the ape-reminding gliss in my eyes then along with amazing bodily prowess people almost never possess,most probably normal in anscient humans,the effect particularly big when i had been just standing in the headstand for a considerable time.Another sign of a long time headstand is a somewhat fresher and more colourful vision,like that of a child you had been once a long time ago.After a longer sirshasana stand the region,surrounding my eyes gets wet,moist and highly activated.More to observe from headstands,the closer to the head my body is then the hotter and more sweaty the body part is.This happens because your close to the brain parts then aquire a considerably higher blood pressure,which is nothing but a new and much larger a power,with which the blood then does press upon the walls of arteries.This higher pressure then fastens all of the metabolic processes you are having inside of you,and this increase of those IS the reason your body then gets hotter.It shows that anscient predecessors the trees are even now.Each system of organs once had its root down,even as a long time ago to it,just the way a tree is even now,and this state definitely improves the condition of the heart,makes its work / activities more stable,profound and satisfying.In the process of sirshasana what is special is but deeper blood's working over the cells.Whichever mental activity you do,the headstand is able to increase your own output from it,because no other mental or physical activity is able to this drastically increase the flow of blood through your own brain-the only thing,which is seriously able to influence the state of your own head,meaning brain and nerves of course.The best way to do a headstand is to hold the weight of the body upon one's own fingers so that the body touches the ground only through the fingers.This gives better coordination and lack of sudden moves from side to side,normal otherwise,which are able to decrease the amount of minutes you spend in headstands,and it also pressurises the fingers to an interesting rate too.Skin of the fingers sometimes tends to crack under the pressure of one's body,exposing the flesh under it,which effect is to be thoroughly avoided,as it takes lots of time for the cracked skin to regenerate correctly,and even after the self healing IS over,the spot that held the damaged skin is never the same again.It is rougher than the rest of the skin,decreasing the blood fluctuance through the previously damaged area.Just as with every catastrophe,this one too takes a part of one's capacities off forever afterwards,one thing a human being never wants to happen.AS soon your fingers' skin starts to crack you must stop standing upon them immidiately till complete recovery is finally achieved.Just know that this way of standing upon your fngers that are right under your head is the most recommendable composition of a headstand pose you would be performing as it boosts metabolism inside of the larger.Just that what it DOES perform then is more of the caretaking of the condition of the nervous cells themselves than their work over numerous external life details.THIS is why when you leave a headstand you feel like a stupid undergrown kid would,and i always find myself in this condition after finishing standing upon my head.According to medical books,the brain feeds on oxygen much more than it does on other nutrients-the food we commonly believe to be the food,this information is well available in neurophysiology books.Activity,which brain does,be it book reading or mathematics problems solving,is just like work of our muscles,which can gradually increase in size by constant exercise(in case the exercise doesnt injure them after too much work sure),and it also needs enough nutrients and vitamins,just as muscles need them too,what to speak of measuring the exact moment,when an action is to commence or to stop.By giving work to brain cells in appropriate sizes one can gradually increase the productivity of his own nerve cells,the power they posess,this includes both food intake and activities made.And sometimes adding them by doing sirshasana is an absolute must for a serious health concerned individual.Unless in the tired state,the rate of heartbeat during yoga is the same as during sitting pose table occupations and is even a bit slower than that.This shows that large exertion,which is felt inside during doing yoga is existing somewhere else and not in the muscles.This would be our common bodily cells,nervous ones in the shirshasana pose case,and SO much less muscles.Yoga is only a bit promoting muscles and mostly doing the promotion for internal cells of numerous and very important internal organs like brain,liver,kidneys,eyes etc.Each time i get tired of yoga and stand down my internal organs and nothing else feel exhausted and on the verge of their own capacities,muscles remaining in a good stable condition.However,i can feel the definite this).And since the muscles are not active(they only get overstretched sotimes during yoga),then where does that activity that takes the power off after yoga happen?It must be in our common cells,which make over 95 percent of our bodies,and which therefore are the main thing that happens around this body,and so,the main thing one,seriously thinking of taking care of,must observe.During yoga practise the main recipient of benefits from it is the common cell of this body,even as much of muscles is strongly affected too.This is by the way because yoga as a workout is a much more important,influential and necessary 1 than what we normally take as recommended workouts.The so called "king of poses"(headstand,shirshasana,which i myself do for about an hour daily),and the "queen of poses",sarvangasana,are both dealing with simple blood diversion from our lower extremities to our heads,or else simply speaking just sends the body blood and other fluids into a completely different from the normal 1 a direction.which also shows us where the real beneficiary of yoga is.Topsy - turvy poses like sirshasana can be manipulated into easily improving the state of the brain.Once you feel that you are mentally exhausted or need a break from your current occupations,you can do sirshasana and immidiately(after 5 minutes in it i'd say)feel the difference-the speedy regeneration and final return to the better condition your brain had before it all,whatever was it that the brain had been just doing,because your brain will be in a much better state after standing on the head,its blood inflax increasing dramatically with sleep-like state all along-the things,JUST required for each brain to quickly regenerate and return to its better condition 'in no time' as they say,so sirshasana(sarvangasana and other topsy - turvy poses too)is a powerful tool to reverse the effects of long mental work.Just watch out that you were feeling NO discomfort whatsoever during topsy-turvy poses,one thing that CAN hint us that something IS wrong with them as the body is always very sensitive to its conditions.Practise topsy-turvy poses ONLY till considerable discomfort from these and you are certain to do what IS necessary to be well with these.All bad stuff,yes allowed during a headstand is the high pressure your brain will feel inside.Yoga is just like any medicine(it IS one anyway)-it has its own profits,resulting from correct use AND bad side effects too,and in shirshasana the headstand it is weird mental and physical states you hate to be in you are to watch out for.In normally made headstand without complications ensuing all you do feel is strongly increased pressure inside of your brain,no more(no strong aches whatsoever allowed),or it can become dangerous.Most books on yoga recommend sitting in padmasana or another pose with crossed or pressed upon legs whenever doing any activities in a sitting state,and i personally half of my time sitting spend in poses that stretch and flex my legs-padmasana,vajrasana,virasana of variations(there are a few),and all of these just stretch your hamstrings additionally.After all those intricate looking things(they quickly become an essential part of your life you do not wanna relinquish)i keep looking like i am 30,even being 49 at this moment.By the way,our most distant predecessors as beings were the body.Here interesting is the much higher amounts of poisons i always observe upon my tongue as i am leaving a fasting session.They ONLY get evicted as the blood inflax is finally having enough time to do this exclusively important action,in this case after i refused my body any food and SO arranged for the free time.Now,by standing upon your head you refuse your brain its normal addictive occupations,yet giving it time to effectively do OTHER work instead.As the brain(other organs too btw)suddenly is free from what you give it for its OWN thingies to do finally,it also starts to actively evict what it does NOT need inside,and these would be poisonous food components.These are though able to dramatically worsen the condition and productivity of the brain cells' work because brain cells specifically more than other ones NEED a clear of poisons/wastes life conditions,such are the rules of this best protected by this organism elements.Blood aims towards the centre of this planet,and the closer are your upper parts to it the better physical condition will they accordingly enjoy.In this sense our lost currently yet best to your bodily health position with your head down is definitely one thing you must be adding to your life in certain,better larger,amounts upon a daily basis.The principally better state of organs of yours like the brain,the thyroid gland etc is ONLY and very easily achievable in those topsy-turvy poses with your root aka the head down from the rest of the body.What your brain in