside, and these would be poisonous food components. These are though able to dramatically worsen the condition and productivity of the brain cells' work because brain cells specifically more than other ones NEED a clear of poisons/wastes life conditions, such are the rules of this best protected by this organism elements.Blood aims towards the centre of this planet, and the closer are your upper parts to it the better physical condition will they accordingly enjoy. In this sense our lost currently yet best to your bodily health position with your head down is definitely one thing you must be adding to your life in certain, better larger, amounts upon a daily basis. The principally better state of organs of yours like the brain, the thyroid gland etc is ONLY and very easily achievable in those topsy-turvy poses with your root aka the head down from the rest of the body. What your brain in particularly gets from headstands is this completely different by quality condition it was in constantly in the days of yore-the state of much higher blood pressure inside the brain and lots of nutrients that are flown through it non stop with the power of your heart moving it around, the way it was once long ago yet which is gone forever.Yoga is actively using this very simple trick of churning the blood from side to side(it IS,basically speaking,THE main method in yoga),and it can be made responsible for very interesting changes inside, particularly improving circulation in the body and sufficiently increasing its metabolism. In whichever pose are you, always watch out to have it perfectly enjoyed by your body(not by the brain itself, which might be addicted to a specific idea and SO doom the main condition of the entire organism).Never do a pose if it doesnt feel well to perform it.Such are the real practical effects we are having in life that once you fail to ENJOY yoga(or any other thing too btw)during its practise you are destined to relinquish it with time flowing to never return to it later, while it is a need a human does have to perform yoga/other exercises that improve the body condition. In our condition, where we,unfortunately, cannot reach inside of ourselves to do recommended changes(which would be very necessary once we saw what IS inside of us,all the undigested garbage, laying there in heaps and even YET more dangerous crystallized chemical plants' produced poisons too),manipulating the blood flow is about the strongest weapon we possess to change our physical condition, apart from influencing what exactly we eat/drink of course(thats even more important, because your body is perfectly able to come through about ANY conditon you put it through,THAT strong the bodily mechanisms are).Stable, never changing condition of the body is what a corpse certainly DOES posess, and the less corpse you are,the more of a successful human being you became-the more changes of all sorts and churning inside is in order, its really just THIS simple.Just watch the people we DO know as THE best among us-they are EVER busy, never stopping even for a single minute upon their chosen path.Physical exercises do JUST that-they,roughly putting it,churn us into new ways we never experience normally. In the so called topsy - turvy poses, where the head is situated down from the body, the nutrients(these are mostly getting normally down with the gravity power, towards legs averagely)are suddenly(even as for a short period of time)perpetrating the upper body levels by the head, adding to them the critically lacking to them nutrients, and for the vitally important upper parts its very important to get that influence of rich nutrients even for a short amount of time, because they are chronically lacking those heavier by weight than normal blood elements particles, and those are most vitamins and minerals in particular, all of them heavier by weight and SO keeping to our lower limbs normally.Standing upon one's head gives you the child's fresh feeling afterwards, something not at all easily achievable in nowadays' life.Thats a very good thing that anscient yogis did notice, the lack of blood flow in our upper bodily parts and what can be done about it.Something our anscient predecessors(when we were plants loooong time ago)did notice even as we often fail to,or just had, because with root down all the possibly needed nutrients DO get to their destinations. This ''root down'' is our natural condition even nowadays,1 in which both the heart and the brain become childlike and careless again,1 other preceeding ours bodily systems held long time ago,yet which is stamped inside of us as THE best even up to this very day.Practically and looking from aside the individual yoga brings a comparatively sleeping period state, achieved during poses like shirshasana or sarvangasana etc the most. This isnt to be mistaken with sleep itself because yoga brings very substantial health improvement along the way, something other things, night sleeping included, cannot provide, yet well known as THE largest yoga effect around.Sleep brings rest, the vitally necessary for our head state.I averagely stand on my head for 1 hour a day(i keep calculating it for the sport of it and better results achieved).Other poses are taking less time though-see which money can bring you 1)a simple city dweller and 2)a large company's director-the difference IS amazing, and shirshasana is JUST like this-its the main directoir of all poses in yoga.Standing upon one's head can increase circulation of blood inside ones scalp, preventing balding of the scalp and lack of hairs upon it.In fact, amount of hairs upon the scalp is descriptive of the entire circulation system/bodily condition of a separate human being, easily telling us how successful one's heart is-bald individuals simply possess weaker hearts while individuals that DO hold on to hairs upon the scalp top even during their old age years certainly possess strong efficient hearts instead.Bald area upon its top,so often in aged people,is the patch of skin,to which blood simply has no access because of the high position of the area and thin skin cover upon it.I suppose bald scalp will