better off without.This corpse pose is also the best for your night sleeping period as the body rests in it better potentially than it does otherwise;the occasions,in which i can fall asleep in the corpse pose i find the best for nighttime sleeping,just that the body isnt always THIS tired as to require ONLY the corpse position.If my day had been somewhat harder than it normally is,i accordingly add to my night sleep additional time,which is almost always 5 hours,additional 30 minutes,and then sleep already 5.5 hours a night,which an addition IS enough for most every additional exhaustion as i find it.Less than 5 hours of night sleep i find NOT enough for ANY level of easiness of a day just passed as the brain,which DOES participate in the body's actions anyways,ALSO gets tired of the actions and IT then DOES require enough rest.AS laying in shavasana you are to remain in this position for like 5 minutes as the authoritant yoga books say;for some and more effective yogis the time is less than that as they regain their power faster;it is a normal thing to be a better or a worse yogi.I suppose that the very end of any yoga session(the time you spend doing poses)is better done in Shavasana with no blankets inbetween your body and the stone floor;as most books(me too)recommend use of a thin blanket inbetween your body and the stone floor under it,they do not intend more exercising of the heart the way i personally use;and the end of a yoga session in my case is the final dissolution of Kundalini powers(the heart is its strongest piece)as no blankets are inbetween stone and the body.Muscles under the skin are made so as to gradually constrict themselves just the way a fat worm in an apple can be seen changing forms constantly;thats JUST how any healthy body is acvting on the insides;and when this fat worm(reminding a healthy body muscles again)is upon a purely stone floor it will die off as it holds on to it NOT allowing the Kundalini worm inside to freely stretch and constrict.The wasted in this way heart IS the sign that 1 needs to leave yoga and end his yoga session;but in a healthy/untired by yoga individual such a natural Kundalini "death" will not come soon at all;only well tired of yoga body will achieve this FINAL effect as it ONLY is good by the very end of a yoga session;i personally find this end of a session more recommendable.Even then the body must be taken off the floor AS soon as the heart is finally agonizing with constrictions/death convulsions and is heaving too heavily;in my case it happens when i am well tired of yoga;normal and untired body wont give this effect and its use actually additionally strengtens the heart and Kundalini the internal bodily muscular system.

blood pressure applied makes your INTERNAL condition a much better 1,and internal organs ARE much more important and influential for every human organism a.k.a. as a single man/woman as they build you inside,and insides of yours are MUCH more important life's parts than ANY outsides,muscles and TV etc included.And once you start percieving life items the way you did once,when you were say 20 years old,you know you DID achieve the real profit.Sarvangasana's main profiteers are internal principally important glands and organs like heart,liver,lungs etc.Lately i use it for only short times because otherwise all the just mentioned organs even start aching out of extreme exhaustion in me;this pose effect is reminding what extensively flocked with vitamins/minerals like mushrooms give me lately even as once they were just great for my health-dull aches of overexerted specialized organs like liver,kidneys etc.Shoulderstand is just great for waking these up;but these specialized organs are already extensively at work as all the food i eat comes in liquid form,and liquid food brings extensive work over it by internal bodily systems;my feelings(these are great informators by now)show me that both shoulderstand and quantities of vitamins/minerals overexert my specialized organs.Thats just why i most times avoid Sarvangasana the shoulderstand as this Queen Of Poses is busy exactly with activizing internal glands that stream into the blood things,all too specific,while these are already well supported by eating all liquid;feelings telling me this information while no other sources(yoga/health books included)even mention its existance.Thats to the topic of why exactly large sensitivity IS a recommendable thing to possess.