particularly gets from headstands is this completely different by we,unfortunately,cannot reach inside of ourselves to do recommended changes(which would be very necessary once we saw what IS inside of us,all the undigested garbage,laying there in heaps and even YET more dangerous crystallized chemical plants' produced poisons too),manipulating the blood flow is about the strongest weapon we possess to change our physical condition,apart from influencing what exactly we eat/drink of course(thats even more important,because your body is perfectly able to come through about ANY conditon you put it through,THAT strong the bodily mechanisms are).Stable,never changing condition of the body is what a corpse certainly DOES posess,and the less corpse you are,the more of a successful human being you became-the more changes of all sorts and churning inside is in order,its really just THIS simple.Just watch the people we DO know as THE best among us-they are EVER busy,never stopping even for a single minute upon their chosen path.Physical exercises do JUST that-they,roughly putting it,churn us into new ways we never experience normally.In the so called topsy - turvy poses,where the head is situated down from the body,the nutrients(these are mostly getting normally down with the gravity power,towards legs averagely)are suddenly(even as for a short period of time)perpetrating the upper body levels by the head,adding to them the critically lacking to them nutrients,and for the vitally important upper parts its very important to get that influence of rich nutrients even for a short amount of time,because they are chronically lacking those heavier by weight than normal blood elements particles,and those are most vitamins and minerals in particular,all of them heavier by weight and SO keeping to our lower limbs normally.Standing upon one's head gives you the child's fresh feeling afterwards,something not at all easily achievable in nowadays' life.Thats a very good thing that anscient yogis did notice,the lack of blood flow in our upper bodily parts and what can be done about it.Something our anscient predecessors(when we were plants loooong time ago)did notice even as we often fail to,or just had,because with root down all the possibly needed nutrients DO get to their destinations.This ''root down'' is our natural condition even nowadays,1 in which both the heart and the brain become childlike and careless again,1 other preceeding ours bodily systems held long time ago,yet which is stamped inside of us as THE best even up to this very day.Practically and looking from aside the individual yoga brings a comparatively sleeping period state,achieved during poses like shirshasana or sarvangasana etc the most.This isnt to be mistaken with sleep itself because yoga brings very substantial health improvement along the way,something other things,night sleeping included,cannot provide,yet well known as THE largest yoga effect around.Sleep brings rest,the vitally necessary for our head state.I averagely stand on my head for 1 hour a day(i keep calculating it for the sport of it and better results achieved).Other poses are taking less time though-see which money can bring you 1)a simple city dweller and 2)a large company's director-the difference IS amazing,and shirshasana is JUST like this-its the main directoir of all poses in yoga.Standing upon one's head can increase circulation of blood inside ones scalp,preventing balding of the scalp and lack of hairs upon it.In fact,amount of hairs upon the scalp is descriptive of the entire circulation system/bodily condition of a separate human being,easily telling us how successful one's heart is-bald individuals simply possess weaker hearts while individuals that DO hold on to hairs upon the scalp top even during their old age years certainly possess considerably;investing into the internal health of your organs and tissues(JUST what yoga does well)you yes keep them in an excellent condition;while EACH death is nothing else but a separate bodily organ(a kidney,the heart etc)complete failure to perform its functions,the result of lack of ANY attention to those critical inside bodily functions 1 is supposed to keep in a very good condition.And even as 1 single organ fails to function and dies off the ENTIRE human bodily system is then doomed and dies right away;so just to keep your present work and activities going on you MUST work over the internal organs' condition as well.Those internal organs,even as invisible to us(we are the brains this body is having shortly speaking)are THE very basics of what and especially HOW EXACTLY quality filled do we keep on to our other,non physical even duties around this world.Increase of blood flow through an appropriate organ(exactly the main profit from yoga)gradually improves its condition,well delaying onset of numerous illnesses,old age and death itself,delaying the need to swallow numerous pills,which all then tend to poison this body with things it not only does not need,but also hates to be having inside and would pay dearly just to get rid of them.I found that pranayama and yoga can go along very well and almost do not make problems to each other even if performed together,unlike yoga texts tend to teach us.Yoga books are but the very general and the most safe a path to follow and each of us is welcome to try his own,even if not very much reminding the authors' ones,paths and methods in reality,never mind what exactly yoga teachers will tell you.Their MAIN task anyway is to never allow serious misuse of yoga by its practitioners,1 thing that is pretty realistic with yoga.It is active ONLY for beginners in yoga to listen to those recommendations;but as the main rule around just listen to your OWN condition,avoiding its injure and moving towards its improvement instead,then no harm and gradual improvement are both guaranteed.After each yoga pose you must lay in the corpse pose shavasana for AS long as necessary to start feeling not exhausted with tiredness(the start of the corpse pose condition)but active and alive again(its end),finally microscopically moving once again and willing to be active physically.This exact moment,when my body IS finally able to act full scale,is when i leave the corpse pose and am well able to return to other activities around.It takes from me from 3(in a good body condition)to 5 minutes(bad 1)averagely to return to that normal full of energy condition after it.Thats because the corpse pose is lack of ANY physical exertion,which must absolutely follow the large exertion you just did when performing large yoga poses.This by the way pose is also most recommendable during the time you sleep at night,recommendable never meaning necessary,just best yes done and no more.It means to complensate the extra exhaustion you just made when practising with complete rest,necessary to end this cycle of bodily activities,1 you started in serious exertions and so must finish with serious relaxation as well,because as your body DID get enough strain while doing yoga and yet it did NOT get enough rest after it it wont be able to go on correctly afterwards.Each extra strain you once made must be(for better overall results)compensated with extra added relaxation practises.One you start with hard physical exertion,then have the power streaming out of you at its middle,and later fall of power and capacities.Do never avoid doing this final corpse pose after serious yoga exercises,do it the least time you can manage instead,because the damage to your body otherwise(if you do not rest after a serious pose)IS of significanse even as not really dangerous.By mistake i DID break this rule of doing the corpse pose after yoga several times and the result always was a certain,even as not a strong 1 to that,an injure of my bodily functions with dull aches throughout the most important bodily parts like heart,brain etc,a small but constant for like 20 minutes one,where my internal organs were suffering somewhat and the body was NOT capable of returning to normal activities after yoga then.Once you did some exhausting you internally programme,just to compensate it and return to the old excellent condition you NEED to allow yourself a certain amount of sweet things after it.Thats just why you NEED to perform shavasana the corpse pose after each yoga practise as the unavoidable link between yoga itself and other personal activities off it.1 interesting side result you will be having after prolonged yoga practising is clean condition of your intestines,which will lose the generally normal for people cluttering of intestines with food remainders,become clear of impurities inside,and also the interesting increased lenghts of your hamstrings-the rubberlike junctions between different parts of your body.In real life,told in simple words even,you can be hit into the stomach or elsewhere then and still feel no either pain or even discomfort inside-ache only unhealthy body parts you wont be having then.1 becomes much of a ''rubber man'' with no pains achieved after some considerable time,spent doing yoga.I can easily press my stomach insides with own fists deep into,obtaining from this action about no aches/complications and feeling about no pain/discomfort at all.Capacities of your flexibility with weird and abnornal body turns arises considerably too,along with better results your body then can show out of its actions.The lenghts,to which your body-hands/legs etc might be reaching with it become interestingly large too.Such qualities DO await you,even as only after some considerable time of yoga performing.What to speak about heavier health conditions,which ALL leave you with yoga as a friend around,such as heart failures,brain insults,heartattacks etc-things,well known to be the main killers of human