never find you in case you practise headstands regularly.Nor can be also there any internal organ nutrients deficiency and bad condition as well-and hairs are only the smallest while the most visible to the naked eye bodily part we might possibly be considering. To yes achieve that very high for the heart level of one's thin scalp skin ones heart must be throwing the blood off into the arteries with a very considerable force, one thing not each heart IS able to do,coronary/heart conditions being THE criminal, responsible for this effect.Coronary though and other heart conditions are the bad result of nothing else but incorrect eating practises, where we eat NOT what we are supposed to.If we try to consider what exactly causes our arteries the bad condition they have at our old age the longest,it is nothing else indeed but what we ATE as NOT NEEDING IT,and simply wishing the food that wasted arteries down at heart. It is one of most showing successes a yoga practitioner holds, much more important one's well hidden from the eyesight inside of him, namely improved condition of critically important bodily organs that dictate the condition in which this individual is existing, like the purity and quality of brain operations, ability of his ductless glands to YES keep exctreting special liquids one needs inside of his bloodstream to support principal operations ones body needs going on.This world of critically important to us entities the internal organs not only exists inside,it also is THE most important factor of why we age and die earlier with time flowing;it is best we try to invest into it even now while we can;and we yes can in this better condition we are having now;while in our old age years we will NOT be able to affect those internal entities coonsiderably with our efforts.Just put aside from your normal daily activities you do this or that a time amount,1 that will be devoted to physical exercises ONLY,not to other things, for example a 30 minutes as you start each day;it maybe not only yoga you do then but other workouts as well;adding the internal organs daily activities you delay their bad condition onset considerably;investing into the internal health of your organs and tissues(JUST what yoga does well)you yes keep them in an excellent condition;while EACH death is nothing else but a separate bodily organ(a kidney, the heart etc)complete failure to perform its functions, the result of lack of ANY attention to those critical inside bodily functions 1 is supposed to keep in a very good condition. And even as 1 single organ fails to function and dies off the ENTIRE human bodily system is then doomed and dies right away;so just to keep your present work and activities going on you MUST work over the internal organs' condition as well. Those internal organs, even as invisible to us(we are the brains this body is having shortly speaking)are THE very basics of what and especially HOW EXACTLY quality filled do we keep on to our other, non physical even duties around this world.Increase of blood flow through an appropriate organ(exactly the main profit from yoga)gradually improves its condition, well delaying onset of numerous illnesses, old age and death itself, delaying the need to swallow numerous pills, which all then tend to poison this body with things it not only does not need, but also hates to be having inside and would pay dearly just to get rid of them.I found that pranayama and yoga can go along very well and almost do not make problems to each other even if performed together, unlike yoga texts tend to teach us.Yoga books are but the very general and the most safe a path to follow and each of us is welcome to try his own, even if not very much reminding the authors' ones, paths and methods in reality, never mind what exactly yoga teachers will tell you.Their MAIN task anyway is to never allow serious misuse of yoga by its practitioners,1 thing that is pretty realistic with yoga.It is active ONLY for beginners in yoga to listen to those recommendations;but as the main rule around just listen to your OWN condition, avoiding its injure and moving towards its improvement instead, then no harm and gradual improvement are both guaranteed. After each yoga pose you must lay in the corpse pose shavasana for AS long as necessary to start feeling not exhausted with tiredness(the start of the corpse pose condition)but active and alive again(its end),finally microscopically moving once again and willing to be active physically. This exact moment, when my body IS finally able to act full scale,is when i leave the corpse pose and am well able to return to other activities around. It takes from me from 3(in a good body condition)to 5 minutes(bad 1)averagely to return to that normal full of energy condition after it.Thats because the corpse pose is lack of ANY physical exertion, which must absolutely follow the large exertion you just did when performing large yoga poses. This by the way pose is also most recommendable during the time you sleep at night, recommendable never meaning necessary, just best yes done and no more.It means to complensate the extra exhaustion you just made when practising with complete rest, necessary to end this cycle of bodily activities,1 you started in serious exertions and so must finish with serious relaxation as well, because as your body DID get enough strain while doing yoga and yet it did NOT get enough rest after it it wont be able to go on correctly afterwards. Each extra strain you once made must be(for better overall results)compensated with extra added relaxation practises. One you start with hard physical exertion, then have the power streaming out of you at its middle, and later fall of power and capacities.Do never avoid doing this final corpse pose after serious yoga exercises,do it the least time you can manage instead, because the damage to your body otherwise(if you do not rest after a serious pose)IS of significanse even as not really dangerous.By mistake i DID break this rule of doing the corpse pose after yoga several times and the result always was a certain, even as not a strong 1 to that,an injure of my bodily functions