MISCELLANEOUS

WILD ANIMALS PIGS Twice upon our street in the middle of the city(sunset time)i saw a large wild brown pig,the sort that live in wild areas upon Carmel mountain.It operated around large garbage collection spots,evidently feeding upon the garbage.In the house right next to mine lives an avid animal lover,who has her pet cats very well fed up and those cats lose the aggressiveness ANY street cat needs to live its life well;home fed,they tend to lose action every cat actually needs.And while those cats not always collect ALL she gives them as the lady is very generous,some of the above mentioned wild forest pigs then tend to come eat the given to cats food themselves.Mostly unafraid of people(cars tend to simply divert off its path),it tends to walk the city streets along with other city folk.If sometimes though i happen to be awake deep at night,i hear their noises from below as those wild pigs tend to visit the spots,where cats food is around,in deep nighttime hours as in this way(i had seen them and they seem completely not dangerous to people)to avoid public exposure and by now wild pigs know well to avoid humans.Small piglets along with big likely their mothers female pigs leading them along.Male pigs are likely wise enough to avoid all sorts of human habitation at all hours.Its size varies from a little smaller than a human adolescent of say 13 years old and a bit larger than an large street dog.The size of its body is even larger and more massive than that of large dogs.It operates exactly the same body parts as a common house/farm pig does though,but the colour is not pink without hairs as it is for normal pigs,but instead brown with a LOT of short and most times gray hairs upon the body.A normal domesticated pig's body is weak and pink without any hairs,while this animal has long brown hairs along the surprisingly large for the tiny legs a corpus.In comparison with normal home pigs this wild 1 was real fast in its movements,and could develop large speed in no time unlike domesticated pink pigs can,similar to the things trained dogs can show upon a show.For a very large corpus its legs are seemingly weak even as it can show amazing speed while moving(if afraid of something).A passer by was afraid to get close to it and immediately returned to his original place as he saw it,running off with some speed even.I was going the very same passage as he was,but went on and the pig made no effort of either running off or attacking me,just watching my movements closely.Even as the guy left the spot immidiately in something of a panic,i wasnt afraid-i met 1 before,also feasting upon garbage,and it was very much afraid of myself instead,taking off at full speed AS soon as seeing me approach,immediately running off with nice speed,so i knew if anyone IS afraid,it is the pig,not me.Even as it was pretty dark,right before daybreak(our small street lights do not really brighten it too much)i could see(i stopped to take a closer look at this amazing show i almost never saw around the city)that the long cilinderlike pig's nose was moving in all ways possible with an interesting speed.If you try to make YOUR nose move that quickly you can imagine the state,in which that pig was at that moment-i'd call it the state of panic and complete bewilderment,lack of decisiveness and any ideas of how to act with a human being upon its approach to it.That time it was in the early pre dawn hours as i left home for the beach.Closer to the tip of mount Carmel such wild pigs are more frequent visitors to human habitation spots as here they feel more at home,frequently moving around the hilly mount Carmel slopes,pretty good upon their small looking yet effective legs.Once in the middle of a day and close to the mount Carmel tip as well i was awaiting a bus and was much surprised to see a large grey wild pig very peacefully leave the entrance to a human habitation building the way average humans do normally,without any fear etc.They feed upon garbage people leave around their houses and are completely safe and not dangerous to humans.Plus common pigs are very slow and inactive while THIS animal was fast upon its very small and thin 4 legs,which held its oversized for the very small looking legs body and it was moving with an amazing for pigs speed,the hard parts of the legs' hooves making distinctive sounds the way horse's legs do.Obviously heavy large corpus,small curved tail behind and funnily weak looking small thin legs,upon which the pig was making very effective speedy movements.Only the fastest dogs(all somewhat smaller by size than the pig)are able to move THIS quickly.Upon the well stoned street it was producing sounds as it was moving that confirmed that its legs hold the hornlike substance that prevents the legs' injury unlike it is with the soft legs of a dog and reminding horse's legs.This thing hold all the horses as well.The city already advertises ''returning of pigs home'',and i guess it is an official warning to people that this CAN happen to them too.Several times,when around the city,i heard very similar stories from other Haifa folks;stories of such meetings with wild pigs.When high upon Carmel mountain(some buses go there to arab inhabited towns),i saw their home the wild mountainous forests that hold lots of weird grocery and nice opportunities for their feeding