beings,and they DO kill us humans as the main death factors around,this is what statistics of this society tells us.I find it best to perform shirshasana the main yoga pose only AFTER most of smaller poses,with which you are then starting yoga,are finally done and you are finally pretty much tired of it.Interestingly though headstand is almost the only yoga pose,going well right after you wake up from bed.As the body had been just deeply relaxing and losing ALL of its internal tone and flexibility as you had been just asleep and now out of it,the brain this MOST defended against life conditions part keeps yes be fitting into TOO many things around even right after your nighttime rest in bed even as the rest of the organism still isnt capable of quick return to daytype activity levels.As you do poses what reacts at first are specific bodily parts like muscles,then internal ductless glands begin to get activized as well;the last as always reacts the most important part,which otherwise tends not to notice what is happening around it,and i mean the internal sea of blood and other similar liquids here as these are the largest actor inside of this bodily system.And just AS hard as it is to get the internal liquids moving and changing finally(into this activized and more alive with different processes inside of it),SO hard is it also to return the blood and internal liquids to their most traditional condition of NO action(and this IS what happens with blood when we do our normal daily chores)after most of the poses are finally finished and you are tired at last.It is by the way also how the seas/oceans of this planet are-they tend to keep to its earlier temperature(and who knows what exactly else too)for MUCH longer than the tilt of the globe(summer replacing spring etc)is directing them.Try to take a 1)normal and 2)a hot ocean to work over the continents and see:the condition of these latter continents gets MUCH better as it is washed over by hotter water;and your internal ocean of mostly blood is EXACTLY such a hotter ocean after some considerable time of performing yoga poses.And to use this hotter water(literally so and a more physiologically active 1 too)then towards the improvement of the brain's condition is exactly THE best way to direct the hot internal liquids waters as you are starting to gradually return from active practising to normalcy;final pose a headstand achieves exactly this.This is why is it always better to END yoga poses performance with headstands Shirshasana,delaying the use of this MOST important pose for possibly longer.Because when the rest of the body is finally tired and needs a break,we give it the deserved break while standing in a headstand all along as unlike the neck and shoulders' muscles no muscle is busy and all of them are relaxing as you are in headstands;and in this while of LACK of activity of the rest of the body the already OVERactive internally blood of yours is finally working with the brain ALONE,adding to it what it gives anyway,but i would roughly guess with 10 times better efficiency.In normal position the brain gets SO much less work over it from the blood as NOW as you are in a headstand AFTER other poses the blood pressure in the head is like 20 times higher than it normally is as you do small home affairs i'd roughly guess;yet the condition of the very same blood now is so much better and the blood is hot and overactive.Unlike it is with hard no changes body parts(legs,hands etc)the internal condition of the blood,and it DOES change pretty quickly,can be replaced with another 1 with a much greater speed,and when it works with the brain cells after yoga its inflence over them gets stronger to 20 times i'd guess of what it was once you performed your regular house activities.So the best combination of yoga poses is when you start with smaller simpler ones,then moving to harder and harder ones with time and finilizing your yoga session with a headstand this main pose of yoga.And i find it better to stop doing small poses as finally exhausted of them;relaxation and the beginning of the ''returning back to normal'' passing while standing upon the head;such a sequence is the best.As you start making poses and move on into this the aim object is to increase the size and capacities of a particular body part you aim to develop;it is not to tire it at all,and so AS soon as you feel it losing its preferred quality and capacities it is better to leave this pose(any other exercise as well for that matter)for a break or for another pose.My experience shows me that 1 must avoid exercises of any kind once he just arrived home from outdoors and start doing those only after an hour or so has finally elapsed inside of his home.It especially applies to yoga because outdoors always engage one's external body parts(muscles etc)and yoga is all about one's internal homeostasis and functions and these 2(external muscles and internal organs actions)would better be kept apart and away from each other for better functioning of the entire bodily system-the 2 systems are way too different and may not encroach into each other's territories.So always wait for an hour at least after outdoors before resuming practising yoga.The reason for this is that your bodily system had just been well overbusy with external functioning on the street etc as you had been pacing outdoors;the conditions of both outdoors and home spaces being really different and the body noticing such minute changes all too well,it needs sufficient amounts of time to simply get well enough adjusted to the current situation.The truth is each new condition of this body(when indoors,change all the next details of it 1 must know DO change:blood and atmospheric pressure the system is existing inside of,Sun and humidity influence over it etc)demands from it exertions to try to adjust to the just replaced by new ones conditions around it.And to simplify the said adjustment 1 must give his body enough time.My experiance tells me that 1 hour is for the most part enough for this adjustment.When in yoga books they recommend to rest after practising for 5 minutes,this recommendation is good for beginners only and fluent in yoga people are enough of less rest and relaxation;for me it takes maybe 3 minutes(in a good morning condition)to regain composure that is enough to rest from yoga.Just as with every other subject,this 1 also is flexible with time and the better you are in yoga the less time will you be spending relaxing from it in Shavasana.Yoga as exercise was meant by its creators to produce first stability and relaxation to its practitioner,and only then as a later resulting stage to exercise(with gradual increase)particular organs and body parts.Most books about yoga though are written by comparative beginners in the subject;working with what they believe as THE great result(pacification/relaxation condition/piece inside),they never reach promoted stages of yoga mastery,in which the yogi simply has no time for details like advertisement of exercises etc;busy with his owngrowing perfection inside he just has no time for advertisement of what he possesses in quantities(great health condition here)already now;the good already IS with him,he is finished with wondering about it and such smaller gains.I myself add a lot of these later stages of achievements yoga brings,and these are developement of muscles and gradual improvement of different body parts and organs.I do not find it useful to constantly engage in pieceful condition meditation ONLY and additionally exercise my different body parts just AS well and i am positive that such an attitude is not only normal,but is also recommendable,because once your stability IS up and doing well,you then start to develop body functions that DO lack perfection themselves just as well.Hence even while in yoga poses,i add to these exercises of different body parts.Some poses and other yoga details you can see only here and not in other yoga sources(these are around in this blog while completely abscent elsewhere anyways)were developed after long term yoga practising;this means only that original texts were composed "inside the Sun" let us say while i myself am more of a "surface inbetween the Sun itself(wiser guys who never leave their extremely perfected position(Sun's core,temperature in which rises to hundreds of times Sun's surface gets ever)and the exterior to the Sun empty outer space.Meaning in our society's(not in the universe even as very much reminding it)understanding: 1)empty space and people with nothing at all,then 2)the surface inbetween the Sun and the outer space with both richness and emptiness as well;and 3)inner to the Sun planet and richer in all things/respects sources.And as group 3) was behind authoritative yoga sources and so left no info about lower sides of life expectations,these also DO exist;and i promote these less important yet also decvisive ways yoga does have.As 1 more example of this pretty well.Practising Kundalini the holy snake(simply speaking and wiser guys just fail to attract simpler folks,the snake is nothing else but the entire system of human muscles and these are much more numerous inside of us and why wiser guys keep to them too)is nothing greatly important yet it DOES increase the profits yoga brings to people anyway;profits that werent mentioned even as they DO exist and might help too.Hence the proposed further poses 1 never sees in any yoga sources.In India what IS respected is great knowledge and not any smaller ones;religion there tries to deny additions,all too numerous to believe any of them.So it attempts to cut away bad influences,which never survive there.

ANATOMY

