follow.This ''whip'' of stimulants(ALL spices are in fact ones too,even as very simple safe ones like sugar or salt to that)we use is necessary(we only believe so in fact)to make the horse we ride(this body)increase its general speed and SO cover the distance we suppose we need to cover in amounts of time that we imagine are too slow at.This horse of digestion(our internal organs that produce digestive juices)are just like any other horse we might ride-it acts and works normally with NO significant losses of condition involved;yet people naturally wanna meet certain life ends they suppose they DO need;and then to meet those ends they start whipping the poor horse(both digestion power and intellectual brain activity can be taken as this imaginary yet very realistic a horse);when overwhipped to a crazy speed(as we THINK we need to digest all the foodies we just ate while no need in it in fact does exist,or else wanna solve more and more of our intellectual tasks at hand,we only think it does),they are quickly tired immensely and lose all the capacities to 'run through the distance' of our lives correctly,without mistakes,and even more importantly,do this while being in an excellent shape themselves-one definite aim we as the owners of this 'horse' must be attempting to achieve NO MATTER WHAT.Forgetting this REAL aim of our activity,we instead induldge into weird illusory tasks of current life normally.Back to food now.Digestion process very much reminds this very simple example of a horse we deal with and would better organize the process correctly for better final results.Who made you believe we DO need mustard maionnese etc?May the friends/neighbours/other people be wrong in this 'need' in such dangerous abrasive sunstances we possess presumably?Or else may your own appetite be NOT correct in this simple reasoning too?Itself being a subject of earlier death with TOO much poisonous substances eaten,appetite this main idol of the common public loses ALL the authority to claim itself being THE best advisor around(just the way normal people take it).This reminds me the common hebrew word word for ALCOHOL,which is translated as THE GOD OF THE PUBLIC.The public is only correct to an extent,and the SO IT IS BETTER formula is always more correct than public ever is.Nor do we ever question the injury alcohol WILL bring unto us;1 we will definitely drop altogether IF CONSIDERING it all personally.And again we return to THE god i personally suppose IS the main 1 around this world-the SO IT IS BETTER formula.How about we do NOT need spices/stimulants etc?We yes need to eat tasty things.But in addition to this try to add things this horse would be profiting more from-this time a bit less maionnese,that time a bit less time for boiling of the food you are about to eat.With time the practises and attempts upon the internal field will strenghten this 'digestion horse' to an interesting degree you will be well proud of!ANY shortly speaking,DO try to get rid of those 'whips' to your digestion things like maionnese,mustard etc(they all are nothing but new stimulants or else drugs that all addicts take and we DO know it ends badly for them,even as stimulants upon a much smaller and safer scale to that),even as not cancelling them altogether,which is just another radical mistake of the same sort-from whipping to a crazy speed(LOTS of mustard etc)to lack of ANY involvement with food sources at all,no additives to food at all,which is a mistake too-a result of lack of desire to influence this body in ANY way definitely vote for are absolutely NOT the fast energy intake(what animal proteins ARE capable of doing),but instead foodies that we had been accustomed to throughout the ages we as a kind of humans etc.Unlike SO many weird half faked sociological/social agendas,these things DO have a very profound influence upon ME the guy here that DOES keep living around the thingies never worthy my precious attention to those,not any abstract things/ideas etc 1 can only find elsewhere but not inside of his own self.Correct feeding is very influential upon the health,condition you WILL be in once some years later,upon what exactly i wanna and WILL be once somewhat later.We always get wasted and even die NOT from intellectual/mental issues lately,but from numerous PHYSICAL conditions we managed to get;and so the sooner do we start to INVEST INTO our own LOWER bodily LEVELS the later,simply speaking,will we die and even start getting serious health conditions.1 simply needs to hear such truths population is even endlessly sitting by a table in complicated occupations that endanger the non moving body parts the most as the REAL health danger each body part faces is when 1 simply does not move around for a long enough time for his body to have enough physical activity daily;and such NEEDS not only exist,they even have a profound influence upon one's life and health.Even as it isnt much possible for a normal human being to relinquish meateating(it is a need 1 has too often),gradual increase of his physical activity throughout any given day will make his body able to get enough