with dull aches throughout the most important bodily parts like heart, brain etc,a small but constant for like 20 minutes one, where my internal organs were suffering somewhat and the body was NOT capable of returning to normal activities after yoga then.Once you did some exhausting you internally programme, just to compensate it and return to the old excellent condition you NEED to allow yourself a certain amount of sweet things after it.Thats just why you NEED to perform shavasana the corpse pose after each yoga practise as the unavoidable link between yoga itself and other personal activities off it.1 interesting side result you will be having after prolonged yoga practising is clean condition of your intestines, which will lose the generally normal for people cluttering of intestines with food remainders, become clear of impurities inside, and also the interesting increased lenghts of your hamstrings-the rubberlike junctions between different parts of your body.In real life, told in simple words even, you can be hit into the stomach or elsewhere then and still feel no either pain or even discomfort inside-ache only unhealthy body parts you wont be having then.1 becomes much of a ''rubber man'' with no pains achieved after some considerable time, spent doing yoga.I can easily press my stomach insides with own fists deep into, obtaining from this action about no aches/complications and feeling about no pain/discomfort at all.Capacities of your flexibility with weird and abnornal body turns arises considerably too, along with better results your body then can show out of its actions. The lenghts,to which your body-hands/legs etc might be reaching with it become interestingly large too.Such qualities DO await you, even as only after some considerable time of yoga performing. What to speak about heavier health conditions, which ALL leave you with yoga as a friend around, such as heart failures, brain insults, heartattacks etc-things,well known to be the main killers of human beings, and they DO kill us humans as the main death factors around, this is what statistics of this society tells us.I find it best to perform shirshasana the main yoga pose only AFTER most of smaller poses, with which you are then starting yoga, are finally done and you are finally pretty much tired of it.Interestingly though headstand is almost the only yoga pose, going well right after you wake up from bed.As the body had been just deeply relaxing and losing ALL of its internal tone and flexibility as you had been just asleep and now out of it,the brain this MOST defended against life conditions part keeps yes be fitting into TOO many things around even right after your nighttime rest in bed even as the rest of the organism still isnt capable of quick return to daytype activity levels. As you do poses what reacts at first are specific bodily parts like muscles, then internal ductless glands begin to get activized as well;the last as always reacts the most important part, which otherwise tends not to notice what is happening around it,and i mean the internal sea of blood and other similar liquids here as these are the largest actor inside of this bodily system. And just AS hard as it is to get the internal liquids moving and changing finally(into this activized and more alive with different processes inside of it),SO hard is it also to return the blood and internal liquids to their most traditional condition of NO action(and this IS what happens with blood when we do our normal daily chores)after most of the poses are finally finished and you are tired at last.It is by the way also how the seas/oceans of this planet are-they tend to keep to its earlier temperature(and who knows what exactly else too)for MUCH longer than the tilt of the globe(summer replacing spring etc)is directing them.Try to take a 1)normal and 2)a hot ocean to work over the continents and see:the condition of these latter continents gets MUCH better as it is washed over by hotter water;and your internal ocean of mostly blood is EXACTLY such a hotter ocean after some considerable time of performing yoga poses. And to use this hotter water(literally so and a more physiologically active 1 too)then towards the improvement of the brain's condition is exactly THE best way to direct the hot internal liquids waters as you are starting to gradually return from active practising to normalcy;final pose a headstand achieves exactly this. This is why is it always better to END yoga poses performance with headstands Shirshasana, delaying the use of this MOST important pose for possibly longer.Because when the rest of the body is finally tired and needs a break,we give it the deserved break while standing in a headstand all along as unlike the neck and shoulders' muscles no muscle is busy and all of them are relaxing as you are in headstands;and in this while of LACK of activity of the rest of the body the already OVERactive internally blood of yours is finally working with the brain ALONE,adding to it what it gives anyway, but i would roughly guess with 10 times better efficiency. In normal position the brain gets SO much less work over it from the blood as NOW as you are in a headstand AFTER other poses the blood pressure in the head is like 20 times higher than it normally is as you do small home affairs i'd roughly guess;yet the condition of the very same blood now is so much better and the blood is hot and overactive.Unlike it is with hard no changes body parts(legs, hands etc)the internal condition of the blood, and it DOES change pretty quickly, can be replaced with another 1 with a much greater speed, and when it works with the brain cells after yoga its inflence over them gets stronger to 20 times i'd guess of what it was once you performed your regular house activities. So the best combination of yoga poses is when you start with smaller simpler ones, then moving to harder and harder ones with time and finilizing your yoga session with a headstand this main pose of yoga. And i find it better to stop doing small poses as finally exhausted of them;relaxation and the beginning of the ''returning back to normal'' passing while