In a norman human ,who munches upon too many things,rich in fat,the fat from the food gradually collects inside,flocking the body.One's ateries,which have several litres of blood,simply passing through them dà y by day to feed our cells and organs,are gradually collecting the bad elements of food that we eat upon their walls mostly,but a lot of bad components also end up upon the bottom of the liquid yet even moving around internal sea of blood.Thats mostly fats,which can,unlike other elements,easily attach themselves to the walls of arteries.And once you see a food,which easily sticks to anything,you can be certain that it will just AS easily block your interior organs by sticking to them too once it gets inside,so better be on the watch for such sticky foods and always try to avoid these;all fatty things fall into this category.They all better be kept out!That corresponds,in particular,to most of contemporary sold vegan oils,because they are factory made,and so have numerous contemporary additives with which our precious organs are completely unaccustomed to work,which tend to influence health in a wrong way.Again,our body is well accustomed only to things that we used throughout the ages,prior to this latest and shortest one.Other foods are simply worse coming through this body,because it had been working with old "friends" all over the ages,all along the time getting well adjusted to them.When we consume such new foods they at least partly end up flocking our interior organs,undigested and uselessly spoiling our internal health.The collected over the years of such use garbage,that covers the walls of our arteries and other internal organs is the main reason of aging and final desruction of our arteries and,finally,health itself.Without poisons inside of us we would lead the same healthy life as we did in our childhoods,the change to our character is basically starting in our arteries,or even earlier,in our cells themselves,and this process can be very seriously influenced.When covering the arteries walls,the former food gradually becomes a hard,unchangeable by form,substance,which,in turn,gradually blocks the possibility of walls to constrict or widen.These two functions(constriction and widening of arteries' walls),however,are vital for the circular system functioning,they manage the blood flow in quantities,necessary at this particular moment.As the general rule,when the heart is much active(for example,when we run),the arteries get activated too,though less,as most activity is always centre based,and when the heart is much active it demands from the arteries to widen and do more activity.However,the arteries(their remote pieces rather as the area around the heart itself is ever more defended against any complication to arise)cant do that because they are covered with this hardened material.Poisonous or undesirable elements,which had somehow entered the bloodstream are pushed by the body's activity into its paraphernalia,the more remote and less important bodily parts,and gradually they get collected here,in those less important parts.Hence the existance of those hardened coverings of arteries,which all appear on the body's outskirts.Heart itself is almost never covered with real dirt or poisons,because the heart is very active,with immence speed of action for an average bodily piece,and this great speed of action is enough to push the undesirable elements away and into remote faraway areas.When the extreme activity of the heart finally does find its way to widen the smaller capillaries on the system's outskirts,otherwise unable to widen because of this hardened stuff that manages to collect upon them anyways provided we DO eat garbage foods,the sudden change from lack of activity to an enormous one simply tears this part of an artery apart,because the hard stuff,which covers the walls of arteries often provides for a temporary protection to its walls as they cant be taking a new form with the hard stuff upon them,and in a weakened state no new form is the recipee for protection of health.Thats the real mechanics of what we know simply as a heart attack.Knowing such details provides 1 with scientific basics 1 needs to sove such a health condition correctly.Also 1 that DOES understand such realities inside of himself is much more inclined towards taking down and away his health complications;and so such information is a boon 1 must always seek.Such data, very realistic as it certainly is,is never available from the traditionally society's approved sources,but is only achieved by simple considering of our own circumstances and completely not described by any health connected books because such ''small and dirty details'' are believed to not influence our contemporary things' addicted brains in a good way while even small amount of such presumably terrifying normal humans information can provoke a serious decrease of deaths from heart attack connected things.Even hearing about this problem once makes 1 obtain enough information to look for a personal solution of his health problems;and this society almost never even attempts to enlighten its members about such details even as this data can lead to solution of one's health problems.Why does the garbage collect on the walls?Imagine a floor of a room,which is never washed(we are unable to approach our arteries,unfortunately,or wash them clean).Any room(each spot inside of this body reminds a room in our houses in fact),if never washed/cleaned,with time becomes a dirty spot,completely not ready and unprepared for performing any life necessary tasks there.1 yes can keep his internal ''rooms'' more or less clean by pretty simple food intake rules and here they are:1)always eat ONLY if having a strong appetite to eat and not even if having an averagely strong appetite;2)the less fats/unnatural/chemistry connected foods consumed the better and the more anscient are your foods the better too; 3)avoid foods that stick to your fingers as inside of the body they will be blocking passages and those ARE necessary clean.And the way out of it all is real simple:never eat unless you are absolutely sure it IS time to,eating exclusively what your body wants to get and nothing else.Never eat if THEY BELIEVE it is time to while NOT having any appetite to eat yourself.If you doubt existance of appetite,also do prefer no additional eating!I myself have strong,average or small appetite i can discern easily and i resume eating only when having the strong one.The body knows better than we do just what exactly IS or not wanted inside of it,we only need to listen to its recommendations(it is,simply speaking,appetite),and do desired inside without own interruption.It fails to inform you of its wishes because you fail to please it and give it what it wants,and the way into the condition,where it does work well this way is to address the needs of the body correctly,giving it its wished items without adding your own ideas into it.The resulting union of body and brain can take you through all too many complications all too well.What IS good to add to such obvious body recommendations as appetite is attempting to gradually reduce the amounts of food allowed in,even as decreasing it very considerably and slightly,one small step at a time.I am proud to be consuming up to 10 %(and mostly much less too)of calories/energy elements other and ''normal'' people consume daily.All along this i never visit any medical institutions and cannot recall the last time i needed any help from doctors and medicine at my age of 51 years old now in 2023.Health care is nothing but 1 more of life goals and professions 1 might assume as THE profession to acquire and build his life upon.The contemporary appetite people in general use to have is harshly overgrown and isnt supported by any mental calculations of a wise individual.All these things i describe here are possible to introduce into our lives provided we DO invest into our healves a lot of time/care etc and the longer does 1 move into this direction simply the better final results are awaitring him.What IS required here though is a LOT of time because health is a very old thing and each old/anscient thing takes ALL too much time to move along;unlike contemporary things that can give best results in no time those REALLY basic things of health will give the result after a MUCH longer time,spent upon them;which never means that those are worse things to deal with,but simply that those are older and more basic ones.Our predecessors the apes(almost 100 % of their genes do we hold inside of us even now,ourselves being nothing else but shimanzee apes with exclusively overdeveloped brains)never eat anything but grocery,and the amount of calories they consume is laughable by a contemporary individual number,which can and should be returned to those older levels, which is the way not to mental debility as many tend to assume,but to correct management one is able to achieve as a mastery over this body the REAL thing to work over,as opposed to working over complicated matters,not connected to this body at all,just the way most of us human beings tend to be active with.Mental debility might follow suit in case the brain gets its feeding from unnatural sources only and cannot "eat" improvement of its body parts as a large achievement along the life road.It isnt correct that this path would lead us to smaller brains,but only to healthier ones,and healthy brains are never supposed to deal with the activities contemporary humans engage into.The truth is our brains can easily be managing the body's affairs yet remain well fed with necessary for them activities all along.Those things are but the result of the need to feed the brain with appropriate activities.Each of us has his own direction of work he follows.But the point here is that no really nice results are achievable with the inclination we take