Efficiency Index(DEI by the way is god in latin language)is division of number 2 over number 1;like if i did 129 minutes of headstands a day and 117 00(i tend to count in hundreds instead of thousands)approximately exercises per the entire month,the DEI went 91(117 00/divided over 129).All the just mentioned over numbers are real for this running away month of september 2025.