standing upon the head;such a sequence is the best.As you start making poses and move on into this the aim object is to increase the size and capacities of a particular body part you aim to develop;it is not to tire it at all,and so AS soon as you feel it losing its preferred quality and capacities it is better to leave this pose(any other exercise as well for that matter)for a break or for another pose.My experience shows me that 1 must avoid exercises of any kind once he just arrived home from outdoors and start doing those only after an hour or so has finally elapsed inside of his home.It especially applies to yoga because outdoors always engage one's external body parts(muscles etc)and yoga is all about one's internal homeostasis and functions and these 2(external muscles and internal organs actions)would better be kept apart and away from each other for better functioning of the entire bodily system-the 2 systems are way too different and may not encroach into each other's territories. So always wait for an hour at least after outdoors before resuming practising yoga. The reason for this is that your bodily system had just been well overbusy with external functioning on the street etc as you had been pacing outdoors;the conditions of both outdoors and home spaces being really different and the body noticing such minute changes all too well,it needs sufficient amounts of time to simply get well enough adjusted to the current situation. The truth is each new condition of this body(when indoors, change all the next details of it 1 must know DO change:blood and atmospheric pressure the system is existing inside of,Sun and humidity influence over it etc)demands from it exertions to try to adjust to the just replaced by new ones conditions around it.And to simplify the said adjustment 1 must give his body enough time.My experiance tells me that 1 hour is for the most part enough for this adjustment. When in yoga books they recommend to rest after practising for 5 minutes, this recommendation is good for beginners only and fluent in yoga people are enough of less rest and relaxation;for me it takes maybe 3 minutes(in a good morning condition)to regain composure that is enough to rest from yoga.Just as with every other subject, this 1 also is flexible with time and the better you are in yoga the less time will you be spending relaxing from it in Shavasana.Yoga as exercise was meant by its creators to produce first stability and relaxation to its practitioner, and only then as a later resulting stage to exercise(with gradual increase)particular organs and body parts. Most books about yoga though are written by comparative beginners in the subject;working with what they believe as THE great result(pacification/relaxation condition/piece inside),they never reach promoted stages of yoga mastery,in which the yogi simply has no time for details like advertisement of exercises etc;busy with his owngrowing perfection inside he just has no time for advertisement of what he possesses in quantities(great health condition here)already now;the good already IS with him,he is finished with wondering about it and such smaller gains.I myself add a lot of these later stages of achievements yoga brings, and these are developement of muscles and gradual improvement of different body parts and organs.I do not find it useful to constantly engage in pieceful condition meditation ONLY and additionally exercise my different body parts just AS well and i am positive that such an attitude is not only normal, but is also recommendable, because once your stability IS up and doing well, you then start to develop body functions that DO lack perfection themselves just as well.Hence even while in yoga poses,i add to these exercises of different body parts. Some poses and other yoga details you can see only here and not in other yoga sources(these are around in this blog while completely abscent elsewhere anyways)were developed after long term yoga practising;this means only that original texts were composed "inside the Sun" let us say while i myself am more of a "surface inbetween the Sun itself(wiser guys who never leave their extremely perfected position(Sun's core, temperature in which rises to hundreds of times Sun's surface gets ever)and the exterior to the Sun empty outer space.Meaning in our society's(not in the universe even as very much reminding it)understanding: 1)empty space and people with nothing at all, then 2)the surface inbetween the Sun and the outer space with both richness and emptiness as well;and 3)inner to the Sun planet and richer in all things/respects sources. And as group 3) was behind authoritative yoga sources and so left no info about lower sides of life expectations, these also DO exist;and i promote these less important yet also decvisive ways yoga does have.As 1 more example of this pretty rare a position i propose heavy truck drivers, who constantly drive through Haifa streets with very short yet very precise explanations to "all THIS" as wiser people would say with a nasty grin upon their lips, the sign reading ע"חצ החר"שמג צקשמןמע " and meaning shortly "outer part of this mount"(the just said surface inbetween the Sun itself and the emptiness outside of it);and even as my own poses like Catangasana and Shadangasana are indeed of lesser importance(myself of all the yoga do mostly Shirshasana things),they add to life what traditional yoga DOES lack and what needs adding as well.Practising Kundalini the holy snake(simply speaking and wiser guys just fail to attract simpler folks, the snake is nothing else but the entire system of human muscles and these are much more numerous inside of us and why wiser guys keep to them too)is nothing greatly important yet it DOES increase the profits yoga brings to people anyway;profits that werent mentioned even as they DO exist and might help too.Hence the proposed further poses 1 never sees in any yoga sources. In India what IS respected is great knowledge and not any smaller ones;religion there tries to deny additions, all too numerous to believe any of them.So it attempts to cut away bad influences, which never survive there.