into another,not normal for this body a direction.And while the brains ARE(they exist in mostly contemporary situations with LOTS of changes and things,new principally)well able to adjust to new,unexpected and unnormal situations they are acting in,the body is able to achieve any comfortable condition with things,much new in practise,upon a much slower level with a RADICAL loss of the capacities to adjust to new things around ALTOGETHER as these newer things keep growing in numbers around us(and they DO grow in numbers with amazing speed nowadays)with looming by the end COMPLETE failure to work with things new.Just look at beggars and people that lack ANY thing around them.What happened to them,harshly taking them off their normal lives,was the crazy for them amount of new things that once they simply NEEDED to adjust to while in reality unable to increase the speed they work with at all-small people are much ineffective with things new in character.So,unable to keep up with the speed their brains needed to build up simply to solve life complications,those poor people instead of picking their speed up broke down and instead fell in speed of action/whatever else they were doing.Smitten down by the speed other people YES can show,they keep their miserable life conditions even now.Those lower level entities our organs(and broke beggars too btw),faced with the new circumstances they were not accustomed to work with begin automatically to function much worse,and while we their brains CAN come through the diet change(radical life changes in case of broke beggars)thing very easily,lower entities arent able to quickly adjust to changes and then fail to work first correctly,and then altogether.By eating foods vegan we achieve with time a much better consistance of the bodily matter the cells,the one we had once and for a very long time,to which we are better accustomed,and in this way we promote our own well being greatly.These things are very logical and persuasive in case you start contemplating them.Why such frivolous activities as meateating exist is simply because of the need to boost the brain activities to a much higher level,because other organs fail to work properly inside of us and the amount of activities must be the same as our nature always tells us inside.Once we arent busy with this natural occupation of working over the body matters we will undoubtedly develop many small complicated mental ideas, theories etc,the way a human nowadays is supposed to act by the ever mastering us social agenda and propaganda,existing in the society.Its main design is to put us through additional mental activities in hope that these will boost our brains' developement.Brain though,which grows with amazing speed while other organs keep falling in quality and reducing in size(for explanation to this idea see my article "Universal Affairs")is endangering the stability of this system,which needs not only nicely working brain(indeed the king of this bodily system and its undisputed most important part)but also nicely working and gradually improving in quality other organs too.So in practical life DO always look for an additional investition into your own physical health.Remember that this society will never leave your brain underdeveloped-its own growing with amazing speed mental activities will take you inside with them no matter what and so the growth of your mentality IS a thing guaranteed 100 %,while your physical body part is traditionally left behind this speeding up locomotive of the brain activities and in a declining condition to that.If you tend to act as an addict does,working over your intellectual sides only,the system(brain+more and there IS much more to it)isnt correctly managed and so is more prone to gradual destruction,which absolutely comes AS soon as any of the organs,making this bodily system,fails and dies away,the brain itself too and much faster to that.And brain,which isnt working over other organs but instead is engaged into its own occupations only,is a definite mistake,which is leading the entire system into faster coming of its final destruction death.Humans nowadays traditionally have an overactive brain and failing,left behind this locomotive the brain lower bodily parts,the bad condition of which and later their final fall and destruction are an absolutely forthcoming result of this incorrect situation humans normally have nowadays.Appetite should be the only reason we eat.Each time you are about to eat,ask yourself:"Do i REALLY wanna eat now ?"and if you even as simple as doubt the existance of appetite now,just do NOT eat because things,eaten without appetite are our main internal enemy.Food that had been eaten without appetite tends to then uselessly flock our internal organs,worsening their condition,laying inside of our digestive tract not digested/converted into blood to a 100 % level.Each food is supposed to become a part of the blood soon,is only taken in for this an effect,and SO is a recommendable thing to be consumed.If the food had NOT been properly digested,it is destined to worsen your condition with time,not improve it,as we traditionally beleieve each and every food we eat does.For instance,with foods that flock your insides,laying there undigested,when the body produces liquids that are meant to digest food,it would now need to produce additional such liquids/amounts of them just to come through and around this obstacle of food/other items that are laying there uselessly undigested.And additional digestive juices,needed produced that way,increase the work the glands that produce them will be doing all along.So we see that this undigested food already makes complications to now overworking digestive glands that produce this liquid,and this would be only the first of many similar complications,arising inside of us one after another.Again,this detail,seemingly small and nonexistant by importance,once overlooked,is then added to another similar one and on and on,which at the end of the calculations already looks like a horrible snow lavine,falling down a mountain and able to kill or seriously injure us real living humans while we had no complications AT ALL at the start of it all as we had a free of obstacles digestive tract.Now,lavines are very carefully worked with nowadays while this internal lavine of our own bodies that we are doomed to die with as soon as it is finally killed by similar overlooked complications,is not ever worked with.There is one more type of people-those,who do not follow the arguements(the sort of just mentioned above detailed explanations of what is going on inside of a body),but instead follow a big authority,who gave them the principles,he believes ARE correct.This sort of humans(me too btw)is more persuadable by a live example of a successful individual.This is when observing successful followers of yoga will help.Books about yoga are full of descriptions of the capacities,indeed amazing ones,this or that a yogi had achieved through its constant practise,capacities that are simply a different from the traditional one field of action for a brain,willing to achieve an additional perfection around itself.This society wants us to create a perfect world,which we ourselves are the producers.And the idea IS very correct,just that the real world to work with and finally perfectionalize is laying inside of our own bodies,one thing we humans so often tend to forget in pursuing easier/more attractive life goals.This body is a very natural and indeed a preferrable field of action for a brain,the body,of which a human is the natural caretaker and manager,NOT of external to our own selves and so less realistic and useful worldly things like internet sites,TV,jobs,stores etc.Something inside of you is to decide that "enough is enough" and stop things,too irrational by character,and that is,obviously,your brain.The dirt does collect,we can see it in case we do not clean the apartment we live in(and our inner apartment,meaning our own bodies,which is much more home we do live in?).In a week of not cleaning it goes richly covered with dust,and in a year its state can frighten even hardest worriors.We simply never look inside of it,instead prefering to observe "ourselves" in the mirror for too long or else get addicted to overnumerous internet sites2.The body posesses its own,internal mechanisms that provide gradual cleaning of it.When i look in the mirror,i see on myself no belly at all and whenever i press the interior of my belly with my hands,i also get no aches of any form,which shows that the internal organs are in a very good state since they are 1)not covered with fat of any size and 2) not giving away any pain when pressed upon.This simple good physical state is what most people lack,while it is more of a need for a human than other things,especially complicated contemporary activities of various sorts.Which profit is worth the simple decrease of our own healths,which are actually the reason all the other things not only exist,but improve or worsen in quality.If someone tends to ignore such things,replacing their importance with compliated mental occupations,it only means that he is in the process of building his own psycho sphere(yes a more profitable thing),which,after being built up well,does never do anything else but invest into the body's wellbeing.Just as a small garden plant only sees its own growth up as THE developement around,so also a highly grown up larger tree is able to notice other complications around it and then correct those.The brain is able to invest very considerably into the main picture of events of this body.6If you are in a good state of physical health you can produse so much more products/activities than in a bad condition.Back to our blood.The simple flow of blood