humans,interests,and let's face it,the interests of a separate individual are always somewhat different,and often much so.Or why else do so many crimes and destructive processes exist in this society?Because its pieces particular individuals LACK stuff they feel as HOME SWEET HOME,the resulting uncomfortability showing itself in those crimes.Good health condition and the resulting mastery of things physical is another form of this HOME SWEET HOME thing often.55I am positive that many human beings would choose yoga(or other activities to the same effect)over crimes in forms in case they felt it as a refuge from the world that improves life in it at least for a bit they spend in it,the cruelty and incompatability of this world IS the real commiter of crimes this world has around.The repetition of what others do(THE remidy of this society to hard life situations)can only work well till the individual is well doing and situated in life stably,after which it is his job to start problem always is with the brain ITSELF;and as i myself often witnessed(my own life has its OWN,known to every human being,very hard moments)ONCE I START doing PRANAYAMA,ANY hard and suicidal life situation simply vanishes off as the brain then,this a deadly decisionmaker,is simply deprived of oxygen,and it is 1 definite NEED each brain has;deprived of it it loses ALL of its capacities you name those you've got it as they say.In this way pranayama is also this final weapon 1 always can wield to stop dead ANY of mental/intellectual complications that lead a human being not only to suicides themselves,but more frequently yet no less deadly,to BRAIN CELLS DESTRUCTION events;and each of such events leaves this human being less capable of withstanding life as the more nervous brain cells do with different life situations than our physical side is;to take the obviously excessive intellectual pressure off any given brain pranayama IS the correct method.Not only end of life the suicide,but even physical injury of this bodily system is AS simple as 1 biggest mistake any human being can commit.The brain this presumed manager of all around us is exactly what a new technologically brilliant detail in a contemporary car is-it is not much practised/experienced,much less capable of sudden changes than its lower subjects the bodily functions are;and less capable of correct behaviour than its lower wheellike parts are.On this end pranayama is a VERY safe thing.A very useful thing is you will never do pranayama for longer than is necessary because aching from it heart will positively block more attempts of it.It is one of things smoking and similar "answers" to complicated mentality situations(smoking IS just a way to get brains busy as one needs them to;while unwilling to think all along)cannot achieve-a beforehands to the injury itself warning that the activity has to be stopped for a while to avoid complications.Aching heart WILL stop you,but will dangerously suffering from smoking lungs do this warning?Lung cancer this 1 of most active human beings' killers is just the answer to this.No,because the lungs are less important than the heart is,the body is never programmed to care about lack of oxygen,which always was around us no matter what and so lungs arent controlled THAT heavily as our hearts are,resulting in lack of nervous lines inside of lungs,and you had no real power to hurt them when they were developing during the times our predecessors were on while the heart DOES have aches that warn us we reached the limit-lungs were not able to be stopped from breathing while the heart WAS able to start overheating,i imagine heavily so even in our old days as we faced numerous dangerous animals,all much pleased with fresh meat we were to them.Escape on feet capacities,just the way hand muscles do increase in size and power during weight lifting and while hand ones aren't of large importance to an individual,mostly important for external stature posing,the heart ones are much more influential,participating in processes,very basic inside of us and especially important,like adding blood to bodily organs and so regulating their condition and not allowing these to age prematurely with a sudden death as a result.Mostly people simply have no idea about this rich amazing world inside of our own selves,one with its own flora,fauna,predators and dangerous things around,rules of behaviour etc,you name it-it IS there.Also,constant and persistent making of pranayama can gradually reduce the amount of oxygen 1 uses to a lower level per minutes (like from a litre of oxygen a minute to 0.9 litres or so),and when an average person uses say a litre of oxygen per minute(fake figures simply to show the tendency correctly),a pranayama practiser will consume with time flowing less than a litre(a guess sure) by maybe 10 or more percent for an average minute of normal breathing in case he practises pranayama for a long while, because the longer one practises about every thing the more perfect in that thing he/she becomes,just the way it is with arms' muscles, as those both increase in size in this way and become more capable of intricate and useful operations,which all then increase the output of life we humans then experience.And the less oxygen do you use the longer life will you be having.If you did not use your resources and they got collected inside,you are not only without losses but are also with GAINS of those resources that had been collecting inside of you,and the sort of resources in this case is TOO basic not to consider it of a paramount importance.Delay in aging and final death the most picturesque of them all.Or,if we die of other reasons(a rare thing in the contemporary world with no large wars or endemics),the condition of your organs each will be that of a younger human being by the life end,and we know how much better did we feel/operate life once as we were younger.Less witty/intellectual yes yet SO much the less oxygen do you use the more 'internal cash holding' and longer living will your 'health bank account' be.These things are no fake ideas,they are very realistic,are all down to our most basic life components/ways and if you simply do not understand/follow them,it doesnt make disappear the fact that you will be having a better/worse life if you DO/do NOT perform yoga/other physics boosting activities too towards your health boost accordingly.The world of your own physical condition/organs(the living physical beings beings inside of it)can be easily made the object of one's work/occuption even without the loss of your present occupations,it can only add to the present ones along their ways too,boosting those chanses too.No need to relinquish your main life activities at all,the way people think it IS with such things.Add these physically orientated things like exercises bit by bit,find time for doing them once in a while when they do not interrupt you too much,and with time flowing you will find that you NOT only didnt lose a lot of time(the way it traditionally looks from aside),but even that your traditional activity is suddenly BOOSTED to its own higher levels too,because an overworking brain,if added with working well physics,IS then able to increase its own chanses of better performed intellectual operations.This is also how your interior organs will be like with time flowing,not how any partly fake or less useful to an individual values are,and i refer here to internet and other amazingly rich by size contemporary thingies,complicated sciences,numerous calculations of sorts etc.Not that those are to be relinquished altogether,being an important part of our daily life anyway,but they must get somewhat aside to make a living place for the extremely important health issues too.The amount of litres of oxygen,this food number 1 a human needs(a definite claim of contemporary medicine is that oxygen is needed SO much more to us than only thing that keeps working actively even as we sleep at night,including those as dinosaurs,birds etc,which makes it an ideal playground for people that are afraid of things,more complicated by nature and,let's face this,they are the most significant part of the population,even as both least heard of or influential.The heart had been used and practised by too many generations before us here the current live beings,and practised non stop,without a break for even a single minute or any sleeping which the heart never does,including prehistoric creatures like dinosaurs etc,which were all nothing but our predecessors on this planet that gave the genes of this constantly active instrument to us contemporary beings and they all exercised it,making additional exercising the least complicated of all subjects we might find around for use.Not practising these instruments isn't wise and is only accounted to the lack of information around,and the idea that the brain is giving into it by failing health finally).The longer one practises pranayama the stronger his/her heart will become,because the heart is nothing but a muscle,even as the most important 1 of ours.We all acknowledge that bodybuilding does increase the size and tonus of our muscles,making a sportsman a success,and the heart is the central muscle,indeed most vulnerable but also the most practised by numerous previous generations before us now and the strongest of all muscles and also because of this fact most deserving additional practising and increasing of it in size and capabilities.Heart diseases are known to kill the largest number of people that die off yearly,it is the statistical truth.Pranayama mostly practices this main body muscle,and in the light of the definite fact that
