and common logic too for everyone the amount of activities is the same during the lifetime,and if we put that amount in kilowatts or another internal "cash",then its the same number of the bodily dollars for each individual,this amount we got as we entered this life.And when we spend the "cash" we got from birth(remember that we can spend only a stable amount of it and no more),we run out of this currency stock and fade awayaway.The situation is almost exactly as the bank acco6unt of yours is.Try to spend less of this internal cash and to gradually save the released funds,stock them inside of your healthier then body.They ARE there,unspent and able to be used,in the form of perfectly working in good condition bodily parts,and if we just stash this cash of the organism somewhere,we will be richer later as not using it currently.Those,who appear upon the fighting arena we all are upon from our births,somewhat later and/or with additional health funds/capacities only one or two and no more.Stabler more peaceful and less exhausting life would ensue.Such things are left to each of us to think about,leaders of society leading us elsewhere,mostly into complicated external arrangements,the heroes of brain developement activity.We can,however delay our health's decline by regulating its activities,by interrupting into it for better final results.When the body needs to quickly adjust itself to ones appetites it is easily tired and a tired body functions worse,further giving start to numerous additional complications.Its best to eat AS small a diversity of foods at one time as possible to avoid too many changes resulting from it,which all tend to gradually decrease our health.Lately i eat only 3 types of food by number during a meal,its always 1)vitamins filled smoothie from a fresh fruit or a vegetable,just now made.If you make a smoothie and its distinctive part is still hard food then better make a juice out of that food.Remember,any blend it you should cut the food into smaller pieces,then cover it with clean(better mineral)water just so that it was covered to the top,not a bit more or less.That's starting with the most important juice or smoothie and ending with the least so olive oil.This small amount of foods eaten is attainable when you invest much time into your own health,it can be by running in the morning or walking a lot(in my case),or a lot of swimming(I swim 1.5 hours in a pool each day and do yoga for more than 1 hour daily too)etc,and the more you invest into your own health the better the outcome will certainly be.The results wont be easily attainable for those,who do not exercise.Lately whenever i attempt to increase the quantity of different foods in a meal from 3 foods and to more,i start feeling complications approach,main of which is poor digestion(which can be felt in case you do invest much into health).This interesting level of sensitivity is one of profits one acquires actually DO need inside,i was NOT satisfied and finally relinquished those attempts.What i DO remember of the changes i was experiencing then is lack of ANY doubts about the events unfolding with myself moving around just like a puppet that has no doubts about the events unfolding whatsoever.The childlike state i was then in was even more profound in those days.THIS small an amount of foodies was NOT enough for me though and so i NEEDED to return back to my normal nowadays pattern of only 3 foodies eaten during each meal.