takes away most stuff,unwanted inside.One can keep this apartment of his own body clean by not allowing any dirty food into it.Except of it,one can actually clean this apartment sometimes by use of fasting.Water while fasting does the work of hands,cleaning it,at least its the largest thing we can do to clean it up.The tongue is much of a mirror to the state of the internal organs.By observing it in the mirror you can detemine the amount,qualities and position of poisons inside your body.Your head corresponds to the tip ,legs to the root of the tongue with areas inbetween exactly mirroring the body.If you see colours upon the tongue it means that inside of you theres a lot of chemical substances,and they all without exception better would be taken out.Including pills,medicines etc.A little bit better a state is when your tongue has white covering,which means that there is not seriously dangerous,but undesirable amount of light garbage inside.Its exactly like inside our universe here,the most prominence goes to lighter,less complicated substances,which all are in the centre,and harder,more chemical substances,which are less desireable inside,all float away from the centre to its borders,where the speed of action reminds the cemetery.The best health is without any chemical substances.Best tongue corresponds to a state,clear of dirt,and worst is a lot of different colours,thy mean that there is a lot of chemicals inside of you.Chemicals can only worsen human state of affairs,as they never got inside of us unless for the latest couple of hundred years,and nothing wastes us faster than a new enemy,which chemicals certainly is.To each older foe our body has by now produced some type of defence,but not so against newer things,and without the support of our insides we wont be able to deal with the surrounding us problems well.People beleive that contemporary things can solve any problem included,but its not correct,or else why do they keep hesitating and doubting numerous things,which all can be solved too well with sudden help from the internal to us source.There is a good enough reason for our hair to exist exactly the way they normally do.Hair is a friendly to us,even as a foreighn,organism(a simple plant),which has taken root here simply because we do need it just as much as it needs us,while many other foreighn organisms(roaches for example)are our enemies,harshly suffering from us.The mechanism we need hair is connected to our own brain reaction to a common hair activities.Brain not does only notice each movement of a single hair,but also is obediently increasing its own amounts of activity just to work with this organism,foreighn to us ourselves- a hair.This is ecxactly why a hair had given strong roots upon our own heads-because in reality it keeps strenghtening our brains with what we call "white noise"-reaction of our brains to hairs' movements/activities.Its also not recommended to wash hair with a soap or a shampoo,because the radical chemical elements,existing inside them,are able to easily dissolve fats and other very useful elements,existing inside of each of our hairs.Try to add shampoo to a plant and watch it suffer and finally die a horrible death and consider definite life of a hair upon your own head then.My own hair is looking like it reflects light in ways and much healthier than upon other peoples heads and this condition is the look of healthy hairs.I myself only use soap(shampoo dropped completely)when my hairs start itching,which is a sighn that new blood supply is required inside of them.The lack of blood supply is again reflecting poisonings inside of single hairs,which then need to be taken away by the fresh blood around.All the poisoning is existing because we mostly use unnatural and mostly chemically produced substances,which are way too new to humans to be easily taken off by the blood as the body tends to immidiately take off the poisons that not only improve its condition as TV propaganda tries to persistantly imply with earning our cash as the main reason for it all.a but in fact gruffly worsen it instead!If those liquid things leave a hair,its then much more of a dead thing,and we can get its use only from a living thing,just as we ourselves are something good and useful just as long as we are alive and not dead.If there is any real need in using shampoo over the hair,its a very rare need,and shampoo is much overused and over advertised lately,all to the end that our brain is less fed up with our own bodily activities and,instead,is in need to turn to unnatural things(computer etc) just to feed itself up with what it really does need.One who doesnt notice such things is simply following the example of the commonly beleived as best an individual,not attempting to add something more useful and practical himself,while it is his natural job to make his own rules for his own self.Every individual is different from anorther 1 and so for him there is always a slightly/more so different set or rules to follow.Hence following the example of others isnt a very wise idea.This beleif that this exact thing is best needs to be constantly checked out ,as everyone of us did sometimes notice more than once that our public propaganda is often leading us into a direction,somewhat different from what would really be much better.In reality,which is way too different from noisy TV propaganda that is only made by cash hungry corporations,shampoo is a radical chemical substance(just try it by taste to see it!) that is able(unlike our public propaganda is making us beleive)to kill many of biological elements that our body does need,like appropriate fats,special components out own organs keep producing and liquids.Why attempting to kill those fats/substances if our own nature dictated their production?Is it because TV prpaganda recommends it while our body keeps producing them,and if it does,then why do we need to kill those?This idea of need of soap use comes out of the indeed existing need to take off the dirts our body does produce.But dirts are produced mostly because the homeostasis and normal functions do not work correctly,and the less effective they are the more dirts and poisons appear inside of us,and accordingly the more correct our internal processes are the less dirtd and poisons will appear upon our bodies.I find no dandruff upon my hair,which is looking very healthy at that,much better than other individuals hairs do have.This is 1 of the results of correct feeding and behaviour.So do not let the TV propaganda lead you into destruction of your own bodily things that you do need!This body skin protects us very well from many things around,holding FASTING
Fasting is not necessarily what people generally take it to be-a foodless hunger with complete lack of power for anything and quickly exhausted body,craving food without any access to it.It indeed starts for people in this way,but this is only the very first step upon that path.In promoted stages of this much increasing physical health path one does not suffer from hunger at all while fasting and keeps his good condition well into a fasting session.Fasting also manages to drastically WITH TIME flowing decrease the overall amount of calories(like how much food do you eat daily in simple words)you tend to consume upon a daily basis.Because into whichever life path have you turned,its perfected states and gradual improvements come only after some considerable time,spent over making that path go perfect finally;FOR NOW and at the start things and results looking miserable and bringing suffering along with it all.Your body can successfully live and normally exist upon much smaller amounts of energy than you normally give it.To achieve such a perfection of LESS FOOD EATEN each day 1 has to get well devoted to the theme simply,results coming with time yet for certain;and so it is in each and every life sphere actually.The miserable amounts of very simple foods i personally consume daily are 1 live proof to this swimple idea.The body,if trained correctly and after the use of correct very simple health technologies,can be in a good condition for a successful life for much longer.The problem here is none really wants to work with its condition,overly busy elsewhere,in this trying to improve its chanses and final results.The physical condition of your body is also a thing you can be more or less perfect in,and the longer do you spend in practising it(fasting is just a subject to work with,just like internet,house chores etc)the more capable and less suffering will it be with time passing.After finishing eating before sleeping(the start of a fasting for myself)i keep to great physical condition of my body up to approximately midday of the next day,no food and only water taken in all along(no additives to food too as they DO make the body operate to process them through the organism too,no matter how innocent looking ones,only incorrect/wrong sources claiming accidic additives give better results in a fasting)and am fully capable of numerous very different occupations for this long time with no food intake whatsoever,unability to perform activities(mostly physical ones by the way)coming only as i gradually approach the 24 hours level of the period i do not eat at all for.This is what i'd call a somewhat perfected condition though 1 has to approach for a very considerable time amounts and VERY slowly at that;i personally achieved it after well over several years of constant use of fasting.Things like fasting or weight loss,gradual body developement etc NEED to be learned and very gradually installed inside of this body for a weirdly considerable amounts of years simply to give the best ever results they might ever produce inside.Intellectual/mental/psychotic activity levels remain