KUNDALINYASANA

to gradually elongate your legs' muscles(best is performing the pose each day as this daily doing is exactly what CAN elongate muscles and also to start such elongation measured practises better our own 2 eyes" as they say;never observing the internal plants growing into any larger sizes;1 might feel weightier and more effective physically and thats it about what he CAN feel/experience about the fruits he grows.The brain originally(this system is in use even now as external dangers arent too realistic in the western world nowadays),being the Foreighn Affairs Ministry this body has,dids intravertal(seeking brain boost from own insides)life approach is always in contradiction with numerous extravertal ones,those that seek brain boost,and this boost IS actually why each action among people takes place frankly speaking,from "out-or-over-the-skin-situated" sensory objects this body is foreighn too.Kundalini the internal muscular system though IS 100 percent the internal affairs of me and things that keep developing my own self.