too. HEDGEHOGS Smaller animals also live upon the mount and sometimes(for them it is harder/more dangerous to get around us humans)enter the city streets.Their aim though is very much the same-city garbage areas offer them too many opportunities they certainly never have in wild forests.Once in the morning(noon related hours are certainly not their time as stony city streets then are too hot for smaller ones)i was surprised to see a small and very slow hedgehog,moving around the street i live upon;such scenes are though pretty rare as smaller animals are under much higher risks if moving around the city;living in green areas the city offers they mostly never dare to enter city streets themselves.As wild pigs might pretty easily survive a car accident they caused,smaller ones like hedgegos are completely vulnerable in this sense. WINE I find that wine tends to act upon foods you eat as a dissolution agent,meaning that immidiate presence of wine activizes digestion of foods you ate,making the digestion inside of you process more active and fast.Its like once you drank A BIT of wine the stomach is suddenly on fire and heated up considerably.If you take wine in miserable quantities it PUTS your guts/intestines ON FIRE as they say.There is another effect wine can have upon your interior though,that of the undesirable influence upon the brain.They say it in scientific books about brain that spirits can smother brains physically,making them softer than brains normally are even.This effect undoubtedly is responsible for what we know as the effect of a drunken man.To avoid it you must be very careful with use of wine and take it in very small quantities at a time,the way old times' inhabitants of Greece did and they took wine in very small quantities;i personally use wine numerous times during a day inbetween my meals,by the size of approximately 1 to 5 table spoons each.I find it best to start every meal with a small quantity of wine,which then enters your stomach to boost the internal digestion processes(it is then exactly what a gasoline canister inflax does to a fire because this is what i feel with it)and make the stomach more capable of foods' digestion.Just as it is on SO many other cases,wine is good and desirable a thing inside ONLY if you use it correctly and in small quantities. THE MARKET DOG Once upon a time i was sitting by the market resting.A small thin dog(this type of dog is naturally nervous and thin)came running close to me with a part of chicken and eating it on.The next i observe is an american accent lady voice calling for her dog with nervous feeling.Seems the dog as the 2 were upon the market ran into a piece of a chicken skeleton(such are pretty easily found around the city market)and immidiately,attracted to the smell,snatched it and started eating.The lady(as i found out as i chatted with her shortly)wore street clothes and was probably a retiree(such are around the city sometimes),who came to the market for kitchen purchases. RAMAT VIZNITZ PHOTOE This is a well separated from the rest of Haifa and mostly inhabited by traditional religious Haifa people.Its sinagogue,a pretty remarakably large and well lit even at night a building,makes a nice picture upon the scenery Haifa bay offers.Once i decided to go there for a night photoe shortly before going to bed,so that i left home when it still was bright(daytime life on) with all well visible and transport/city life in full swing,and got there(the way without stops into 1 side takes from me like 50 minutes through religious neighbourhoods)as night had just fallen;returning home i witnessed almost no transport moving around and lack of any street activities too.The story itself happened shortly after nightfall,and so 1 could be expecting the living there religious folks to be well in the height of their capacities(for the most part their outdoor capacities are pretty limited,indoor ones flourishing in great quantities).The photoe indeed was a good 1;light around the sinagogue itself suddenly good enough and at night it IS rare;but what happened AFTER i made it deserves additional descriptions of sorts with numerous religious qualities discussed.First(and immidiately after i made the pic)i got a megaphone outcry from below,from the area that surrounds the just mentioned sinagogue;it demanded from me in harsh language to tell them ''why was i making pics there??''.Then as i was already leaving the scene with the pic made by a large nightly lit city road(10 minutes afterwards i'd guess)that passes Ramat Viznitz,a small separate hill by the city that is inhabited almost exclusively by religious folks,i was caught up by a biker of say 16 years old in all the religious clothing and paraphernalia,who wanted details about why and what was i doing there in polite,and not any harsh form;the boy got there no doubt after noticing be making pics and as an avanguard;because shortly he was joined by a fully clothed religious of a senior age with reading glasses on the nose;i'd guess he was somewhat of a spiritual leader of the neighbourhood and the rear guard/largest force,sent to follow me.However,his mood was the same,and he expressed the reason these 2 caught up with me,1 the boy failed to mention as he asked me when somewhat catching up with his own breath:''Why were you making your photoe?We never like outsiders making photoes here!Please please never make here any photoes,we do not like this!And even only religious people go around this very place!So what were you even doing here?''