very much the same throughout the fasting session period for seasoned and well practised fasting practitioners.The small mental occupations also mostly never suffer without food,losing their power and abilities being only higher remote things' ALL entitled to a much better condition.The condition,which DRUG ADDICTS(addicted to TV or internet etc)are possessing is no good,no matter just HOW nice arguements will they show you,and they ARE good at showing such ''proof''.One who follows this path of a fasting session once a weekend will very gradually indeed move from this traditional position(at the start it certainly IS so)of constant hunger and almost instant lack of physical power when fasting/no food area to the promoted state with no hunger and good physical power by the end,with mentality and psychotic functions working wholly workouts and exercises himself and was in an excellent physical condition most of his life,i DO admit the importance of contemporary intellectual activities and they ARE most important for me in the feeding of my brain(it DOES need constant feeding just the way the body does as well).Theory of intermittentn fasting,even as yes existing webwide,gives no simple real life explanations,just the way Paul Bregg made his teachings-simple,without many complicated terms.Simple explanations one would YES understand always look like this:Fasting = no food + water in ANY quantities you want,the more the better even,just watch that your body DOES indeed request the water you keep drinking.At least this was the idea of Mr. Bregg,who was very much active in sporting and outdoor activities,he recommended to drink lots of water during the 'no food at all' time area.Nowadays though it IS hard to find many people with too many physical activities.I myself prefer a small amount of outdoor sporting,most of my OWN sportive stuff being either yoga or swimming,in both of which i am pretty good.In this way i do not drink water excessively during fasting,the way Paul Bragg did recommend to do and highly active physically people indeed do need,but prefer drinking pure water only and exclusively when my body is requesting it,when I know this water IS needed inside of it and in this detail I AM different from Mr Bragg,because why taking in anything once your body isnt requesting it?My own life searches show me that whichever thing did the brain order/start intending to put into life,its decisions are never to overtake the needs/desires of the body itself,which also needs to get its own NO MATTER what exactly does the brain do/demand into action.Like if you intend to fast but face strong hunger it is better to delay the fasting till the hunger is somewhat satisfied etc.Lower levels of the organism(this body has an entire world inside we simply never know about)not only DO have their own needs/demands/requirements,they are also never to suffer from the just mentioned thingies of its leader the brain,and in this sense the both(mind and body)need to be kept apart with separate and not overtaking each other parallel agendas all along.Indeed,the body and the brain exist like in different worlds and ARE very much upon different platforms,even as making up one common human organism.And while a human is implementing his programme into life,he generally completely forgets about his subjects the lower body parts(liver,brain,stomach etc).However,this mistake then tends to make a LOT of complications upon the lower level of a human being,things that are better all complied with for much better final results.A fast isn't necessarily lasting a specific amount of time at all.Just the way it is with other topics,stop it AS soon as feeling extreme discomfort from it-the sign that any activity must stop no delay.If you suffer from no food situation but it is not yet idea shows what happens inside of the body with resulting worsening gradually diminished off.Our physical nature is made exactly this way-it is destined to 'eat' this exact amount of both poisons and sweeties in each case during his lifetime,no less and no more approximately,small deviations from the average number of calories eaten happening only as this is just how a human body is programmed to behave by our mother Nature.And in case you try to consume less of calories with each meal your later years will be allowing you to consume more of those calories instead.And we know that older people all have considerable complications with food consumption or even the digestion itself as their digestion systems simply arent capable of withstanding the digestion of more foodies as simply OVERTIRED ALREADY with such digestive activities.Even as we the brains ARE indeed capable of sizeable changes to life around,our lower subjects the simple organs of this human body we lead on are NOT capable of such profound adjustments and changes to THE life pattern they are holding through as somewhat of slaves of the brain the GRAND master of the body.Meaning in particular that just as a small animal always is,they are to get exhausted and die off AS soon as their current resources of powers,which are the very same other individuals around also have to them,are finally exhausted;and by fasting point here is if you wanna get the sweet result of nice health you NEED to pay for it too-just the way everything is payable for in this world.When we see successful people we know right away that they paid their price for the success they ARE enjoying now.Such success is available to people in their own internal affairs as well.But the final results here are simply somewhat different from THEIR ones.As they the successful folks wield cash,databases and connections as THE proof to their successes,we health masters(this science is nothing but YET ANOTHER life TRUTH to follow)ALSO wield considerable life successes as proof to OUR successes;just that for us those wielded truths(invisible to a naked eye yet even stronger than THEIR ones anyways)are things like levels of vitamins inside of the body,great condition to our internal organs and tissues we DO possess unlike the rich people do etc.And this hard looking for real life exploitation thing fasting is one of ways your payment occupying us process,then the body can and will be made to work over other topics,and we the masters of it can give it its CORRECT occupation if we attempt to achieve its perfection and we must strive to this end.And to strive to perfect this body over FAKE UNNATURAL half abscent scientific disciplines is already a much better behaviour for a human being.If not busy with digestion of foods the body(the mind even more so by the way)NEEDS another occupation as a subject just to be busy with,and WILL find it.In this proposed case of a time without any foods it would be cleaning and perfecting its internal sphere with poisons and garbage inside taken out gradually as a part of it.Just the way it is after sleeping(a fasting period IS much reminding this time)your both body and mind will be in a better condition as you exit it finally.To know that you DO get results from it all always check your tongue RIGHT before you return to eating again.The tongue will show you that the largest garbage holding normally area upon it had been cleaned up somewhat;that is mostly upon the root of your tongue(corresponding to your lower body parts and legs accordingly).But nighttime sleeping is a outside of it.Things that ARE responsible for our healves decline an death itself ultimately.Observing the behaviour of other "normal" people,we can see that their brains are simply busy with their own mental interests,only busy with their own intellectual things to do,meaning the growing up of the brain,completely forgetting about,or not caring in the least about the condition of its own subjects the digestive organs,eyes etc.This behaviour is fine AS long as the brains at least sometimes recall their subjects' situation and do something for them to increase this common good the entire organism gets once each organ is well worked over.Back to the subject of rest one needs.The digestion doesn't normally get any rest and relaxation from its work.When we sleep during the night what gets rest is mostly the brain itself,muscles of the body though keep twitching and performing digestion too(information from physiology books),even as upon a much slower scale.When one sleeps he sort of leaves the industry he is destined to maintain(his physical body)in good condition for a break upon the sea in summertime.During his abscence overseas the industry of course keeps working,even then.This suddenly free mental energy is just the reason all the complicated,weird and useless contemporary "achievements" are around.Isnt it better to instead regulate life and not allow this free unused mental energy to even come into existance?Instead i simply need to sleep little,spending the freed this way time upon small life matters,which are all able to gradually nourish the brain with minute type activities yes,but activities nevertheless gradually increasing it in size,the goal of each brain activity one has.Keep in mind that healthy people naturally need to sleep less as their bodies hadn't been wasted away AS critically as bodies of average people had been.Healthy body that does well needs less sleeping time too.Upon the other side of this "capacities scale" is a dead body,which is eternally asleep.The body more alive is,correspondingly,less sleepy(needs less sleep time)and so the less one sleeps the more of a useful and successful individual he is,not necessarily a successful scientist or businessman at all.Night sleep is basically rest,rest for mostly the brain while other organs arent losing much of their own activity,moving on with it.In scientific books i read that during sleep every human passes 2 phases-swift sleeping and slow sleeping,which replace each other each 1.5 hours.During the swift phase small activities of each organ seriously increase.Swift movements of the eyes,small of hands and other muscles are normal during fast sleeping phase.Slow sleeping is,basically,lack of ANY activity.This critical part of us,the internal organs that keep digesting our food etc,needs appropriate rest ALSO(night sleep is rest mostly for the brain itself because anatomy books tell us that the body keeps making small movements like the eyes ones non stop as we sleep)to sufficiently recover from the hard work we make it do.During my constant fasting periods I do weekly in weekends I noticed the moment,in which one must stop fasting and return to eating again,because to predict the moment correctly is a very important task one faces with fasting(as much as other topics too).As you fast you must drink water,which is a part of the fasting and replaces food then.At a moment,when your desire(I do not drink without water appetite during fasting)to drink will disappear,suddenly replaced with lack of water appetite.Thats the correct moment to stop fasting and return to eating.No water appetite here means that your body(here it well reminds a small worm and acts similarly)has stopped moving and starts to(as a dry worm often does),hibernate,sleep over,closing its functions to survive the unexpected bad period,the condition,in which polar bears exist during the polar nights.Your aiming though is NOT to make it sleep,but to entire system of their organs while the brains were lower by percentage.Brain,which,was of a shimpanzee's size in our remote past once and now is growing with amazing speed into a seriously oversized and almost separate an entity,however,does change a lot in our contemporary lives.As biologically we humans ARE the very same thing we were when starting as apes yet,the numerical sizes of cells of our organs are drastically changed currently,and when apes had maybe 20 % of their systems as brains only,we contemporary humans do have already closer to 80 % of the system as brain activities(my own this istitution of lack of food,which is an unovoidable part of the circle of bodily activities.It all arises from not considering options,other than what this society does lead us into.Or else failing to consider options,showed elsewhere but in the politically correct sources we may follow.The abscence of this information in publically acclaimed sources only tells us that its creators arent the type to fast at all,and,in fact,are the type to die out the first of all other humans simply because they replaced all their health topics with numerous facial and intellectual exercises,which,in fact,were only able to promote them to the public screen where we yes can see them.The rest of that normal bodily cycle,especially the fasting piece,is much amiss among humans,which produce policies for other people as well.As the result,everyone thinks that best is to eat as much as one can,while in reality the best is doing correct without doing that same as everybody does,practically in this or so,it isn't our original behaviour,and instead sometimes used to fast for many hours for many reasons,which are absolutely unknown to us,civilized people,at all.What we absolutely do miss is never replaced nowadays institution of lack of food.The taste of food after fasting is a very different one,and a much stronger and satisfying one too.After some fasting sessions,not right away but say after a year of this exercising it,you will find your stomach to be in a strangely diminished by size way,no fats visible under your skin at all,and the amounts of food you eat drastically decreased as well,your appetite interestingly not AS immence and "wild bear type" as they were before,but more organized and civilized one.It has AS an important part in our lives as,say,our second hand,a little less of course.During our nightly sleeping though what does rest is mostly our brain,digestive system still active inside.I read in books that during sleep 1 passes numerous sleep phases lasting 1.5 hours each:those are either complete piece or high bodily activity,including rolling of one's eyes.Bodily processes are not much postponed during night sleeping(unlike mental activities),its much the same type active inside of us.In a human digestion is one of his most vital processes,and it needs appropriate rest itself.So how do we fast?Here is MY experience at work:Its done during weekends to simplify the process because fasting needs a rather pieceful atmosphere,better the weekend one.When waking up in the morning,do not eat anything till absolutely unable to,but only drink clean water in any quantities,allowed by your appetite(but never more than you want to drink).You are resting from food itself,but water(a very clean variety)is actually helping the process of cleaning,just make sure that you DO want it.Again,the main rule here is checking your appetite(for water this time).The cleaning is simply using the power of your digestion,which is not in work at the moment to(in the absence of food)dissolve unwanted materials,that had collected inside the body when they are not needed,such "remainders" are deposited in a spot where they,essentially,do no disruption to the main process(in this case,the food digestion 1).Main part of things that are taken away during fasting is chemical elements(the more unnatural stuff the faster is it taken out),that got inside of us from things like medicines or foods.These are gradually deposited inside of our most innermost bodily parts(in average cells or else they would disrupt more critical at the moment intentionally stop eating and tend to avoid food to give our digestive organs some free time,during which they are first taking a break from work like a vacation,and after relaxing a little(inner organs are never able to stay without activities for long)they try to take their enemies poisons and especially chemical substances out.Hence after several hours of a fast our urine starts to collect large amounts of chemistry that had been deposited among normal cells with time flowing and when this urine is collected and stored,after some days we can see those enemies number one face to face-small white crystals,to which our bodies had not managed to produce any antidote simply because chemistry in food is a very young contemporary thing and the body isn't able to work with new enemies AS effectively as it does with old ones.This thing is very real,one can see it with his own eyes.If we take a vacation each year,then why digestion also cannot have one for itself?Won't it benefit just AS richly from it as we their directors the brains do while on vacation?This thing urine collection may seem a very stupid move to some,but it is a living proof of existance of those invisible to human eye yet extremely dangerous enemies this body does have and has to deal with on a daily basis while we the directors prefer to fly in some remote to this reality of this life subjects as TV movies,complicated and very abstact general ideas,holding on to the criminal to our own organs behaviour.Organic food is indeed the best because the amounts of these poisons becomes minimal then.Even with it,a vacation to them organs is a need too,better taken up as a general rule of our lives.If you are not occupying the digestion with munching upon new foodies,its power and capacities are suddenly free,and we can use them(direct into a new side).Here a good example is that of a dog,closed inside an apartment(i was reading this story in a newspaper),which was then left for some time by the forgetful owners.They forgot to add enough food for that dog,and it,after getting over hungry with time passing,ate all it could from the only food container,available to it-the apartment's garbage pot.It is exactly the thing that goes on inside during fasting,just that the owner did not forget to add food but intentionally produces this situation to clean out the garbage pot our bodies definitely have inside of them.Its easy to understand the main process like this,ignited inside the body by fasting,using this example of an enclosed dog with no food around.In our case that dog is our internal digesting fire(the "hot spring", mentioned as a definition of the first class of humans,according to hindu vedic ideas),and that apartment is our body.These remainders of food,undigested and left to rot would better be taken out,as they uselessly flock the body and disrupt its proficiency in action.The fact that our society had long persuaded us that we all need to eat 3 times a day exactly doesnt mean that it IS correct and needs to be strictly followed.Isnt it better to instead follow the directions your own body gives and NOT eat at all when we do not feel any appetite inside of us?Your own internal voice is the correct director and you need to share the responsibility for the ultimate results with it as a partner,sometimes adding your own(in a better situation) and sometimes just listening to it itself(worst case scenario).Right after a fasting I feel somewhat younger,the way i was upon my own photoes,taken several years ago.Even as the effect doesnt last long,my feelings are refreshed and are more subtle to the state,which I recall as a younger one i had long ago.Lately i fast about 16 hours a weekend,finishing eating with the supper the last food the previous day and starting to eat anew the next day 3 hours before sleeping because the body needs more time to recover from a fasting session and is very weak by it's end.This is while in my past i easily did a full day(24 hours)and more without food.Whenever fasting,do notice the moment of the fast start and the moment of its end.Calculating the amount of hours you had been fasting