.Still i must say that even the adult bore no agression towards me and was well inside the nice people discussions limits.The boy(no doubt less seasoned and capable of the 2 here even as a more physically capable 1)after a very short interval of chatting with me nedded to retreat mentally elsewhere,and started recounting some Holy Scripture passages,allowing 1 to ''do what gives 1 a large nice smile''.This part well reminded me of similar hiduist holy texts' topics as i am pretty fluent with these latter ones.The older 1 though kept pressing me on not quarrelling with the peaceful citizens of Ramat Viznitz.Wise and intelligent as he DID look(clean religious uniform,eyewear upon the nose),he still was obsessed with the very same stuff i never see in ordinary Haifa people-active dislike of outsiders/love to their own peaceful lifestyle and the religious people's ''misfortune that they needed to deal with it all'';this would be my personal explanation of the entire episode's roots.Religious seem to be obsessed with only 1 thing(if at all and i often find myself wondering what exactly CAN bother them),and thats return to their homely occupations,based upon recommendations holy judaist books give them;it makes them a very different from the general public group,which tends to always keep to exclusively other religious folks and never mix with other people.I told them in a relaxed friendly manner(their behaviour allowed this,which seemed to pacify them a lot itself)about 2 Flickr photoe pages i hold with my own made photoes on Haifa theme and that this particular spot was a very nice 1 for a night Haifa pic while day ones upon the spot are too good anyway;i even offered them the internet address/how to get there data of the sight that was about to get these photoes;this seemed to relax them even more and they let us say ''mentally dropped the theme off'',worry,which was well visible upon their previously stringent faces,leaving off.All this told,i must say that never in my 25 years life in Haifa did i see ANY people demanding from me my photoes made' explanations;nor do people seem to even notice photoe making/most ANY other actions 1 performs at all,going on with their own lives without any problems attached.Add to this amazing sizes of pensions religious people are pretty famous with(israeli government greatly prides itself with weird folks support)as getting monthly,sizes that make MY own pension(and i am an ill backbone holder that made my army service impossible)look miserable and nonsignificant and you will see just how weird the position of Haifa religious folks is.Perfect support from the government vs very weak understanding from normal people.No wonder they always seem to keep to only other religious folks,avoiding other people's company.

BAR KOCHBA This revolt leader(around the Christ times)had a very interesting approach to military operations as he himself was a leader of a revolt against romans.Unlike most of jewish revel leaders(and such were pretty rare judging by history)as jews are most never inclined towards violence,Bar Kochba was very cruel to his subjects and never listened to any wise advise;no doubt Bar Kochba was a jerusalemite as the coastal leaders of the Mediterrenean Sea would never take a similar to his position of complete denial of wiser adice with concentration upon military gains right at hand.Bar Kohva was AS unwise as to actually print his own coins and currency at 1 of Jerusalem smaller hills.Take for instance his last stand with approaching roman army,where,informed that the army is just "around the corner" as they say Bar Kochba simply took up the weapons to fight and had been slaughtered along with all of his forces upon the spot.Any wise ruler would have a "contingency plan" exactly for such an opportunity,which would include that when he hears "romans are upon approach" he goes to this and that a spot immidiately;there horses await to take him to safety,all the horses well fedladen with foods and gold;in this way(if Bar Kochba ever had such "contingency plans" his movement would keep existing/fighting back Rome even after the roman contingents took over and he MUST have known the time of this WAS coming)the cherished by him jewish independance would have a much stronger change of survival as after lets say a year in what is now Jordan he would then suddenly reappear upon the mediterrenean coastal plane with gold and weapons/lots of newly collected warriors to threaten the roman regime with a MUCH stronger force than it was before.This is just another example of just how different from the coastal plains the area around Jerusalem is(what we now know as the West Bank and the arab autonomy territory)as Bar Kochba absolutely was from the West Bank as were the people,responsible for the entire Bar Kochba uprising;unwise and unpractical as they certainly were,they nevertheless were leading people into what bacame just another ruin;just why jews most never participate in any uprisings.Whenever do we see a jewish revolt in history(a very rare thing weirdly),it is always led by people,who count each word and all the possibilities;Bar Kohva was a certainly of a different type a ruler.
